We were coming home from a vacation when we started losing control of the car. Called Tuffy who said we could have the car towed there and they would look at it. Within 2 hours we had a wheel bearing replaced and were back in the road. Excellent, efficient service. Thank you!

Blew a tire up north and couldn't get a seized lug nut off on the side of the highway. Got a tow to this location and they went above and beyond to try and force it off and luckily could get the job done. Very speedy and transparent on what was going on as they tried different methods. Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the area or passing through.

These guys went above and beyond to fix our vehicle in an emergency. Our rear wheel locked up. It was a really scary situation for my husband and kids. Thankfully they were not hurt nor crashed into anyone because of how slow he was going due to the weather plus it being in a school zone. I guess the brake line broke according to tuffy, causing the back drum area to be basically fuse together. It took them hours to fix it. We were aware of some of the issues it already had so when they went into actually stating what happened we knew they weren't full of it. It's all these potholes everywhere. We go through so many tires and it taking a huge toll on our vehicle. So fixing it gets extremely expensive. These guys gave us the quote and we told them what our budget was. They looked into everything they could and found a glitch within their system for hours charged and were able to find some discounts. It still wasn't cheap. We had a church help us to fix the emergency situation. Someone else contacted the church for us the moment they heard it happened and the church offered. It was just all around a huge thing for us. It's our only vehicle. To get it fixed it cost $500. My dad has been a mechanic at a shop for my whole entire life so I know how expensive it is in shops. For our major vehicle needs, we found a garage that is honest and caring. They're hiring according to the sign on their door BTW if anyone is looking for a job.

I am a certified mechanic who put new front wheel bearings on each side of my vehicle along with front rotors and break pads and the same with the back. I also put outer tie rods on, which was the reason why I took my car in so that I could have a tech do the alignment. So this so-called tech comes back and says that the front right wheel bearing is bad and that it would have to be replaced before he will do the alignment. Yeah, they have been caught, so please, if you are in Bay City, go to Georges instead. They are reliable and cheaper.

Best car service I have ever got! Store manager was super helpful, and the service was fast and of high quality! Definitely gonna make this my mechanic from here on out for all the stuff they do! 10/10

Let me tell you about a perfect example of customer service. On the way home from deer camp I had a blow on my camper that took the valve stem off a second tire. With only having one spare I limped my caravan over to Tuffy Auto and tire. I pulled in, before I could fully get parked I had a professional Tuffy technician Sam come to my rescue. Without any hesitation she took care of my valve stem on my tire. Assisted me with installing it back on my camper. Hands down one of my best experiences of a true and honest business. Thank you Sam!

I have had to use Tuffy on a few occasions because I can only take my car in on Saturday or Sunday. A bad part was put on and the manager wanted me to pay an hours labor for a diagnosis. Unethical! So beware female customers if you are asked to do so! The customer beside me left when he heard that! He knew maybe the honesty wasn't there. I had been to Tuffy two other times at Saginaw and Clio they spent time and explained to me the issues. Wasn't a charge for diagnosis. If I have other issues I will go back to other locations. I definitely called them out on it! Unethical to try to make extra money on what they felt they could get away with because I am a female and uneducated in that regard. I didn't know my O2 sensor was bad but I knew I didn't need certain things. This is why women should try to gain as much information as you can. If you have a light on your dash read up so you can't be told about other issues not related! Horrible experience! I also forgot to mention that it was a bad part put on by another tuffy. Because it was under warranty there wasn't alot of money to be made. So my appointment was at 1 and they decided to get to my vehicle after they closed at 5. I didn't leave until 6:30. My day off was spent in the shop! Because they weren't making money. Dishonest and not a good manager at this location! I knew full well that you can't be charged for a diagnosis. I clearly just need the owner to know of this behavior!

This shop was absolutely incredible and fast! I was astounded at how fast they fixed my vehicle and how friendly everyone there was. Thank you all so much for all of your outstanding service! I will definitely not be taking my vehicle anywhere else!

Ripped my husband off years ago and I forgot to leave a 1 star review. They'll say one thing's wrong with your car when it's something totally different, then they'll still charge you full price Take a broken car there, leave with a broken car and a nearly $700 bill.

They were so helpful and kind! Fixed my car in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure my car everything with my car was in tip top shape before letting me leave! Will definitely be coming back to this repair shop!!!

I am a stay at home. Mom of three kids and saturday I Notice that my tire was completely flat. So I called discount tire. And they would not let me come in because they closed in an hour and told me that they open at 9 o'clock the next day. And I could bring it in. So I pull in and they're not even open on Sundays. So I called tuffy and they got me in right away and fixed it. I'm so grateful because I drive my kids 30 minutes to school and can't risk my tire going flat while I drive.

I was on my way out to deliver a vehicle in Traverse City when my truck lost power steering and almost all its brakes, I brought the truck here as it was the closest repair facility near me, the staff was incredibly friendly, I was stuck their for around 6 hours, but the whole time they made sure I was being informed on what was going on with the truck or just general conversation, near the end of my time here, I was brought Taco Bell which was awsome. The level of customer service here is unparalleled. They managed to get my truck back on the road by 6:00 PM as they said they would. Huge thanks to the Tuffy of Bay City for their hard work and help.

We broke down with a flat on our little 5x8 trailer late Friday night on the highway. We took a chance and drove 4 miles on the flat to leave our trailer at Tuffy 's. In the morning we called they were insanely helpful and went above and beyond to help us!! We didn't realize in the dark of the night when we broke down, but we had a 2nd tire almost flat about to rip open too! We are so thankful for all the crew at this Tuffy's from the front help to the manager (Lauren) to the master tire guy who even let me take his photo (Zack)! Needless to say we highly recommend them all at Tuffy's!! Stephanie & Bill BialasPs same day fix even tho they were busy, they knew our distance was far and time was short and boy did they exceed our expectations taking so much care of us!!

Needed an alignment on my truck after installing a leveling kit. They had appointments available that worked for me. Got me right in, were done in the amount of time expected and did a great job explaining to me what the specs were and what adjustments were made.

I had some work done on my daughter s vehicle on Thursday and the staff was great and the vehicle was running good but on Sunday she started having problems again with the vehicle. So on Monday we took the vehicle back to Tuffy to find out why it was having issues again. The staff was great with helping us and having the DM call me about the issues. They find the problems and got it fix for us ASAP due to needing the vehicle for my disabled grandchildren. We are so thankful for all the crew at this Tuffy's from the front help (Sam) to the manager (Lauren) to the master guys in the back!! They don t know how much this meant to us. Needless to say we highly recommend them all at Tuffy's!!Ps boy did they exceed our expectations taking so much care of us!!

Today I stopped at Tuffy Tire & Auto in Bay City. The staff at Tuffy, were so sweet. My tire kept losing pressure, they pulled my car in the garage, determined a nail was causing the tire to lose pressure. The nail was in a place where they were not able to repair the tire and they had no tires in the size I needed in stock. The gentleman, sent me to Kanrock as they might have one in-stock. When I asked the gentleman how much I owed for their time lifting my car up, and finding the problem. He said we are not going to charge you and he wouldn't accept any money for their time. Thank you so very much! I appreciate your customer service!

We were lucky enough to choose this tire shop when our tire popped on Christmas Eve, John the store manager greeted us and got our car back almost immediately. The customer service was fantastic and the service was exemplary. Not often auto places go over and beyond. Great experience of a bad situation.

Tuffy took incredible care of us! Highly recommend! We got a flat on Christmas Eve, pulled into Tuffy for a patch to get us through the Holiday weekend, and they got us fixed and back on the road super quickly! Thank you, Tuffy!

I woke up to a flat tire. Needed it fixed in a hurry. Stopped at one other shop, they couldn't help me (and were rude). Called Tuffy Tire on Euclid,...they were super helpful and super friendly. As a woman, this is very important! In and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much John.
