The guys here are awesome! You can get an oil change anywhere, so service is paramount in this industry. They care about their customers. I had an issue with my car and they went over and above to make sure it was right. That kind of service and dedication to your customer is important. Don't go anywhere else for an oil change.

What a great experience I had there today. The guy who helped me what so wonderful and offered great customer service that s hard to find these days. The price for my oil change was great compared to other companies. I was really SATISFIED with my service. I highly recommend this business.

The Lube Stop use to be the place to go for you oil change and a complete check on everything else. Today, I was really disappointed! The service attendant mumbled every word spoken to me so I had to ask him to repeat himself every time we interacted; no greeting or smile, and gave no indication that he care about service. I understand the difficulties in retaining employees and the pay vs living wage , but there has to be some pride in there somewhere. Also, It did not appear anything on the service check list was actually checked. I even had to ASK for the tire pressure to be checked. I just pray the attendant below did what is required so I and fellow drivers are safe out on the roads.

They didn't want to work. They close at 6, i Got there at 5:20 and they said "no we can't service you because it's 2 cars in front of you. we stop taking cars at 5:45." Reminder it's 5:20, so I got lied to also. No worries valvoline down the will service you down the road 50 south st Belleville mi 48111. Go there, don't waist your time with these guys

Rejected service because my car has skid plates. Normally it was never a problem and they would service my vehicle but they just didn t want to do the work. They also just left the skid plate hanging off the bottom of my car, causing it to scrape against the ground. And to top it all off right now they lie about the oil they have/use and are currently being sued over it. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great customer service and the employees are friendly. They re glad to see you re patronizing their business. Some businesses the employees look pissed off you re making them work. Mostly the Millennial s lol.

Came here after Thanksgiving because my car needed a oil change bad. Got the best oil and even Lucas put in. Didn't charge me for it and gave me a discount! Will be back.

So I went there a couple days ago I m watching the tech in the bay next to me bust his butt checking tire pressure doing this doing that and then I m staring at my tech vaping and playing on his cell phone, he wasn t even texting he was on Facebook or instagram or some garbage. I was pissed not going there again I left and in around 1000 miles I m going somewhere else to get my oil change because I don t trust what he did to my vehicle. NOT HAPPY idc if you vape while working but at least be working!

You'll get good quality service and a quick oil change. I never have had any problems with service nor friendliness. Their prices are in line with other oil change shops in the area. Plue they even top off my fluids and check my tires in between for free!Have recommended, have used.

Quick service at a decent price. I would highly recommend Lube Stop. This must be popular, I arrived 5 minutes after they opened, and there were 3 people in front of me. Still got my oil changed in less than 15 minutes.

Only place I go for my oil change since I moved to Belleville a little over a year ago. Service is fast if you go first thing in the am when they open. Staff is good about checking all your fluids and your air filter.

Saturday morning and was able to pull right in...The guy who helped me was very nice, made suggestions on what I might need in the future, didn't try to sell me a service or product I didn't need...He told me if I ever needed air in my tires or my fluids topped off to stop in and he'd take care of it. I've never had a problem with this business, the guys are always polite and get the job done in reasonable time etc. Seems like a really nice group of guys and they are very knowledgeable! Will always come back!

Quick efficient service ! They checked my son's brakes gave him a set of new tires and an oil change at a reasonable price in a few hours! They're very honest because my son thought he might needed brakes. They checked his brakes and told him they were still very good! I was impressed with the honesty! We both will come back and recommend our family and friends about their great service, prices and Honesty! Thank you!
