Employee reviews / annual performance reviews , you rarely see 10 out of 10 or 5 out of 5. The corporate thinking behind it is , there is always room for improvement. So in honor i never leave 5 of 5 stars to support us lowly paid workers. So this one would had got a four but that is perfect in the corporate thinking so i have to leave a three.I asked before I scheduled my appointment , I asked right before they started my scheduled maintenance and I asked while cashing out in the end, did you leave the old tire I asked you to in the trunk like I asked you to? Each time they said yeah we will replace all four tires and leave the old tire you asked about in the trunk like you asked. After cashing out I popped the trunk and there was no tire as I requested several times, they even said while cashing out , yes the techs put that tire in the trunk. I mean not a big deal , I went back in and asked about my tire that I wanted to keep, and they provided it (hint hint , it was brand new because my older one got a flat two month prior, so i wanted to keep it , guess they did as well?)Anyway , failure to follow instructions that i repeated several times, failure to be honest at checkout, all you had to do was go look for yourself instead of saying yes its there when it was not. For this I am leaving a three star review , because thats a really really simple request you should have honored , it was a simple question which you could have found out yourself instead of me finding out myself and getting upset with your company.

Had a nail in my tire. Staff would only fix it if I took the tire off myself and dropped it off over the weekend, so I did. When I picked it up on Monday I noticed the rim had deep scratches all the way around from the tool they used to put the tire back on. Scratches won t buff out.Showed the damage to Chris and no questions asked, sent the tire out to be refinished. Looks good as new now.Update, had to replace another tire on the same vehicle on March 18th. Scheduled an appointment at 8 AM. Took over two hours to replace the one tire, and I was the only one there. They scratched the rim again all the way around and said they took note of the damage and will address it later.

This location is the best Belle Tire I have been to in the area! I tried to use another location recently. Bad idea. I ended up going back to this one and getting issues the other location caused, fixed. You can definitely tell management is doing a good job here, and I appreciate them and the employees! Thanks, again - I'll be back

If you are thinking of using Belle Tire on Belleville Road please think again. After new set of tires and upper control arms got a throbbing in front end after numerous alignments and rebalancing. Took to another shop which found a bent rim immediately that they bent Andrew refused to make good on their work go to Discount Tire save yourself the frustration.

Absolutley outstanding customer service! Got a set of 4 tires installed in an adequate amount of time. Was taken care of by the Assistant Manager T. Moore who was pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. Had an issue with the tires 2 weeks later and Mr. Moore made sure I got home AND had my car ready in an hour!

I went to Belle Tire Saturday morning(2/11) to get an oil and left my truck there and they call me hours after saying my rear brakes were worn and need to be replace. I got a quote and told them to go ahead and replace them. They call that evening to say that the truck was ready for pick up, I got the truck and paid $659.74 for oil change and replacing the rear brakes and I drove it home 1 mile from Belle Tire and park it for the day. On Sunday evening I drove it to main street gas station 2miles from me and I smell something burning so I drove back home and park, when I got out the truck I saw smoke coming from the rear passenger side wheel and I felt one of the lug nut and it was warm. I decide it was not safe for me drive it to work this morning so I took it back Belle tire around 7:40am before they open to be first at the door to get in to speak to someone of what was going on .I spoke to Mr. Howard and let him know the issue and I was staying for the vehicle because I had to go to work. He came back to me sometime after said they had put everything back with the old calipers which was bad and another quote in his hand for $663.92 for the new calipers and for workmanship for the job I had already paid them for on Saturday to do, I was somewhat shock why should I pay for the workmanship because of their screw up I should have only paid for the new calipers. I paid another $663.92 because I had no other choice because I had already paid $659.74 for the same job the same job they had done on Saturday when they pointed out about the worn out rear brakes. They knew that I would not take it anywhere else because I needed my vehicle and taken it somewhere else to fix there technician screw up might have cost me more. I paid the $663.92. I spoke to the Mr. Andrew Rahim the manager there for about 2 minutes and told him I was not coming back there and I was going to write my review on Google and get in touch with the Corporate Office and he reply okay. The fact that I paid a total $1,323.66 for an oil change and replace the rear brakes on a 2015 Chevy Colorado. This is all about Corporate greed.

I would go to Belle Tire over a dealership any day. I have always received great service, and the staff are excellent in what they do. Shout out to the manager as well.

They are trying to charge me 100 dollars to diagnose the check engine light. Thats free everywhere else ive been. If the upcharge starts here then i dont want to see what they will upcharge to actually fix the problem

DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE.This place is a joke. Went in the first time for tires and they replaced the wrong ones, and I had to catch their mistake. They responded to my email with the typical sorry, and I mistakenly let that go. I come in for a visual inspection to prep my car for the winter, and they come back saying that my lower control arms and my serpentine belt need to be replaced and I m looking at 2,300 dollars. Just had a mechanic look at my car in the garage today and the belt is completely fine and the control arms were replaced right before I bought the car. What a scummy business tactic and this Belle Tire has ruined my perception of every Belle Tire it associates itself with. TLDR DO NOT GO HERE.

I bought 4 tires, at the standard price of most shops, I'm sure some shops are cheaper, but I like the fact that if my alignment is off, ( which is what I needed), they're able to handle that or any other front-end mechanical problem discovered.... The shops do oil changes, too... I'm not sure what other services are offered. The employees appear knowledgeable and are courteous. The waiting area is clean, bright, and inviting. I also like the email copy of the receipt, which I received.

Definitely the best visit at a tire shop we have ever had. Michael was the nicest, most helpful person. He made sure we were well taken care of and informed of everything going on. I honestly could not be more grateful for all his and everyone in the shops help. Will definitely be back!

I came in for regular maintenance on my vehicle on Thursday. They had instructed me to come back the following day as soon as they opened in the morning upon arrival at 8 AM. They gave my appointment away to another customer who got their after me. Then proceeded to instructed me that i could return the following monday. I have never encountered such poor customer service and disrespect. I will never recommend belle tire ever again after this.

Had brake pads and rotors replace. I noticed a groove in rear rotor about a week later. Return back and brought to their attention. They said pad will eventually smooth out groove. They lost a valuable customer

Best visit I ve ever had a tire shop. The employee, Chris B. , who I believe is the manager, was the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional customer service that I ve ever received from anywhere. I live 30 minutes away but I will always make the drive to this belle tire specifically because of Chris. I wish more businesses had employees like him. It s very rare anymore. This belle tire hit the jackpot with this employee! Would recommend to anyone! Just make sure to ask for Chris B!!!!

The first and absolute last time Belle Tire in Belleville will ever receive my business. Following the purchase of four, brand new tires from their shop, their intention was to mount the tires misaligned unless we purchased an additional $100 alignment charge- in addition to an installation fee. The employee at the desk stated, "No other tire shops do alignments like us", which is a blatant lie, as Discount Tire just down the street does free alignments with tire purchase. If you're ever in need of new tires or tire service, drive the opposite direction of Belle Tire and you will be satisfied. Looking forward to "Jenn" commenting, and providing a boring, generic, half-hearted apology.

Had a flat on my travel trailer. Called Belle Tire was told they had a replacement. Replaced my tire and got me out the door pretty quick. Now I have a new spare tire.

John went above and beyond to take care of my tire. I was having a terrible day and he could tell that it was a rough day for me. It is nice when businesses go out of their way to notice the human in their customers. Thank you John!! When I am ready I ll buy all my tires from you.

Horrible place very unprofessional in not a great place for any reason what so ever all employees smoke weed on the clock in are very unprofessional they're discriminative against all nationalities in there the worst belle tire in Michigan I recommend boycotting this franchise due to unprofessionalism and laziness staff is horrible

Went to get a tire plugged and they said it would take 3 days to get to. Everyone was sitting there having coffee not doing a thing. This is the second time i went there fir service. This place is a joke

I needed a tire changed and I immediately received service (as a walk-in and a first-time customer). I would really highlight John Heeringa who was very professional and personable. As a UM student, he gave me a discount as well. He was an amazing employee and person.

Very disappointing. I took my wife's car in a few months ago to get a leaking tire repaired. A couple days after we got the car back the low tire light came back on. I called the shop and they said "oh yea, there was a note saying that the wheel had a damaged rim and wouldn't seal." Not only did they up sell me an alignment but they didn't do the 1 thing I came in for and didn't even tell me that when I picked the car up. I took the wheel off and sprayed it with soapy water. TURNS OUT THAT THE RIM IS FINE. THE TIRE HAD A NAIL IN IT AFTER ALL. I got a kit and repaired it myself. What a waste of time and money that experience was.

DON"T WASTE YOU TIME. Had an appointment to get tires, after waiting an hour and 45 minutes they still had not started on my vehicle. I left and will NEVER go to Belle tire again. Go to a decent shop that cares about customer service rather than taking long lunches.

Everyone was really nice! My questions were answered and they were really patient with me. I appreciate them doing such a great job on my car. Will be coming back for sure whenever I need service to my car!

They re the reason why I study to be a mechanic so that I can fix my own car and don t have to worry about others ripping me off. Chris claimed that they overcharge for parts because of warranty but it s not on the receipt and he refused to provide proof of warranty. He even refused to email a copy of the warranties to my email. No one mentioned warranty when I told them that I was being overcharged. Now if that was the case, wouldn t the other employees and corporate have told me that? They re crooks and when I told other people not to go there, they said they don t deal with belle tire period. I will continue to spread the word.

Called at 10 am was in at noon, out in approximately 20 minutes. Associates were very nice and professional. Cost effective $20 for needed repairs. Waiting area and restroom very neat, clean and warm. No further issues with my tire.
