Have to say, this is the first time there since Fenix bought out fox, I was expecting to have to wait 2 days for the rim I needed. Gary took care of me, even went and got the rim himself for me. Awesome dude, awesome customer service

The online visual inventory makes it easier to search for parts needs. I just don't understand why a core charge is added for used bumper and fender.

Not what Fox Auto used to be which is disappointing. Staff used to be super nice and very helpful - now u-pull staff sound miserable when I call to ask questions and the parts counter are quick to jump to an upsell or ordering a new part when just inquiring on inventory of parts. Was also told that the two computer systems don't talk to one another so have to be passed back and forth over the phone. I feel bad for the staff there - they don't seem happy to work under this new company. Fox was the best.

They were highly recommended by my neighbor who sold me his Saturn that needed the Engine replaced. Great service from start to finish. Their service department was staffed with awesome customer service representatives. I have over 40 years in customer service and many years in management. I personally recommend this place for your Engine purchases and installs.

Be forewarned Previous American and Import customers!Fenix auto parts, purchased this company and all its assets- but will not help several customers having engines or transmission's warranty issues. Talked to someone today who said all American and Imports problems are not his problems- so all you out there with 3 year part and labor warranties on remans purchased from me are told to kick rocks if your part goes bad. They refuse to help 4 of my current customers and former customers who used to do business with American and Import before the buy out.Take your business elsewhere and remember I am still in the industry and I am located in Fraser now and would love to earn and retain your business.

Very nice experience. Called in for a part and Caleb was incredibly helpful in locating and verifying what I needed. Overnighted from Columbus and picked up from Belleville. Parts and pickup staff were each very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend

They always have what we need, if not in "u-pull" in the parts and services department. And hats off to the workers on u-pull theyre always nice, helpful, and try to help in any way they can. Great people, great company, would recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need.

Last year I had to find a transmission for my car.Joey was extremely helpful.3 months later the transmission blew and I had to contact fox for warranty claim.Joey was extremely understanding and easy to work with.In the last month, once again I have to use this warranty to replace the trans. Again, Joey was extremely helpful.It's super nice to have a contact at a place like this. Very easy to talk to, very understanding, and very helpful.Joey, thank you for all of your help.

My first time at this establishment. I needed a tire rim for my old vehicle. It was a pleasure to come here. Clean place, friendly and professional employees, they found my part in another state, arrived as advertised. It was mounted at their place. Did I mention they have mechanics on site? Very happy with the service.

I recently had a disheartening experience with Fox Auto Parts. I had purchased a warranty for my transmission, only to find out that they refused to honor it. To add to the frustration, they attempted to charge me additional fees for the repair. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed by their staff throughout the process. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of integrity and customer care in a service industry.

This place fixed my transmission gave me a one year warranty. The transmission went out four weeks after the one-year warranty. They would not honor the one-year warranty and tried to charge me Double for a new transmission. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE They overcharge on labor and parts, very rude and very unprofessional.

This has to be the nicest junkyard I've ever been to. I was a little turned off by the $2 admission, but it was worth it. I was given a printout of where all the similar vehicles were located and a color too. This made it so helpful to find what I needed. I will definitely return!

Called in to see if they had a driver side door glass for our Envoy, unfortunately someone smashed the window. They let me know they had one in stock and held it for me. Drove up and picked it up. Price was very reasonable, the window has scratches but it is used. All of the representatives were helpful and courteous.

******EDITED BELOW******~Initial Post:I feel very unhappy and unsatisfied with Fox Auto Parts. I feel like they overcharged me and misdiagnosed my vehicle. AFTER repair, drove the vehicle home, only for, a mere few minutes later, to start the vehicle and have the EXACT same issue I took it in for in the first place AND for the second time because the first part was "faulty", so they say. I'm standing here for the third time over the last 3 weeks waiting to find out if I'm going to have a vehicle to get my 4 children around in and get myself to work in the morning. Extremely angry. Never again.******EDIT******Originally, I gave this business a 1 star rating. After realizing how upset I was, Fox Auto's employees went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not only did I have my car the very next day, all problems fixed and vehicle test driven for 10 miles, but they also had it washed and even put over a quarter tank of gas in it. I definitely feel 100% different about Fox Auto Parts. It's clear that they do value customer satisfaction, and that means everything. Thanks Fox, nicely done

Ordered a drivers door. In was at Fenix's shop as said but it them 6 days to get it 2 miles down the road to a body shop where they originally said they would take it for me. I also checked on it to find out why it was not delivered twice during the week. They not only dropped the ball once but twice. So my van/camper is at the body shop in the rain with a hole in door getting wet because Fenix dropped the ball. Do you think they will replace the 12 in memory foam mattress I have in there that is probably wet and molded?

Ya short and simple been doing bussness hear for years and years. But nat again after today. Highway ribbery and discusting attitudes. 30 dollars for a window switch that is 43 new. Get out never ever ever will i step tgrew nor do bussiness again. You guys musta changed hands or somthing. Because fox auto or wht ever you guys call yourself you guys blow

I highly recommend the U-pull & the full service equally. If you're a do-it-yourselfer, U-pull might be the right choice for you. Fox has a wide variety of cars, making it likely they will have the part you're looking for. The full service center staff are very knowledgeable they will have your vehicle fixed & back on the road. The mechanics at Fox are in high demand, so make sure to call ahead to make an appointment.

Kevin was awesome. Nothing else I can say besides professional and down to earth. Didn't rush through the call and was patient with me through searching for multiple parts.. update!!!! Part came a day early and Kevin went above and beyond to ensure delivery.couldnt be any happier with a business..100% satisfied

Was a great experience. Went to the U pull side to look for a battery holder the lady at the counter was very helpful in finding the Vehicles in the lot and upon checkout, it was a pleasant experience also the guy at the counter was awesome will definitely return.

I truly don t even know where to start. Bryan and Moe were a tremendous help. The customer service is amazing and I couldn t have asked for better service. Bryan made sure I got every part I needed, and explained why I needed it because I have ZERO knowledge of cars. Moe made sure it was at the best price followed up with me in email to make sure everything was good. It s hard to get good customer service now. I am so grateful that I was referred to this store.If you need stuff come here !
