My van had a blinking engine light as I was pulling into Bellaire for an event. I live in an hour away, so was stranded. Fortunately, the team over at Bellaire Auto was able to quickly diagnosis the problem, and fixed with within 24 hours. I was very pleased with their customer service and pricing. 100% recommend them.

I came in at 8am this morning with my brakes grinding. I was afraid to drive my car back to Grand Rapids believing my brakes could possible fail. Rob, the owner, took it upon himself to rearrange the appointments this morning to fit me in. I had to get new front brakes and by 11:30am my van was finished and I was on my way. Thank you Rob for helping me out. Great guy!! I m in Bellaire a lot because we have had a cottage on intermediate lake for over 63 years and I would not hesitate to use Bellaire Auto Repair again for all my auto repairs.

We were on a family vacation 4 hours from home and our wheel bearing went out on out pontoon trailer. Rob was very friendly and polite. He said get that thing over here and I will do my best to get you taken care of. HE DID and saved our vacation. He didn't over charge us because we were in need. Stand up guy and a stand up business. Thank You Rob! Glad there are people out there that still care about customers.

Rob Cerny at Bellaire Auto Repair did a great job with our wheel bearing repair. We were obviously form out of town. He got to our vehicle quickly, did not pressure us into a repair, from finished the work and charged a fair price.

My car broke down on the main intersection in Bellaire- called and Rob not only helped me get a tow driver quickly but fixed my car on a Friday so I could actually make it back home downstate. After dealing with so many horrible, crooked mechanics in my life I'm not sure how we stumbled upon this shop.I can't count how many times we've taken our vehicles to Rob and his crew, but every time it feels like we're family. From laughing at the counter and being invited into the shop to look at what they've done for us to being charged fair and reasonable prices that their competitors simply can't beat.We're always treated like equals here. The mechanics never assume that I don't know something simply because I'm a woman, which is appreciated more than they probably know.Overall the best mechanic I've ever been to and definitely the best mechanic in the area.

Rob and his mechanics are just AWESOME!!!!! Staying in Bellaire for our anniversary getaway and doing the fall color tour, but woke up to a dead car battery! Rob and his staff were able to fit us in and get us back on the road in about two hours!! These guys were very professional and their repair prices were very fair! I highly recommended these guys if you need Auto Repairs, especially if you just passing through! Thank you to Rob and his staff, You Guys ROCK!!!

First experience with Bellaire Auto. We were referred by both a friend and a neighbor. Wanted brakes inspected as it appeared some uneven wear and possibly calibers sticking. Rob told us all is ok with 40% brake life left. Only owe inspection fee. Appreciated his honesty!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I was visiting Bellaire from out of town when my car told me that I needed an oil change. A quick search found Bellaire auto repair and recommended it to me. I'm used to quick oil changes down back home where you would listen to the text talking back and forth about what they were doing and this and that. Here they don't do that but that doesn't mean they're not taking care of you. I was able to watch the tech work on the car and even ask questions from now and then as he changed my oil. And in many regards the oil change was easier on the wallet up here than it is back home. I would highly recommend coming here to get your auto needs met as well as any other needs that you might have to have.

Where do I start!? We were visiting the area from the Indianapolis area. Our van started a strange humming noise. I Facebook messaged and got a response from Rob within 15 minutes after they were closed. I brought the van in as the transmission was slipping. They looked at the van right away. Lyle checked it out and had a couple of ideas. He did some more work and found the transmission filter was clogged and did a transmission service. It was our lucky day! The van was working normally and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip and made it home safely. This family with 3 boys under 7 were nervous on how we were going to get home. I cannot thank Lyle and his expertise as well as Rob for all they did for me that morning. You guys were Lifesavers. Thank you so much!Service: Transmission

I have been going to Rob at Bellaire Auto Repair for over 20 years. Many repair shops have come and gone in Bellaire and the surrounding area over that time. The difference has been that Rob has maintained an honest, quality repair facility with excellent mechanics who he works right along side with. He takes advantage of no one whether you know nothing about your vehicle, like myself, or are from out of town. He has done expert work at a reasonable price on everything I brought his way, from a 1957 restored vehicle to any of the foreign or domestic vehicles old or new that I have brought his way. He has also gone out of his way to help in emergencies as well.

I am screaming 10 stars for Bellaire Auto Repair. For those of you who are looking for the BEST, Guess what? I have already experienced here at Bellaire Auto Repair. Rich and Tom are the most helpful people in Auto Repair I have ever met. They made sure I was satisfied. They went above and beyond for me. I did need the help being a single mom going to school. Rich and Tom made sure I had no farther delays and I was back to business as usual in no time. When they returned my vehicle it was stronger than before they did a marvelous job. No concerns No worries, If you want the BEST of the BEST please go to Bellaire Auto Repair my experience with them was 10 stars all the way to the moon...Awesome place I am well pleased, you will be also...Please visit here if you want the BEST for your car and someone you can trust with integrity. Been using this business for years and always had good success. They are very accommodating for walk-ins if it is not a large job and they aren't too busy. Generally a good visit. Only thing I have is they forgot to put the oil filter on properly and the oil drained from my car. So if you have it done there then make sure it's on properly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First off six hours from home (Ohio) found this place on vacation. Had a thought leaking break line. Took it to the shop, was a shock, I felt like they dropped everything to get me in. Maybe luck but I think it s small town hospitality, guys we re great. In out and happy. Cheers to these guys great owner and technicians!

On vacation? Car screwed? CALL THESE GUYS. I was 3+ hrs from home on family vaca & expedition gets the check engine light & occasional misfire. Thought I could limp it home to my local shop but wanted to be sure. Shop was busy but they worked me in, guys ran the codes & gave me good solid info so I could make an informed decision. I opted to continue vaca & limp it back to my home shop, they confirmed this place s input. I admit I didn t have work done here. But - HONEST STRAIGHT TALK U CAN RELY ON, AND A FAIR PRICE. They could ve tried to scam me, but did not. They helped me out, even gave me rainy-day vacation ideas. I d go back 10/10.

I trust what they tell you about your car. I took my car in for a rear bearing noise and questioned about the rough idling. After the repair, they told me that I probably had original plugs and that I had about 10% of the front brakes left. I replaced the plugs and wires myself plus did the brakes. Again, I trust what they tell you about your car. No scam at any point.

While vacationing in the Bellaire area my daughter's vehicle's driver seat became stuck in the forward position and would move back to the normal driving position. The vehicle was drivable but not in a comfortable and, more importantly, not in a safe fashion. Along with my one year grandson, we stopped by Bellaire Auto Repair without an appointment. From the very beginning, Rob Cerny, could not have been nicer and more professional. The repair was made promptly and at a fair price. Would highly recommend this business.

Great place, friendly face. When my Subaru was overheating Rob fixed my car the same day I brought it in, and charged me less then he originally estimated.

My car was delivered to the Auto Shop at 10 A.M on the 12th of Dec. and it was delivered at 5:00 the same evening. The car was stalling at idle. A cam shaft position acuator solenoid valve control circuit was replaced and test driven. Thanks to Rob and his crew I was able to drive down state to the Lansing area to share Christmas with my Mother who is 98years old. Their efforts enabled our entire family to be together for perhaps our last Christmas with MoM. Thank you Rob and your crew.Sincerely, Bob Allen
