This is the kind of shop you want too go too pick up my trans today and looks night and day was just rebuild a year and a half ago from a shop downriver. And this owner went above and beyond for me .this is the way shops were and need too be now .not taking ours money and run .can't think this man enough the last two pictures are a year ago day of picking up from a different shop like night and day thanks

Have to go through everything they touched. Brake pedal super soft and goes to the floor. Alignment still off. Didn't even touch drivers rear brake. Said it was fine after 30 days. Accurate auto repair services, is located next to/within the same building as Accurate Transmission, and next to Sandy s marina. This map is incorrect! We offer complete automotive repair services. steer clear, absolute crook. "rebuilt" suburban 4x4 3/4ton trans with light duty car parts, failed 4 mos. later "well you got your 6k miles out of it" . charged another 750 to put trans back together with same light duty parts, failed again 9 mos later. but not until cut fuel line(due to incorrect reassembly) cost me hundreds is lost fuel and almost cost me my sons..truck was running in parking lot in 20 ft diameter puddle of gasoline. This shop is crooked. goto A&M trans in Flat Rock. solid shop. solid work. Accurate does inferior work.

These guys came highly recommended and they lived up to the recommendation. They not only fixed my transmission for a fraction of the price, but they went above and beyond and caught another issue (unrelated) and addressed it for me. Hi, my name is Brian, me and my dad have been a customer for lots of years, he has done our El Caminos, and many other trucks and old Ford cars, he is the best transmission rebuilder I ever seen, Shame on anyone who gives him less then a 5 star review, I feel at my experience with the good work they have done, I would give them a 6 star, I m sorry but the less then 5 stars are probably people that don t even know how to check their transmission fluid. Thanks Darrell for all my transmissions you have done, can t wait to get that 700 r4 in my cutlass!!!Service: Transmission

I just dropped off my Transmission to be rebuilt, from the time I walk in the door, shop worker's were very friendly and let me know in detail the work that was going to be done, and made sure I understood everything. Can't wait to pick up my Transmission, I know it is going to be done RIGHT.Look for update on Service, in 2 weeks.

Took my truck to this shop spent over 5,000 dollars to get less than 500 miles on my truck before it stop running, took it back THREE times saying nothing was wrong with it. Except the timing was completely off, my spark plug boot was snapped off and was missing vacuum lines completely. Everytime he had my vehicle it was for months and never had anything to show for it. This guy is a joke, save your time and money and take it literally anywhere else.

I am a racer with a 600hp Mustang using a C4 trans (9.90s). Accurate setup the transmission and it has worked flawlessly. I just returned the transmission for a freshen up after 2 years of racing and no broken parts or problems, just a clean up and new wear parts and it is back in my hands.They do excellent racing transmissions and if I run into a problem with my daily driver, this is where I would take it.They are a busy group, so if you need it in a hurry, make sure they know and you remind them.

I have had several race car and hot rod auto transmissions rebuilt or freshened by Accurate. They have all performed great. Louis the owner took the time to review the technical details of each specific build for me.

Great work and honest, I have been using them for years and have brought and bought multiple transmissions. Tow rig to racecar they have had me covered and pointed me in the direction to best suit the vehicles needs.

Tried to set up a repair for my vehicle. Called two different times and my call was never returned. Had talked with him once about my problem and felt he was the right person to take it to. But when he did not respond to subsequent calls i found another shop close by.

Great place very honest. I described my symptoms and where I thought the leak was and was told if that's what the problem is $1000. They called and told me that wasn't the problem and it would be $149 to fix.

I called with some questions about my transmission issue after hearing good things about them . I was given a quote and rushed off the phone before all of my questions were answered only to hear them talking about me when he thought I was off the phone . I ll spend my 3 grand somewhere else thanks

Transmission only lasted 25,000 miles. Pulled it out was missing 2 bell housing bolts and 2 of the transfer case bolts.
