Sam was Fantastic with me she went above and beyond to help me get my problem solved in a short time. The mechanics helped me understand my situation I was referred here and will recommend this Tuffy Muffler in the future

I highly recommend Tuffy for anyone who needs work done to their cars, ALL of the Bay City workers are nice and kind and treat you amazing .. I was there for some work they found more issues and worked with me to make sure it was fixed, if your needing any work go check them out

Stopped this morning because I needed my oil level checked. I walked in and Sam said she would do it right away. I needed oil and she took care of me on the spot. I appreciated it so much. Sam was very personable and a great asset to Tuffy Muffler. Thanks again Sam

We were traveling from ohio to northern michigan when our suv started acting super crazy. We tried to get in at a couple places who would not help or take care of us. We just happend to call tuffy. Whoever answerd our call was wonderuf and extra kind and helpful they got us right in and got the problem fixed and were above kind and helpful. On a Sunday afternoon boating trip, we had a tire blowout on the boat trailer. All the other tire stores were closed or didn t have time to fit us in. Tuffy s got us in and out in less than 15 min. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Came in on a Sunday morning and met John at the service desk. He personally drove my truck to the hoist, fixed the problem, and I was out in less than an hour. Great job John.

My car was overheating so I took it to Tuffy. Tuffy charged me $661 to fixthe problem. I paid them $661 and they did not fix the problem. They then promised to give me 1/2 my money back for the unfixed problem (?) and they didn't do that either.Honestly it was a pretty good way to get rid of $661. If your bank account is looking a bit too high Tuffy is a great place to exchange cash for no goods or services.

They were able to get me a new muffler put on, but they charged me $540 dollars and told me that I needed a lot of suspension work as well. I thank them for checking that but I don't have tons of money, especially since the most I every paid for a muffler was $250 dollars. I think they are just a little pricey and won't be going back there. I was in a bind and didn't have the time to research the costs and places around me that could get me a good deal as well as get me a descent muffler. Now I know and have learned an expensive lesson.
