When a business operation is performed so well, 1 or 2 small but confusing issues can hurt a little. I brought my only 4 month old 23 Ford Bronco into Burhop collision to repair some door damage. The shop did an excellent repair job. But my truck was delivered like this (pictured) I wanted to write a lot more of the shops pros and cons, But Google only allows so much here to type. I still gave them five stars cuz all I wanted was my truck back repaired like new, which they did. Still, come on guys only takes a minute or so to hose it down lol

Sam and his crew did a great job on my dodge was a lease turn in and the work was above and beyond would highly recommend them for your collision shop needs trust me I do this for a living they do good work

Recently I needed an estimate for some repair work and while I traded my truck in rather than getting it repaired, the folks at Burhop's were very nice and helpful.

Burhops team did an outstanding job on my car after a wreck. They finished a full month ahead of schedule and the car looks perfect- drives perfect- like nothing ever happened. They communicated well, had very friendly and welcoming customer service and performed to the highest standard of professionalism that is to be expected. They helped make this unhappy situation smooth and easy. They updated me on parts availability and expected deliveries. They also have affordable rentalsif needed. I've only ever had a great experience with this company. They squeezed me in to accommodate my schedule . They communicated the progress of my vehicle while I was out of town to ensure it was ready upon my return. I can't speak high enough about their customer service. Burhops is hands down one of the best collision shops! My Ford Expedition was hit in many places, had hail damage and I just got my car back and its perfect!!! Excellent service, Excellent work!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I called to get information on a estimate/quote an a women by the name of Tammy was very rude and tried brush me off. I was told they could not do a estimate/quote till Monday due to the rain and them not being able to properly assess the situation in the rain. I sent over pictures and all the required information and was still told I would have to wait until Monday, pictures are not assessed in the rain so I m confused. Then when I called back to get information on who is the manager for the day I was informed he was not there . This was a very bad experience and I hadn t even took my car to the establishment yet. The young lady that answers the phone however is very nice though.

Words can t express my GRATITUDE and Experience with Burhop Collision. They exceeded my EXPECTATIONS as Customer by providing WORLD CLASS SERVICE, AMAZING Work, and they do whey say and PROMISED. Everyone from the Owner to the Staff made me feel appreciated as Valued Customer, and I highly recommend anyone to get your work done and I would drive hours to get my work done at Burhops.

I had a major problem with my car that other shop couldn't fix. I took my car to have Sam look at it. He was confident that he could fix it. Sam and his staff were not only able to fix it but they finished ahead of the projected completion time. The next time I need something done Burhop Collision will be the only place for me to go. Thank you to Sam and all your of your staff.

This place is pretty cool. The staff is very accommodating as well as a "down to earth" southern attitude. Tammy kept me in the loop of the process and I appreciate her giving me calls. Thanks to their hard work I was able to get back on the road rather quickly.

Normally, I can find SOMETHING wrong with paint and or bodywork. Just got my car back from Burhops and no can do finding any issue. Outstanding work.Update: after washing the car, I found some not so stellar painting. -2 starsService: PaintingService: Painting

I just needs a windshield replaced. They took care of it in one day. They also went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my vehicle, it was spotless. Thanks Sam I really appreciate the service.
