I was visiting Munger from Midland to attend a funeral mid afternoon. At the church I determined that a protective tray under my engine had come loose and was dragging. At the advice of a Cousin I sought out your shop on the way home. Your staff was most accommodating and fixed my problem very quickly and at no charge. I am most grateful and genuinely impressed with your service. Thank You!

i have gone here for a few different things and never had any issues. My recent experience is with a front end alignment :( took it here to get an alignment done because i just got REAR struts put in. Well as I'm driving my car down the road there's aLOUD rattling sound. My car didn't make any noises when i dropped it off but now all a sudden it is. Call up to the shop asked to speak with whoever did my alignment to see if they noticed anything wrong. The mechanic said there was no issues, no lose parts. Well how come when I'm driving down the road its like a loud rattling noise from the left side of my car. Like i shouldn't be driving it. Get my car jacked up and one simple things is wrong. My lug nuts are loose. Tighten them up and my car sounds fine. Call up to express my concerns. I did not once ask for a discount or money back I simply wanted to inform them to take a better look before it leave the shop. The response I get from Jeff is, my mechanic didn't touch your tire. It was whoever did your new parts. So mechanic 46 Booth can tell me my car had no loose parts but didn't notice my lug nuts were loose? If I wanted Muffler Man service I would have went there. Glad my tire didn't fly off! Want good service? take it to where a good mechanic can service your vehicle. Not a place who takes no responsibility for a small mistake that could go seriously wrong.

The staff are nice and the prices are low. They did a great job on fixing my car when i took it in. It was in bad shape but they fixed it up right and even gave me an air freshener for free to make my car smell nice. Would recommend.

I took my Daughter's Pontiac Aztek there today for some exhaust work. When I called for the appointment, they were great at getting the car in as soon as possible. I dropped it off and shortly after, I recieved a call telling me what they found. The damage and cost for the repairs were much less then I was planning on, which was great! They only fixed what was needed and were very honest about what they found. The repairs were then completed very quickly. Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional.This was my first time going to Terminue Brake and Muffler. I can guarantee you that I will never go anywhere else again! They are amazing! I give Terminue my highest and strongest recommendation! Thank you for a great experience!

I took my car for brakes at another shop closer to home and was given an outrageous quote. Even after moving out of town I will make the drive to Terminue for any car repairs. Terminue has performed muffler work on two of my vehicles, most recently on 11/2/22. My appointment was for 11/3, but when I dropped my Lucerne off during the afternoon, they told me that they should be able to get it done that day. It was done about an hour later. This might be the best service experience that I ever received in an automotive setting. These folks are great.Service: Exhaust

They are always polite, and helpful. Best prices in town and get you right in and out I would not go anywhere else to have my oil changed. It's cheaper than doing it myself.

Update: I don't know if they were bad days or what, but they failed to diagnose that my wheel bearings failing (despite audibly clicking on rotation), the bushings in both control arms were completely rotten away, and the cracks in the exhaust manifold (so bad you can feel the exhaust air coming out) despite repeated visits to try diagnosing my problems. After later taking it to a family friend whose a professional mechanic, they almost immediately noticed and showed me the failure points.They seem honest, but I'm now much more doubtful about their expertise, especially considering the price of their services.Original: They for some reason do not work on exhaust manifolds, but they seem honest in all that they do!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

This place has wonderful service and the staff truly seem to care not only about your car but also about you. The staff will always talk with you if you have questions and will even show you what they are looking at with your car in the garage. The service is fantastic and you can enjoy some nice variety of coffee while you wait. Oil changes are fast and thorough. This is the best place I have ever been for car service. I will continue to promote this wonderful, local, and affordable place!

These guys are awesome, took in for front end alignment and found a bad bushing and they got that fixed for me right away. I feel much safer in my car now and they were pretty reasonable on the cost as well. I will be back to them when needed in future.

Most recently 2022: can t say enough great things about Terminue. The only place I trust for honest pricing and quality service. Got my car scheduled ASAP for a brake caliper issue. Ended up replacing all the brake pads and rear calipers in a timely manner and affordable price. Thank you again for great service. 5/5 stars.Initial review from 2018: excellent experience getting brakes and rotors installed. HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and VERY REASONABLE PRICES!2021: had a Mitsubishi catalytic converter/exhaust issue that the dealer said would cost ~$1200 for parts(a new cat) and labor. The Mitsubishi dealer body shop failed to mention any alternatives and the possibility the cat might be functional and piping could be welded back in place. He also charged me for a normally free muffler inspection without letting me know up front. Another body shop told me they couldn t weld the piping back together and would have to buy a direct fit manufacturer part costing ~$1300 plus labor. Knew that the most reliable and trustworthy option would be Terminue. They got me scheduled a free appt and were able to weld the exhaust piping back in place and the cost significantly less. The other shops were rip offs. If you don t want to waste your and are looking for AN HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and REASONABLY PRICED body shop, Terminue is the place to go!! These people are so nice. They do great work, never overcharge, and are so friendly. They have free coffee in the waiting room, and treat you like someone who knows that coming to the mechanic is scary sometimes... If I have the choice I will never ever go anywhere else.

I was driving to Bay City for business and developed muffler problems, I googled service centers in Bay City, Terminue did not come up on the 1st page, but 2 of the 3 service centers I called referred me to them. Not only did they do a great job on the repair at a reasonable price, they also dropped me off and picked me up from my business appointment. There are very few companies that go above and beyond in their service the way Terminue does. I Highly recommend this business!

Called everywhere in Saginaw for a alignment to be done, couldn t find anyone soon enough, called these guys and was told sure when you wanna bring it in!!! Wow amazing Service, fast and I m driving back and I swear every work I get done for my vehicle will be done there.
