We bought our tritoon from here last year, and Jake was our salesman. It was such a fair, easy, process, that when our son was buying their first tritoon, I was happy to recommend Jake, and Dewitt Marine to him. They had such a large selection to choose from that Jeremy drove his family here from WA during their Spring break to pick up their boat. Knowing they were traveling 2,000 miles home, Dewitt Marine made sure he had the right trailer for travel, and they put travel shrink wrap on it so it'll still be new when they unwrap it in WA.Thanks so much Jake and the Dewitt team for doing everything you said you'd do, when you said you'd do it.

Great experience. The boat pick up process was easy .. parking, nice docks, helpful / knowledgeable staff (Megan) and the best portable restrooms I ve ever used (even had AC). Boat was excellent .looked new. There is nothing like boating on Torch Lake!

We had a great day on Torch Lake! Every employee we encountered was very kind and helpful. The boat was beautiful and had everything you could need! Very reasonably priced for a full day of boating. Highly recommend, we will be back!!

100% The Best rentals on torch Lake.. when you're ready to reserve. complete all rental forms, put deposit down, watch instructional video all online. This will make your check-in process much faster. Employees Becky and Brady were top notch. Check-in process was fast and easy, All questions were answered during the boat inspection. The boat was clean and easy to navigate. They have supplies from food to toys and BBQ food truck in the parking lot. No reason to read anywhere else

The pontoon boat was amazing. We have a fun time at Torch Lake. I recommend Dewitt Marine, they have affordable prices and clear instructions.

Very instructive on the boat. Location was great! Wonderful directions to the sandbar. Clean facility, pontoon was in amazing shape. We had a wonderful time!

Weather was a bit cool and rainy on our booking day. The crew suggested we switch to a better day (we had cancellation insurance) and made it easy to do. We had a great time on the pontoon and Torch Lake was beautiful. They noticed we were having a bit of trouble trying to get the pontoon into its spot at the marina and the crew jumped into action to save us any hassle. Thanks Dewitt for having very friendly, helpful staff!

We had a great time. We loved this marine. First time for us. We got a beautiful 23 Bennington Pantoon boat that was new. Depth finder, navagation -garmin control was awsome. We had it for 8 hours and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and help plan our trip. We went from Torch lake up the channels all the way to Elk Rapids and than back and explored Torch Lake. The 2 mile sandbar was the highlight. We also went up clam river lead to Bellaire Lake. Our guest loved the boat and ability to travel to all lakes in the area. Thank you Dewitt Marine

Nice location on the ClamLake, with easy access from Torch lake Drive. Torch lake is easily accessible from clam lake with hardly 5 minutes ride. Clam shack rental staffs were very friendly and the store is equipped with all needed accessories and even quick bite foods. Very very clean restrooms.The only annoying experience was the long super scrutiny by 2 staffs while return, while a super casual and quick check while rental, due to that a small scratch on the rubber protection from the previous rental went unnoticed and kind of ended up as I was accountable. But the next day got a courtesy call informing a waiver. Probably he staff were doing their job, but had I known the super scrutiny, would have cared to do a detailed check from my side or even taken pics/video as proof for records prior to leaving.

Great place to dock, fuel and call home for a long weekend. Understaffed like the rest of the world, but the ones who work, work hard with a great attitude! Many bathrooms available, clean well kept, store is stocked with your favorite beverages. Always are go to place on Torch Lake :)

The pontoon we rented was in excellent shape, well maintained and clean. It came with a 200 hp motor which helped you move around the lakes at nice clip and could easily pull tubers if wanted. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be renting from them again in 2024.

Always a great experience renting from DeWitt Marine. The boats are top notch and the staff is so accommodating and friendly at the Clam Shack. This was our 4th time renting a boat from them and we will def be back again

We have rented from other boat rental places on Torch Lake and Dewitt is the best by far. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional and an all hands on deck kind of crew. We had a really great day on their new, clean and well kept boat. They were also the cheapest around which was a huge plus. Boat day is always my favorite day of our torch lake vacay and the ease of renting from them makes it even better. We had to switch days bc of weather and they didn t make a big deal about it like the last place we rented from. Super good job! Thank u!!

Having delt with Dewitt's off and on over the last 50 years, I have experienced most of the good, and bad aspects of working with marina staff. Having said that, I can wholeheartedly endorse the crew at Dewitt, the Clam Shack group in particular, they have a seasoned leader in Becky, and willing seasonal staff to help with whatever your needs may be. Their rentals are always first-rate, clean, and each renter receives expert advice before barking on their way. The staff have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs, whether it be procuring a slip for the weekend, boat supplies, or attending to the users facilities in a courteous and professional manner. Kudos to Becky and her staff!!

I won't get into what brought me to the DeWitt service department but Mr. Anthony Workman, Service Manager is the best. He understood my needs based on predicament (it was a huge one) and went way beyond what my expectations usually are these days. He treated me as if I were his only customer. A shout out to Cheyenne and Scott as well. I noticed that Anthony's demeanor seemed to be the same with all other customers as well. Highly recommend you reach out to DeWitt for servicing your boat and trailer needs.

Really great experience all around! Dewitt rents brand new top of the line boats so that you don t experience issues and the staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to rent the boat and keep it at our rental house which was really convenient. Will definitely rent from them again and thanks for the great experience!

Becky is the awesome! We rent slips here as often as we can and the customer service from Becky at the Clam Shack is amazing. She goes out of her way to help any way she can.

Renting from Dewitt was great! The boat was flawless. Plenty of space, simple to operate, and everyone was incredibly polite and patient with us. We had a good sized group and it took a lot to wrangle us. Haha. Such a great way to experience Torch Lake.

This marine is top notch professionals. I recently purchased a pontoon from Jake at Dewitt Marine and he has definitely went above and beyond his duties. Easy financing and a personal home town feel. I will definitely be doing more business with this company with my future purchases. This place will not disappoint.

We had a great day out on Torch and Clam Lakes on this boat. The boat was like new. Very clean with a great floor plan that allowed us to fish and lounge and enjoy 8 hours on the water. Comfortable and the sound system was great! We will definitely rent from Dewitt's again!

Professional, clean and 100% awesome staff. Not only do they greet you with a smile but they respect the customer and even asked " how's it going today". They will get my business again for sure. The gas dock was very efficient and took care of moving my rental boat back to the rental dock no questions asked. Your marina is professional, courteous, and most of all respectful. There were many people coming in for boat rentals but your staff handled all of us like we were family and went the extra million miles!!! Amazing thank you!!!!!!

Love love loved working with Heath, our salesman from Dewitt. We had $20,000 budget that exploded into a $50,000 boat that I have no regrets on, at all. The service with Dewitt, is worth it all. They do what they say they will do, they honor every last syllable of their agreement. I love working with them - you cannot choose a better solution in this area.Quick update! We ran into MAJOR safety Bennington wiring issues as it relates to the Dewitt wiring of our 2017 Bennington $50,000+ boat and our fuel line electrical wiring - very scary! We were hoping to work it out with KC and Heath and Catherine - let s see how that goes. Stay tuned ! Fingers crossed.

I had a transient slip booked for a night. The slip is out on the edge of the dock where your boat would be getting tossed by the river traffic the whole time. Bathrooms are a huge walk to access. The launch they have is a huge pain to access with no where to park your truck and trailer after you launch. I ended up just leaving the marina and staying elsewhere.

Excellent service and really nice equipment in a central location. I ve rented from Dewitt 2 years in a row now and it has been a great experience each time. The boats are new, clean, and very well maintained. The marina also has a great selection of drinks, snacks, and any last minute attire you may have forgotten at home. Would recommend!
