I had an amazing experience working with Anthony and Zach at Thelen Subaru! They stayed late two different nights to allow me to test drive and do my paperwork due to my work schedule! They were able to help me get into a brand new car that fit my monthly budget! I love my 2024 Forester! Highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a vehicle!!

If you are looking for an excellent sales person see Drew at Thelen! He was soooo helpful. We were looking for a Subaru and he helped us look at the options and we found one we loved! The team at Thelen helped us meet our financing so we could drive it right home! We are excited to be the new owners of an Outback!

I had a fantastic experience with Andrew Risch and Thelen Subaru of Bay City. I just purchased a used 2014 Subaru Outback from them and wanted to detail my experience. When I arrived to test drive the car, it had not yet been through the 16 point service inspection. However, after the test drive and my own inspection of the vehicle, I knew that I wanted it and placed a deposit down on the vehicle. Now, even though they knew I was going to purchase the vehicle, during the service inspection they still went ahead and replaced a good number of worn items... complete front brakes, headlamps, turn signal, changed the oil, and even found new Subaru Outback floor mats since they couldn't locate the ones that came in the car. These are stand up guys. Very happy customer. Keep it up Andrew and team at Thelen

I had a fantastic experience with Thelen! I worked with Andrew Risch as my salesman and he was incredible!! He had no problem showing me several cars and was quick to reach back out to me when one popped up that he knew I would be interested (and that would became the one I purchased). He was very patient with my millions of questions and my extremely indecisive nature haha. I had a fantastic experience and cannot recommend Andrew enough!

My experience at Thelen Subaru was nothing short extraordinary! Zach made the process of purchasing my 2nd Subaru so easy and quick! The crazy Cajun man with the accent was pretty entertaining as well. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

So happy I'm driving an Outback Subaru. Went in ready to drive away in a new car and did just that. Tyler was very patient and took his time getting us into the car of our choosing. He stayed late into the evening making sure all our questions were answered.Thanks Tyler. I'm sure we'll be back.

I just finished the process of leasing a Subaru from Thelen. My experience with the dealership and especially Anthony Christie were amazing. They supported me throughout the whole deal. Anthony was there since day 1. He answered all my questions and assured I was clear of everything. Great salesperson! He make me very sure of my purchase. Anthony was very thorough reviewing the car and documentation me. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend!

So far so great!!! I loved working with Tyler at Thelen Subaru. All around Very friendly and helpful staff. Ready to answer any questions I had, let me test drive as many as I wanted in order to find the right one for me. Super helpful, kind and very quick! They took extra care Detailing and getting the car ready same day and ready to drive off the lot.

Bought a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek premium had a great experience with the sales department and any questions we've had so far they've been Imore than happy to answer for us. Only time will tell but we've had great luck with our old Subaru and knew there was nothing else we wanted. I would definitely recommend Dale in any of the staff in the sales department for your new car purchase.

It's a great Subaru dealership. I had Tyler helping me and he was the most knowledgeable helpful and patient person I had help me. I went to almost every dealership in an 70 mile radius and if it wasn't for Tyler I wouldn't have gone with Thelen.

I had a great experience purchasing my Subaru with Lance as my product specialist. I even made a complete model change a week after ordering and he made sure to make me feel like it wasn't a big deal. Always made sure to respond to my inquiries promptly and was there the whole way from order to delivery! Thanks again

Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Subaru. Had to drive 90 mins to get there and would do it again. I worked with Lance Nichols, who is great to deal with. Straight answers and timely in responses, especially as most communication was done via text/email. Highly recommend!

Update- Thelen Subaru has reached out to me and made things right. Sydney made sure that I was taken care of and that the issue has been resolved. With that show of good customer service I m revising my rating to five stars.Not quite happy as they left grease stains on the driver side A pillar when they applied the oil change reminder sticker on my windshield .
