I was very happy with the service I obtained there. The service was quick, less than 30 minutes. The cost was less than quoted on the phone the day before. The staff were friendly and helpful. The muffler installation was first rate. I will do business with again for shocks, struts or brakes.

This is a great shop. They replaced my entire custom exhaust because the old one rotted away from Michigan rust. Have and will continue to recommend. Great pricing and turn around time.

Mr Muffler staff are professional, efficient, trustworthy and straight up. Had an appointment and had all work needed completed within 2-3 hours. They offer the best warranty around.Troy has been there 40 years and Travis awhile, too. In addition, they are equipped to do front wheel alignments, too. I highly recommend Mr Muffler shop for brakes, mufflers, struts, suspension, etc.

Mr. Muffler has great customer service, went in October 18th and made an appointment for October 24 for a front brake job. Decided to get ceramic brake pads over the weekend and had the rotors changed too; due to the ceramic pads. Got it at 2 P.M. and was out the door by 2:50 P.M. More the enough time to get my grandson from kindergarten. Great price too...

2024-01-12 - 4.5 starsIn to have flex pipe replaced and the converter needed to be replaced as well. Just over 500 dollars. Seems a bit high but not sure as they were recommended.Staff very nice.

Took my Corvette here after installing a axle back exhaust system to have the tips perfectly aligned. They did a fantastic job and are very pleasent to work with. There's a good reason why they are highly reviewed.

Got our truck in at 8am out at 930 prompt service excellent staff to deal with....found our new place to have our vehicles serviced so happy in this day and age of mediocre service that we tried out Mr Muffler a very satisfied customer ..

My car has been serviced here a couple times, Troy is the best! I ve never had any issues with my repairs, and I ve always been contacted asap with updates. 10Jan24, different car. I expected to drop the car off and leave it. 20 minutes later I was on my way with a new resonator installed. Reasonable prices, super fast service, patient and courteous.I needed some exhaust work so, I showed up at 8. They were already open and helping customers, there was no line. They said I would only have to wait 15 minutes for them to take a look, I chose to leave the car. By the time I got home, they knew what the problem was and provided a competitive estimate. AND, while I was there they put a vintage Mustang on the lift to take a look for the customer. Awesome job, awesome service, awesome customer service.

Prepping for a trip to the East Coast and of course, there s rattling and grinding coming from my rear left tire. Went here on a recommendation of a friend of a friend, it wasn t disappointing. He said they could look at it if I dropped it, I wound up staying because I didn t have a ride anywhere else. In a matter of four hours he had me back on the road. Extremely friendly, very very courteous and respectful. Got a chance to hang out with a guy brought his muscle car in and that sealed the deal and made my day just chatting with him. And I take all recommendations with a grain of salt, and you should probably do the same with mine. But I can t say that I m unhappy with the work that was done in the price that was paid.

My experience here was top notch! They were super friendly and crazy fast! I took my car in this morning and they had it done in an hour! The gentleman i worked with showed me my flex pipe and what was wrong but not condescending which i truly appreciate. The price was more than fair and would highly recommend!

I go here for all my car work at least the work that they can or offer to do. Troy is an awesome guy. There's been several times The guy has seen me struggling and help me out or cut me a break on the price. I would recommend at least checking this place out and getting a quote from him. He only tells me what's wrong with my car doesn't try to sell me on extras or things that aren't really wrong or don't need replacing right now. Honest and straightforward you can't beat that!

During a time when everything takes weeks to schedule, Troy has been able to quickly accommodate. Prices are more than reasonable. Service has always been excellent. I ve used this shop multiple times and trust their service.

7-14-23, 12:35 AM:Minutes after leaving my driveway, my catalytic converter falls and gets dragged for miles; exhaust loud as can be.7-14-23, 12:02 PM:I drop my car off at Mr. Muffler. They say they can get right to it.7-14-23, 12:28 PM:I get a phone call from Mr. Muffler explaining what happened and how much it will cost to fix. I give the green light and they proceed.7-14-23, 12:50 PM:I get a call from Mr. Muffler saying they are done and I am good to pay and pick my car up. I am ecstatic.This is an HONEST business and will not try and sell you things you don t need. They are short, sweet and right to the point. This is the third time I have utilized this business and could not be happier.Thank you to the team at Mr. Muffler for your honesty, hard work and care.Service: Exhaust

I want to preface this by saying the men who work there are very kind. I normally try to not leave bad reviews, but I would leave 0 stars if I could..I came in October 2022 to get my brakes looked at. I was told that a complete front and back set were needed, tire rods and all kinds of other parts were needed. It costed $1200 to get fixed. I asked if this was worth the investment and they insisted it was.As soon as I took the car home, there was a problem with the brakes and I brought them back to get fixed. Things were fine for about a day or so and then the brakes began squeaking again. I called to ask if this was normal and they told me that it was. I waited about a week before calling again, insisting this was not normal.They fixed my brakes and replaced them, claiming they were faulty parts. A few more weeks go by and my brakes are squeaking again. They take my car and give me a whole new set of different breaks. Claiming AGAIN, faulty parts.This was frustrating for me, but they did fix my car for free after the first time.However - after being told that they would recommend I keep my car, I brought my car in to my mechanic who now refuses to fix my car as it is rusted so badly, the frame is falling apart.There were 3 sets of workers here that looked at my frame, saw the rust and ignored the fact that it was so badly rusted and never informed me of this. I even ASKED if this was worth the investment and said I was happy to buy a new car. I feel super misinformed, frustrated and out of money.All this to say, please do better next time. Inform people of their cars condition, as I cannot see underneath the way they could. Now I am out of $1200 and could ve invested that into a new car.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Needed an alignment done on my van and my wife's van. They said 140 out the door for both vehicles, and they were done in 30min flat. I'll gladly go back!

I was traveling through the area when something went wrong with my vehicle. I rolled into my hotel at night unsure if it was even safe to drive home. I called multiple auto places that evening and first thing in the morning. These guys were the only ones that would look at my car today. Sometimes you re lucky enough to run into good people when you re in a jam. These guys were a godsend. They knew I was in quite a predicament and promptly looked at my car, assessed what was wrong and advised me accordingly. They were able to get me back on the road so I could do the repair once I made it 2.5 hours home. They didn t even charge me for looking at it and making sure it was safe to drive. Good kind people. Definitely recommend! I called around 11 am with a few questions & was told to bring it in . After I dropped my truck off Shane called me within 15 min & told me what my issue was & had me fixed & on the road by 3. Fast , friendly quality & cheap .
