Pretty sure my portable jumper was stolen by a tech. I admit I don't have solid proof.. but that thing gets charged once every 6 months and it stays in the car otherwise. Also took away longer than estimated to make the repairs.

The gentleman at Premier took forever to look for and fix a battery issue with my Mustang. I started to feel guilty using up so much of his time. He wasn't going to quit until it was fixed. I was so impressed. Wonderful place. It was a fairly new battery and I ended up having to get a new one and on top of everything they gave me a good deal. They are the greatest

No quote, then tried to charge $220 to change spark plugs. Car wasn't fixed. Had the same misfiring issue as when I took it in. Google won't let me give zero stars.

I went to the place to get my air-conditioning unit recharged. They charged it for me and it works great but one of the seals started leaking and they told me to bring it back and life happens and I couldn t bring it back within their period of time now to get my air conditioning unit fixed. I have to start all over and pay for it like I m just starting out again because they won t fix the leak.Services: Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair

I called them Friday morning to see if they offered brake machining. They got me in pretty quick and they did a great job no more shake. Minimal wait time for service to be completed. The ladies in the reception area were knowledgeable and a joy to work with.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Me and my family have been using premier automotive for repairs for as long as i can remember. My gramps goes to em, i go to em, and i reckon even my to be children will. Very family oriented business. Fair quotes, knowledgeable staff.

Got a fair estimate for replacing 1 rear caliper. Brought the vehicle in for the repair, and 2 hours later they informed me that I needed all new pads and rotors on both rear brake (I replaced them 8 weeks ago, so there was no need for the rear right to be replaced). I agreed to the side with the bad caliper bc I could understand why that might need replacing! When I asked why the right needed to be replace, I was told it s all of it or nothing . When I said I replaced the pads and rotors recently , and asked if the right ones NEEDED to be replaced, they didn t answer with any reasons just I ll ask the guys, but I don t think that matters, its all or nothing . Asked if they could do the caliper and that I would do the rest, and they again said it s all of it or nothing .Very disappointing experience!

AAAAA++++++ Service is top notch. James is very professional and was awesome in helping me. The mechanic Elvis (awesome name!) saved me over $300.00 on my visit. These guys know what they are doing and you can trust them too. If there's something I cant fix my self , I'll bring my cars and trucks to these guys and they treat ya like family and they get the job done. I'm a former auto mechanic and I know good mechanics when I work with them, I'd do my own cars but due to a severe car accident , my pop and I cant do much any more and these guys down here are the ones I trust. Alot of the other garages I've been to are okay , but these guys are the best ! If you love your cars as much as I do , then I highly recommend these guys!!!! Thanks again to all of you again !! Only place I trust with my car; they're always honest with me, do great work, and have really fair pricing. It's a bit of a drive for me, but if my car can get there on it's own, they always have my business first.

This is the only place I bring my car for minor repairs. They're fast and honest and never over charge. They fixed my ball joint in my car in a few hours after my axel snapped and i had it towed in Fixed my muffler pipe that snapped in 20 min after we just stopped in without calling ahead. So glad to have a place like this in Belding.

I got my car back with a big black scrape across the back of the bumper and they won't own up to doing it. They said it was like that when it got there. No outdoor cameras 0 proof I cant do nothing about it. Don't bring your car here.

They most likely didn't test drive my Chrysler after replacing the power steering hose. Another shop told me it had air bubbles in it, causing it to be almost undriveable out of the shop parking lot. The good news the repairs did work once the air bubbles were worked out of the system.

This place is costing my parents now the past year ana half !!!Dad takes it in and dad will say what s going on, then they say it s this and that, they do that , THEN DONT FIX THE ACTUAL PROBLEM WHY HE BROUGHT IT IN FOR !!They say they didn t know that and they didn t write it down and have to make another appointment for that .....Everytime for year an a half !!!

Great place to take the car and get it checked out they were amazing got an oil change and they checked the essentials and even saw that an air line was unplugged and plugged it back it take the car back again

Update:We now have documentation on how the transmission was messed up with the work done. Cannot find them on Michigan LARA. Will be contacting very soon. Next step will be lawyers.Probably one of the worst places to take a vehicle to get worked on in the state of Michigan. After having a motor put in all the dash lights are on and the transmission line came off and almost blew my transmission. I gave it one star because they don't have the option of negative stars. Someone needs to check and find out if these mechanics have a license to work on a vehicle because I wouldn't trust them to work on a power wheel vehicle from Walmart

Although they couldn't fix my car because it has to be done at a dealer, they didn't charge me for any time they spent on it. Super nice people.
