The owner and staff are considerate and helpful. They stand behind their product and work. They repaired a flat tire for us and to do so they pulled tire from rim and patched from the inside. This method of repair certainly is the best. Highly recommend!

If you want service with a smile, go somewhere else. These guys are grouchy. Maybe not enough sleep. I bought a new battery and it leaked. It had some damage on the side I didn t see when I bought it. They accused me of doing it installing it. I never even put it in. We have done thousands of dollars worth of business there. I ve sent a lot of people there. But until they get some better counter help, I m finished. These guys need to retire.Service: Battery

I've been getting tires here since I got my first car 24 years ago. Very knowledgeable and very helpful staff. They've squeezed me in a few times before in an emergency.They've been honest with me about what my options are and always have given me options of different tires and tracked down tires to match the ones I had.I recommend them highly. Dan and Marty will take care of you.

They got me in on a Saturday because of my work schedule so they could have enough time to diagnose the problem fully. A part had to be ordered, then they got me back in ASAP for the repair. They have been respectful and honest and answered all my questions, and I'm happy with the work they did on my van. I didn't get the "dumb woman" treatment like at some other places. I'll be going back in a few weeks to have them fix another, less urgent issue. They are definitely customer-service oriented. Their waiting area is spacious and comfortable with a TV, and snack and drink machines plus free WiFi. Restroom was clean, too; always a plus. I'm glad they were recommended to me.

I love this place very honest and friendly. I took my car in for work they let me know it was under warranty and got me all the paperwork to take to the dealership. They never charged me for checking it out. I have been going here for years and trust them completely. I would highly recommended them.

I have been dealing with these folks fo a couple years. It doesnt matter if you deal with Dan or Marty. They are honest, fair and stay within the time frame promised. Prices are very competitive. Highly recommend.

Just looked at my invoice... the prices were super reasonable! Not to mention that they were prompt and courteous and took the time to answer my stupid questions. On top of that, there was no nickel-and-diming for replacing little things like my license plate light. Altogether I'm very satisfied with my trip to Express Tire.

Way too overpriced. Wanted to charge me almost 2300 to fix my vehicle. My car was making rattling noises when I hit bumps, the guy told me it wasn t a guarantee that that noise would go away. Took it someplace else they fixed my car for 1100 in one day. Purring like a kitten.

I have been going to Express Tire for years. They have great prices, usually even lower than anywhere else, and they are very helpful. They are always happy to answer my million questions and check out any concerns I have. They are fair and honest in my opinion and that can be difficult to find in this industry. I trust their work.

Unprofessional, and crazy high prices. Wanted to charge 170 dollars to replace 2 bolts. I understand having to make money, but this was insane in comparison to time to do it and cost of parts.

Called at 10 am in by noon, out by 12 30 very cost effective. Very professional, very nice. Waiting area and restroom very clean

This place is criminal, my senior citizen father, in his late 70's went to get his alignment done there after I installed brand new Moog ball joints on his vehicle, (for the record, I am a certified suspension and steering technologist). They tried to tell him that he had bad ball joints and they needed to be replaced before he could get the alignment. Thinking we had bad ball joints, out of the box, we went to another facility that said the ball joints are perfect.... Firestone, Express Tire, Belleville are horrible, thieves that prey on our elderly...Do not go here...

I went in with a power steering leak. They assessed everything on my car and wanted $3,600 in repairs. I took it to another shop and the repair was less than $500. Yikes!!

We had a flat tire unexpectedly and the very friendly staff even offered to put our spare on when they didn't have our size tire. Fortunately, they checked the back (just to be sure) and got us back on the road in no time! Stellar service!! Will return.

Very dishonest business practice. My Car had engine over heat and coolant issue with white smoke in the exhaust. Did some search online and find it may be coolant or gasket issue. Call these dudes and they told me they can fix that kind of problem. Brought my car to garage, they said they will diagnosis and fix it. The diagnosis that cost $59 turned out to be the same exact thing i found online. As for repair they can't do it. I was told to go to full mechanic service. Why advertise mechanic service if you can't do it?

These guys are something else. Not only are their services overpriced, BUT their mechanics arent very adept. They let a friend of mine drive off their lot, after over 1400$ in repairs, and didnt tell them that their exhaust was in desperate need of atention before falling off. They examined it, and told them that it was loud, and that it was rusted, but didnt let them know it was hanging by a thread. Long story short, it fell off less than 2 miles after picking the car up from there. My friend and their family have been going there for over 20 years. They know the people who run the place, on a personal level. BUT you couldnt let A FRIEND know their exhaust was in that dire a state? AFTER SPENDING OVER $1400 there the day prior? Their response, SORRY. Yeah, you got that right. You are sorry. A sorry excuse for a shop. I, for one, will NEVER bring my vehicle back to these shiesters, and neither will my friend. And will continue to let everyone I know, that they are just that. Shiesters. The new owner must sure be SUPER PROUD.

I had a nail in one of my tires. I went to this place and the people were very kind and professional. They explained to me how they fixed it and I learned a thing or two from our discussion. Definitely recommend this place

Driving to breakfast and got low tire pressure. Pulled in here and the staff was super helpful and got our truck in right away and patched the hole. Super friendly, fast and efficient.
