Just recently purchased a 30hp Mercury tiller and had it installed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sales and service team was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back to do business. And the turn around time was fast. Really fast. Communication is excellent.

They don't work on Chrysler motor so I had to find somewhere else just a bum deal but what you can do

Not impressed with the service at all!! The service department was very short and rude. I was having a toon up done on my pontoon boat motor. It ran better before I took it there! It took about an hour to get it to run and then after using it for 45 minutes it died and wouldn t start after I got it back. Before I left I tried to ask about what was fixed, if it ran smooth after new parts were installed, and if there were any pointers to look for. Their response, well didn t hear anything back so it must start. And ignored the rest of my questions. And to top it off parts were $100 and service cost $350. For an hour job based of the parts listed. Do not go there!

First of all I was promised simple parts that everyone should have and that they would hold them up at the front counter for me. When I got there not only did the lady seem to be on math she had absolutely no idea what these very simple parts were and even though I stated clearly what they were what they were too I got question 3 times on it. On top of that they didn't have the part in stock it was not waiting for me and then I was made to feel ridiculously stupid and that I was at the wrong store which there is only one of these stores in the area. Maybe they need to start drug testing

If you need any boating related items, call Strykers! Johnny is the best to call for a new boat or boat repairs! Highly recommend!!

I have been getting my pontoon winterized / oil changes / lower gear case at Strykers for the past 3 years, and have been very please with service. Manager Greg is excellent to work with. Highly recommend for all your boating needs.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Buying a used boat from this place is a HUGE mistake! Pretty much everyone there is rude, but we Went to get a boat a few weeks ago and their salesman named Johnny lied to us about defects on the boat and we've had nothing but problems with it since the day we bought it. They said they would fix these things but when we notified them to do so they of course weren't reliable or willing to follow through on their word. If you can go somewhere else please do! They even knew I was a veteran and still pulled this crap. Beware!

Very knowledge staff and extremely helpful. I was up there for a tournament and I was gonna be high and dry and these guys got me in right away and fixed the problem would have been done fishing if it wasn t for them.

Purchased equipment for my boat. They had most of what I needed in stock. They ordered the rest for me. They called me when my order arrived, in a couple of days. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! I will be a REGULAR customer from today forward!

we stopped to look at used boats - we are new to the area. We went in and asked where we would find the used boats. The woman said "Well they are outside - I don't keep used boats in here!"We were quite taken back by her tone - we certainly didn't mean to bother her with a stupid question - we thought perhaps they were in the large storage building out back or in a special section. Needles to say we won't be going back there real soon -

So very kind , willing to always help .and YES one of the biggest water dogs I have seen . If you want the best and caring people for your boat here is the place to go . If the don't have they will find it fast . Price is great . Work is always perfect.So kind to everyone. If you need information they have it .

Took a trolling motor to Strykers for repair. Fairly new motor I was told the board went bad. I asked if that's for sure what it was and the tech said yes. Cost was roughly 350.00 OTD. I opted to pass on the repair. Came home called Minn Kota. Told him what I told the tech at Strykers. He told me it was a switch that was out of adjustment. He walked me thru the adjustment and in 5 minutes the motor was 100% again. I wouldn't EVER recommend taking anything to Strykers for repair. Imagine how many people had them fix that "Bad board" ? Cost me nothing. I'll never go there again after that dishonest repair quote.

I have a cottage on Wixom lake so the convenience is nice. I ve given this place chance after chance without success. They are the only game in town and they will treat you as if you should be luck they are serving you. Especially the weigh lifter guy with the tattoos. They are over priced on everything, never finish boat repairs on time, and never have anything in stock. I will never go back. Pangborn marine in midland or the marina on second lake are worth the drive.

They were the only marina in my general area that carried a fuel pump for my 50 Mercury. I never thought it would have been that hard to find this item for such a common engine. I live in Bay City and drove the hour. They will get my business for even the smallest of items from here on out.

Everyone here has been terrific and helpful with our pontoon/boat purchase. Johnny went above and beyond and always makes himself available. Even through their own personal tragedies they worked hard to take care of our needs. Thank you everyone at Strykers!! And you gotta meet O'Brian - the biggest water dog we've ever seen! :)

Dock and boat lift service are horrible. Why?1) LSM does not keep promise dates for their sevices2) LSM does not communicate when delays or postponements occur from their business end3) LSM needs to better manage their client relationships4) on a positive note, their service prices are fair, however we haven't experienced any completed services yet. ZERO that comment.5) LSM Please hire or train your staff. LSM has so much potentual that is being wasted due to internal issues.Hope others don't experience what we had.

Stryker's Marina is devastated. They are such nice people, I don't know what will happen to them after this. Governor Whitmer must declare Gladwin County a state of emergency!!! Please everyone help this community.

Always have done marina repairs here good service. The. Flooding hurt aot of the bussiness with the m-30 bridge being repaired and the lake pretty much dried up.

Friendly folks, mish mash of inflatables, marine parts, some snacks/beverages. Disappointed they didn't offer boat rental as some other Wixom Lk. marinas do. Ramp usage for minimal cost. Marine fuel service.

Dropped my motor on 18 April 17 was told it would be 3 weeks before I could get it back. Asked for complete tune up and new water pump Asked for the prop to be refinished. Well got the the tune up and water pump almost 2 months later and no refinished prop Sorry tried to use a local business. Guess I won't be buying a new boat from them!

I was trying to help out a small business, but left very disappointed. They have awful customer service. They don't know their products and they are deceitful. Unfortnately, I will never shop there again.

Easy access to Lake Wixom. When we went it was very crowded. Parking was a very long walk away which was disappointing after paying $7.00.

Over the past week I have sent them about 8 e-mails requesting a quotation for a Honda and Mercury small outboard and haven't gotten ANY response.
