Could not recommend this place less. My car went here for an insurance repair after a deer impact in Roscommon, MI. They could not have botched this repair job more completely. Missed parts, major safety factors completely missed by their staff, parts broken on install that a second body shop had to fix, and parts that they claimed were installed that the second shop claimed were never replaced at all. Do not let your car be brought here. They admitted that they should never have accepted these repairs, but now I am left with a car I have no confidence in and that still has issues that no one will fix. Horrible experience that never ends.

cameron has been one of the best salesman, always smiling he's funny & fun he also likes to be himself which is absolutely fantastic!! Cameron has made sure he helped us into something we liked and are happy with.. Thank you so much Cameron

The only thing great about this place is the lounge. This is my first time here, and to make 2 separate appointments is ridiculous. One for just a basic oil change, the second for my shocks and struts to be inspected, and to have my USB port diagnosed is ridiculous. I'll be going somewhere that can do it all in one setting instead of making several appointments to get things looked at one at a time, piece by piece.

They have the best waiting room, while waiting for services. Free soda, snacks, water, coffee, etc.Had to order wiper blades for a 2 year old car that were not in stock. Seems weird to me, but not a huge deal. Had to have a mechanic replace wipers while i waited almost an hour with an appointment. Charged $15 service fee.

I scheduled an appointment and chose a specific kind of oil and there was a coupon. They used different oil and failed to tell me my coupon wouldn't work until it was time to pay in fact they weren't even going to tell me they used conventional after I specifically asked for synthetic I noticed it on my receipt then they proceeded to back pedal around about everything. I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone else. I expressed my concern to more than one employee and got ignored and was given excuses. Worst customer service ever.Service: Oil change

Made an appointment for my car to be looked at took 3 weeks to do that. I called everyday for updates and every day I was lied to. They would say they were working on it but weeks went by and no update. Finally I picked up my car and after a couple day started having problems again. I made an appointment to have it looked at with another dealership. They were able to figure out what was wrong in 30min and have my car fixed in a couple hours. They said a coil thing need to be replaced and spark plugs. I asked how is it possible that my spark plugs need to be replaced when they were just replaced. They said that graff didn't actually fix the problem which cause the spark plugs to go bad again. So now I am out the money for the spark plug and labor I paid. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to and there is no customer service. I would never go back and I would never ever recommend the dealership to anyone.Service: Auto maintenance

Comfortable guest lounge while waiting for oil change, but could also just stay in car-they were very fast, i was in and out in a half hour!
