The manager was very helpful & friendly! The 2 other gentleman were also smiling & happy. They all were knowledgeable about the products. Operated well as a team. A very up feeling place, will def pass the word!

I'm an oreilly fan all the way but I have always had good service at this location. If your in bear lake and don't want to make the drive to manistee this is your spot.

Try to keep my business local, but 9 out of 10 if it's one of the older guys working u will get wrong part. Don't know his name. They said the Problem has been solved. Hopefully no more wrong parts in future. I guess the lesson is bring the old part. (Still not a garuntee) And open the new one and check.

Very disappointed in the knowledge of the counter people there you have to do most of the work for them so they can look it up they don't seem to know how to use the old manuals to find older parts and if the computer doesn't tell them they don't know what to look for
