Called them about some needed work for my KIA and was told the service department would get back to me shortly. Five days later and not a word. Too busy to even let me know that they are too busy or just don't care.

Unfortunately we will never deal with them again. The service is terrible if and when you can get in, then they don't actually fix the problem. Save yourself some time and go to McDonald Kia in Saginaw
