They were very thorough. Jonathan even taught me a few cool things about my 2019 mustang that I didn't know! They took good care of my car and were professional also. Thanks again guys!

Got an oil change and windshield wipers. As soon as I started driving in the rain, the windshield wipers streaked and barely. Cleared the rain when driving above 20 mph, a complete safety hazard. Went back to get them either replaced or returned. They refused to do either and told me I would have to call their service number line to address it with them after I had already called the service line and was told that there was a 30 day guarantee. The 30 day guarantee is not true. Apparently because I drove off the property they would not fix the windshield wipers that were unsafe.

Edit: The manager there, Sebastian, is on a whole new level of a power trip. I was invited over social media to go back for a courtesy check by one of the workers. (Apparently they do that) In response I was told by Sebastian that my vehicle is flagged and can no longer be serviced there. When you're allowed to get service there the work done is great! But I don't recommend counting on a store that is managed by someone who is unprofessional enough to red flag customers who apparently lied to him about the service they want done on their vehicle.

The team is fast, efficient, friendly, and fun. They respect your time and want you to leave with a good experience. They only have two bays, so mind the line outside. They're so popular because they're effective and professional. Plus with a quality brand name backing them, it's worth the wait.

Best staff I've ever encountered at any oil change place hands down. Very detailed and friendly, did not push other things but mentioned when some things were due and what they could accomplish.

If I could give this a zero star for the people you ve hired, I would. Ski had no idea what she was doing. She also overfilled my tires with air. She had no idea what she was talking about and she had to go to her coworker several times with questions. Maybe reconsidering hiring stupid blondes

The workers here are great. Very attentive, communicate with the customers and each other with ease, and are incredibly kind. One complimented my fallout sticker and had I not just embarrassed myself during the light check and became shy I probably would have talked their ear off about it haha. Also, they are fast!10/10 would recommend!Service: Oil change

My jeep cherokee sport holds 5.5 quarts of oil. They only put about 2 quartsback in. I had to put in almost a full gallon to be in the "safe" zone. I never bothered to check until I got a camshaft sensor error on my car. There's no leaks.... I will never ever bring my vehicle here again.

Friendly staff but they need to be more upfront on their prices before they start taking the oil out. Its 115$ with out a coupon and they are up selling everything on top of it.

Came here on a Sunday and these folks were great. They didn t recommend things I didn t need however, asked, since I haven t had the car that long if there was anything I wanted replaced i.e windshield wipers, cabin filter. I had to wait quite a while behind the car in front of me but once I got in the technicians were very helpful and I was in and out. Seems like no matter where you go now our days oil changes are ridiculously expensive but they have coupons that sorts dulls the pain. I will do my ou changes myself from now on out but if you want someone else to do it I'd recommend Valvoline.

The young men who work here are always pleasant, friendly, and very efficient. They make me aware of other services available but I never feel pressured into extras. It's not the cheapest but always a good experience so I will continue to use their service.

I didn't catch their name, but I had a really nice person that helped me out. They were very kind and understanding of my anxiety with things like this. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because every time I come to this place I feel like they're trying to sell me something extra. Other than that, great experience.

I've never gotten my oil changed on my own so I went to get it done and it was going well at first. The price was reasonable I even had a coupon and got my wipers changed. The staff was friendly they were just going a bit fast but I understood since they were busy and it was the middle of the day. They did what I assumed was a regular check through.When it got down to starting my car and leaving my car wouldn't start. My battery was dead my lights were left on I was never told to shut them off. I kept trying to start my car and they didn't understand how to help me. They got a portable battery it didn't work since it most likely wasn't charged. They didn't know how to help me, so they had to push my car out in the parking lot and said they couldn't help me. All I needed was a jumpstart from another car. It just seemed like no one wanted to help me.I wasted the whole rest of my day stuck in a parking lot, trying to figure out how I was going to get home. When all I needed was a jumpstart from an actual car. Not a portable battery charger. I had jumper cables as well no one seemed to want to help me.I really did like Valvoline at first but I'm not sure I will be coming back in the future.

Good price, good service. Got food from next door and basically enjoyed lunch and a show. A little light pressure to buy fancier oil and various fluid flushes and whatnot, but that's okay. For simple oil changes, I will almost certainly be back. Thank you!

Amazing service! I really appreciated their honesty. They told me my oil looked clean and didnt really need to be changed. They did say I was a bit low and just charged me for the oil. They also topped off my fluids

Always happy with their service! I was chatting about an upcoming drive to Florida, They recommended filter replacement. I thought they were just trying to sell me something. They weren't really dirty. I changed them and took the filter to my mechanic for inspection. He confirmed that it was a good recommendation! Nice that Valvoline connected my chitchat to better care for my vehicle.

Will for sure be going here for my oil changes from now on. The people on staff today were Emily, Tristan, and Matthew and they did an amazing job, got it done quick and were super friendly! They checked all fluids, checked and filled tires, checked the air filter and replaced for a small charge, and when i called the call center first they sent a coupon for the oil change right to my phone, amazing work guys!!

The employees at this location are so friendly and professional. They are quick and efficient. I love going here.
