Did a great job working on my truck had evap problems it took a couple trips but they figured it out and got me all squared away and didn't even charge me a second diagnostics fee. Great professional place would go back again.

6.15.23 I have used this business since early 2000 after a recommendation from Midland Midas Muffler which I had used for over 10 years. They told me that they were trustworthy and good people. I enjoyed working with Randy and Mark over the years. They had a solid team and were always willing to help me out when I needed a repair. I didn't know that they had retired, which is awesome after a long career in the automobile repair business, I'm sorry that I missed the opportunity to say goodbye and to wish them well!Then, this week, I phoned on 6.12.23 and spoke to Quentin. I assumed he was a new employee still uninformed. I mentioned my name and that I purchased a new used vehicle and would like to drop it off and have some concerns looked at. He told me to drop it that night, they phoned late the next day notifying me that the vehicle was ready and that they had checked it out and gave me a few items that I could do or wait on. I was very satisfied with their advice, paid and picked up the vehicle after hours.Today I phoned to make an appointment for my other vehicle to come in for a concern, Quentin answered and told me to drop it off on Tuesday. At this point, I asked if he was a new employee. He stated that they were new owners and that Mark and Randy had retired. I told him that I didn't realize this and that they are certainly living up to the service provided to a long-time customer by offering the same standard of services that was always offered. Kudos to Randy & Mark and Best of Luck to Quention and the team at Tri City Muffler and Brakes!!

A few months ago I had issues with my car and Tri City Auto was suggested to me and they did an EXCELLENT job and were so friendly and quick. So last night when something was off on my car again, I went straight to Tri City when they opened and they got me right in and took care of me once again. I HIGHLY recommend, these guys do an awesome job and are so friendly and accommodating. 10/10Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

AMAZING SERVICE If you ever need ANYTHING done to your car I HIGHLY recommend going to Tri-City Auto & Brake for any of your car needs. Knew my heat shields were rattling and needed to be looked at. Took it in there and they completely fixed it in 20 minutes. Only shop I will ever go too! Incredible guys who get the job done quick!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Called them in the morning to see if they could fix a loud exhaust. We needed the car before noon the next day to go to a funeral. We did not tell them why we needed quick service, but they said they could look at it if we came right away. They made the extra effort to have it done the same day (in about 4 hrs). We appreciate their willingness to help and their honesty.

Our brakes gave out while on the road. This was the first brake place we saw, so we stopped. With brake fluid pouring out all over the ground, we were turned away and told we would have to make an appointment, which they didn't have available for the rest of the week. The fact that this was a sudden emergency didn't matter to them. We were given no consideration. I'll never go back.Edit: yes, this DID happen! I don't care what lies your employees tell you! And I did leave this same review at two places because two places turned us away! They were on the same day. Why Google has a different date on this one is unclear. Buy this DID HAPPEN!Edit 2: It appears the date issue is due to an edit I made, which reset the submission date. This happened at the beginning of the Covid pandemic and that's the reason we were given that you would not accept a drive-in customer. Again, this DID HAPPEN.

Great Friendly Service! Jason was friendly and communicative with what needed to be done. Mike and Quinton made the time waiting go by fast between talking about TV shows or trips they had taken. I had to wait 2 hours but it certainly only seemed like 30min. Great group to talk to and do business with. Amazing friendly service! I was greeted by phone very nicely, they beat another company's quote by over $200, and did all 4 brakes AND an oil change in less than two hours. I called them in the morning on a Friday and they were able to fit me in the same day . They replaced my rear brakes and tie rods on my 2011 Ford Fusion. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They had hot coffee (and free mugs) and an electric fireplace that I got to enjoy while I waited. They were honest and fair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired or inspected.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I'm from out of town and needed breaks and an oil change. They not only got me in the next day, and were done quickly while I waited, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Friendly and helpful, I would recommend highly!

Great customer service! I had multiple shops tell me they wouldn't do the job, Tri City made sure to get my car in and the repairs were complete within a day! Honest and hard working employees at Tri City Brake and Muffler. Their quotes and prices are upfront and they do not attempt to gauge you for repairs that are not needed, or that are not ready to be done yet. They also will just do labor if you provide the part which is another good service

Under new management (as of January 2023). Mike, Jason, and their team were courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They inspected my vehicle after a battery issue, reviewed the problem with me, and did not oversell. Honest and helpful. I highly recommend.

Took my car there to have the breaks looked at thinking they needed pads and the owner told me they still looked great and had 60% life and didn t charge me for having them looked at. If your looking for an honest place , this is the one !Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Was in a pinch on Friday at 330p (they close at 5p} when my exhaust fell off. I asked them and told them my situation. At first they said maybe but said they would at least look at it. $50 for a weld I was back in business. Extremely helpful and friendly and honest.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Went there on 4/12/2022 for a loud exhaust. Knew I had a hole in my mesh coupling in the exhaust run. Needed to be cut out and replaced which could only be done via welding.This shop diagnosed, and did the work on the spot and had me out in less than 1 hour with a new coupling and welds complete. Bill was under $120. Awesome shop. Will be returning shall I need services they offer.Service: Exhaust

Very nice staff Randy was awesome very helpful . Got my car done in a fast manner explained to me what happened to my vehicle and why it was acting up. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs service. Definitely budget friendly. Thanks again Randy.

Needed a muffler on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Randy and Mark are very pleasant and professional! Thank you so much for taking care of my baby! First I went to a discount shop down the block! What an ahole! George s was slammed and Tom told me about Tri-City! He was right on! Highly recommended!

Always excellent service, best shop in town for mufflers and brakes. Staff knows what they are doing and will explain the work to you. Prices are extremely competive. I usually like to do my own work on vehicles but the prices here make sense to have it done by the pros.
