Great shop! Very knowledgeable and friendly mechanics, Brian was very informative and honest about the repairs needed to fix my vehicle, not one those scam shops you re walking into mostly these days. Would definitely recommend and they will continue to receive my business. Thanks!

I have a hard time letting anyone work on my vehicles but I had an issue with my Honda Odyssey that required the latest electrical calibration equipment. Not only did the service manager and the technician put me on a three way call with them to resolve the issue, at no point did I feel I was being taken advantage of and my problem was rectified with a unbelievable fair price. This place has definitely gained my trust and I have found a new home for my vehicle needs.

This shop is great. I've taken my truck there a few times and they always get it done. Just recently had a friend drop their car there. It had a sporadic running issue that just wouldn't pop up during diagnosis & rather than charging us, they just said since they couldn't get the issue to occur, they told us they didn't actually have to work on it and sent us on way without charge. Super great place. Can't recommend them enough.

The service manager is very professional and friendly, but most of all honest. ( Brian) the service crew are friendly and went above and beyond to get me back on the road and to work, I definitely give them 5 stars, more if I could. I don t see any reason to take our cars anywhere else after the great experience we had. Thanks again. Great to see places like this shop still exist.

You know that feeling, oh no ... I ran over something, and then 30 minutes later your tire air sensor starts ringing? Well, if that happens, don't stand in line for hours at one of the Big Box stores, get to Car-Tech !!! In and out in less than 15 minutes!Thanks for the fantastic, and quick service, on this snow-filled Friday.

I've used this auto shop twice in the past 2 years, both for tire repairs on my Chevrolet Silverados. 5 star performance everytime, the staff is extremely professional and proficient. I would recommend this Auto Shop 10/10 friendly and reasonable price within Industry Standards for Auto Repairs.

If I could give them them 50 stars, I would, and it still wouldn't be enough. After being raked over the coals taking our van to a dealership, I found Brian and his team, and I couldn't be happier. These guys spent hours diagnosing, testing and even experimenting, and finally found and fixed my issue (an issue that the dealership couldn't find in five weeks). They went above and beyond, and exceed my expectations, and at a very fair price. You really shouldn't even think about taking your vehicle anywhere else.Service: Electrical repair

These guys are professionals. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have them check the engine light. Before I knew it I was on the phone with these guys as they gave me recommendations about what was best for me and my money. They made it clear they weren't interested in over charging me but charging me based on my informed decision. After they gave me a chance to consider the best approach they went to work. They found what they thought was the problem and gave me a preliminary quote the price was high but necessary. I agreed and they made the repairs. A day later they called problem fixed and the price was insanely lower than the original quote. They were able to fix things without the extra cost. Outstanding!!!Fast, fair and affordable.I would highly recommend Car-tech Complete! The mechanics and staff are very professional, very helpful & had great prices. This is now my shop. And will be the shop I bring all my children's cars since now they are all of driving age.These men are knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear.

Car-Tech came highly recommended by a former coworker, and has been the place my husband and I have gone to since our last mechanic we went to retired. We've had a great experience every time. As a woman, I truly believe that good, honest, and awesome auto mechanics are like gold--especially after being to other places that won't speak to you like an adult, aren't always honest. Car-Tech really has been like gold to me and my husband, and we can't recommend them enough!! They're just great folks, have a great work ethic, good deals, and will do their absolute best to make sure that they've done all they can for you and your car. They're the best!

I've went to this shop for a few years now and had good interactions every time.My car was recently on its way out and instead of upselling me on repairs that weren't worth it, I was told outright its time to look for something new.This alone would have been enough, but Brian went above and beyond to help me while looking for a new car by answering some questions and squeezing me in for a pre-purchase inspection. Even called me back and offered some advice on questions I didn't have.He helped me make an informed decision on my new car and will continue going here even if I were to move. I came in this Friday afternoon (4/14) around 3pm & the staff was amazing!! I was needed a tire plugged but turned out it couldn t be plugged because of where the nail was in the tire. The gentleman working knew I was going out of town & knew I needed it fixed so they offered to unhook and put my spare tire on me for. They were all so kind & very helpful to get me going & back on the road to go out of town! Thank you guys so much! I appreciate all of your staff!Service: Tires

I drove from out of state to visit family, my car was making noises in the tire. I left my car with them when I got here, they said it would be a day wait bc it is a first come first serve. The next day I got a call from a tech Bryan that was going to work on my car. I received a call later saying my rear wheel bearing was bad and what the cost would be. When my car was done Brian called me telling me my car was finished and the tech Bryan stayed late to finish my car bc I was from out of state and needed my car. The courtesy and communication I received was 5 stars. The price was fair and I'm very pleased with my service and grateful Bryan stayed to finish my car, that was above his job description and so I would recommend car tech to anyone needing repairs done by a reputable place.

Love Cartech!! Solid car shop with consistently great customer service. I've been a customer since 2018, and they continue to service both of my vehicles. The mechanics are excellent, we know them by name and the shop manager Brian is fantastic. We have always been treated personally, fairly and with respect. They give it to you straight when providing the cost of repairs. These guys are awesome!! I bought a car in May and it broke down not long after, I needed alot of work done to it and I took it to Car Tech and they kept me updated and helped me out tremendously!! I will never take my cars anywhere else, if you need your car fixed take it here!! I dont know everyone's name but Brian is great and he will make sure to get your car back on the road as quick as possible!!!

The guys here are wonderful! Great customer service, down-to-earth, and professional. I m not good with names, but the gentleman at the front desk shopped around online to get me the best deal on brakes. They also showed me, an upcoming repair I needed to have done on my car. I was there early and they had me out in just a few hours. There was no up selling of additional services. Just attention to the immediate and a plan for the future, I appreciate that. Happen to stop by on way to see a client. The reason, my tire air pressure light came on. The shop was extremely busy and was closing their doors for the day. The General Manager along with one of his mechanic garage assistants took the time to go the extra mile by not just checking all the tires but checking the tire to see if there was anything in the leaked tire.I got ready to pay, but he said no need, this is just a regular procedure service for customers. The regular service came with good communication with me and help keep me comfortable and wanting to do business with me in the future. I definitely went away impressed.Folks! There is nothing like good people. Brain Laraway let me know that right away!!Will I be back to give him by business? Hell yes!!!

On the recommendation of a friend, I took my car last week to this business CAR TECH for help. My Subaru Outback needed big help with its power steering system When I got there, I was taken care of by Brian, who asked me to explain what was going on with my car, and what it doing etc He had me leave it with him, he explained the diagnosis fee, and what he d be doing to get me my estimate.He called very quickly like two days later, ( far faster any Subaru dealer has ever lemme tell you) with an estimate, and he walked me thru exactly what needed to be done, and why. I needed a considerable amount of repair work done, and so I asked him(after he gave the estimate), if we could do it ANY cheaper, ( I mean who doesn t like cheaper)???He didn t try to sell me, he just explained to me exactly why that wasn t possible, and what could occur if we did cut corners ( going cheaper) INCLUDING, if we for example used, used parts... I m glad I listened to him! I trusted the evaluation, And his judgement!! Couldn t be happier!!I more than anything appreciated being explained things by him, no bullying, no scare tactics, But of genuine concern that we do this right, now, so I can enjoy my car longer!!Thanks again to Brian at Car Tech!And, to end all, my car drives like it s new again!! I had a terrible experience with these guys. I see people saying they got a great deal on brakes or service...that's odd, because I didn't!!The guy behind the counter said they won't machine my rotors and made me buy new ones. He also said they are an "honest shop".I don't think so, buddy. If you're honest, you don't need to keep pushing on that statement. Clearly you are trying to make yourself feel better for over charging me. If you were truly honest, you wouldn't make me buy new rotors.Also, the dealership recently quoted me the same work with genuine OEM parts for $220 less than these guys.And, the guys at Car-Tech were too busy watching the game to work on my car! So had to wait till the following Monday.Maybe they don't offer good deals and great customer service to people of color?Never bringing my car here again, ever!!!Service: Brake service & repair

The folks are Car-Tech are simply hands-down the best auto repair people I've ever met. They always take the time to explain exactly what they're doing with the most helpful info, and in a very friendly manner. They've gone out of their way numerous times to offer me the absolute best price on work being done (and never pressure for extra work or costs); they truly are not in it for the money and really care about what their customers think of their service, in my opinion. I've been going to Car-Tech for a number of years now (numerous cars) and I'll never take my cars anywhere else so long as I live in the area they truly offer the best service, quality work, and most-affordable prices I've ever come across. They told me about the existing matter with my vehicle and provided me with an affordable price for repairs. As a result, my car is operating a whole lot better. what a lifesaver! I don t live too far from Car-Tech, i ve always noticed that the parking lot is full and there s a lot of activity going on every time I drive past. I found myself in desperate need of tire repair and used good old Google find something near me. I gave them a call and was able to limp my car into the drive. Everyone was really great I had 45 minutes to spare before they schedule their last appointment. I was seen right away. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within 45 minutes.I had the opportunity to watch them work with other customers and was really impressed with how clear their communication was and how fair they were when discussing the costs and needs of their customers.I will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs or Maintenance needs.Plush the price was really reasonable to repair my flat tire.Service: Tires

I have several vehicles that have all given me problems within the past few months. Due to my vehicles getting older and being beyond dealership warranties, I had to find a place I could trust with repairs. I decided on Car-Tech based upon proximity and great google reviews and I must say that I am glad I gave these guys a try!What I ve had done: The HVAC compressor failed in one vehicle and the pulley came apart, which resulted in extended damages to tensioner pulleys, plastic oil cooler lines, and a couple of belts. I assessed the damages myself before taking it in and found the damages to everything but the oil cooler lines. I flat-out missed those. I hit a pothole in another vehicle (thanks Michigan roads) resulting in the outer tie rod coming apart. It was later discovered that I also had movement in the ball joints and Pitman arm, along with wheel bearings loose. Following these repairs obviously calls for a wheel alignment. And one other visit involved a coolant manifold pipe that needed replacement due to a plastic hose barb breaking off.So needless to say, I ve gotten to know the staff at Car-Tech quite well over the past few months. Brian is an awesome guy and I feel we ve developed a friendship that will extend well beyond the place of business. Prices are reasonable and the service is great! They may not always be able to get your car in the same day, but every trip has been worth the wait. These guys are awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone. I had been trying to get my tire that had a nail stuck in it fixed for a week and every place I went to wanted me to drop my car off and pick it up the next day. These guys fixed my tire right there on the spot and he didn't even charge me for it. They really saved me right before the big storm rolled in and I am forever grateful. Thank you guys for for being so friendly and reliable.

Got the run around all over town trying to get my tires done because my car is older. These guys were willing to help me out!
