These guys have always treated me fairly and respectfully. They have gone above and beyond to help me out and have never overcharged me. I will always recommend this place to everyone I know. I've had so many negative auto shop experiences but not anymore now that I go to Raymonds. These employees are good people who will take care of you like you're family!

Great service and fast repairs. My daughter was home for Xmas and her brakes went out mid-day Thursday. They got her car in that day and it was ready for pickup on Friday. Very reasonable prices too.

Excellent customer service. Great price. I had my car back within a few hours. Josh is friendly and informative. First time in a long time, I felt I wasn't being taken advantage of. Finally found an honest place I can take my car for repairs. What a relief. Thank you Josh !

My husband and I have both taken our vehicles here for the past few years. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the check engine light came on. None of the shops recommend by the warranty company would take the time to call in order to start a claim. Raymond s did. From the time I dropped my car off to the time I got my car back was two days. They are honest and reliable. Thank you Raymond, Josh, and the rest of the crew. Your hard work and dedication is very much appreciated.

Someone stole the tail lights out of my sister's car. Raymonds fixed it the next day, and repaired the front window. Pt cruiser. Very great experience with them, and quality work. Very reasonable prices also. Thanks so much mostly for your caring and compassion!

These guys are great!! My daughter brought her car there and they treated her like family, gave her a considerably cheaper price than the other garages in town, even gave her a ride home and picked her up to bring her back to her car. They were very helpful and honest and the service advisor explained everything and made it easy to understand. There was no game playing with these guys, very professional and even went above and beyond by replacing other parts on her vehicle that were found while doing other repairs and never even charged us! Even when I went back to tip them and offer lunch, they said they all had daughters and wouldn't want any less for her!! My car wouldn't start, so a friend recommended Raymond's. I called them to see if I could have my car towed there. He said sure, but he wouldn't be able to look at it until tomorrow afternoon. That was fine, so I had my car towed over there. I received a surprised phone call from them several hours later to say they had some extra time and was able to look at my car after all. He told me what the problem was, gave me a quote, and said it would be ready the nxt day. I gave them the go-agead. The next day, they called me at noon and said the car is ready. Omg, I got my car back & fixed before 24 hrs, AND before the time when he said he would even be able to look at it. They did a great job, it was fast, speedy service, and a very reasonable price. I am beyond grateful! Thx, guys!! <3

They diagnosed my engine problems quickly, gave me a reasonable and fair estimate on the cost of the repairs, and worked around the clock to get my Cadillac back on up and running. Wouldn't trust no one else in town, with my car.

Came here to get my rear end done and 2 u joints. These guys did great and got my truck back on the road. Would do business again in the future.My rating over allCustomer service 10Prices where the best throughout town.Honest hard working people. Keep up the great work.

I ve been here twice and they re always willing to help and always give a detailed explanation, which I admire. They previously gave me the best deal in town to have my Jeep repaired and then continue to give me the best deal they can, I m blown away really. I ve never wanted to pay full price more. They are friendly and quick. If you want a mechanic who will actually care about your business, they re the best in town! Get a second opinion, they will replace something and leave you still needing the real problem fixed and rip people of their hard earned money as if it isn t hard times as it is! What a joke!! God is watching! God bless.

The prices are very fair for the quality of work they do. I brought my car there on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Not only did the owner give me a great price, but he communicated with me every step of the way, finished the work before his time estimate, and he took me home and picked me up when my car was ready.

I am very very happy with the service that was provided! They were not only very honest they were kind! Their prices are more then reasonable! I explained that it was my only vehicle and considering the amount of work that needed to be done they had it back to me in less then 24hrs. They didn t try to sell me on fixing things that didn t need immediate attention and that was much appreciated. I highly recommend them for your car repair needs!

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. I called and described what my car was doing and the owner knew exactly what it was. They were able to fix the part that everyone else said they would have to remove my dashboard and cost me more than $1500 and this was fixed without doing that and definitely not needing to pay that high price. Now I will have heat and NO MORE TICKING!!! Such awesome service and I am definitely coming back here when I need it. I will refer everyone to come to Raymond's.

I can t say enough positive words for my experience with Raymond s the past few days! I had never been there before, and when my car broke down he got me in the same day, and had my car up on the hoist shortly after arriving. The news I got wasn t great, as it wasn t a common problem. They were able to find the part needed and fix my car and have it fixed in the matter of a couple days. He even stayed late to make sure my car got done. I was expecting to wait at least a week for my car to be fixed, and I drove it home two days after dropping it off. Randy was honest about what was wrong and was fair with his pricing. When I came to pick it up I gave him a big hug I was so thankful to him and his shop. I never felt disrespected or taken advantage of which is a great feeling being someone who really doesn t know about cars. I highly recommend anyone to use Raymond s for their car needs, I ll definitely be going there if I need anything more in the future!

Raymond's went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and get me back on the road. They operated with efficiency, intelligence, and integrity. They even stayed almost two hours passed their closing time to make sure I got home safely. Raymond's prices are affordable and fair. They did excellent work and even suggested a few more issues with my car that I did not know about. Everyone was respectful, kind, and very accommodating. I will be back! My driver's side door handle broke. Raymond was so helpful and recommended that I order the part on line to get a better price. I found the part, took it to Raymond, and he repaired it good as new. Not only did he save me over $120 on this repair (as opposed to what the dealership would have charged) but he provided a ride to work and a ride back to the shop after the repair was complete. I highly recommend Raymonds Auto and will utilize them again I have a need.

Where do I start? Let s just say tht junior, the owners son goes above and beyond to make sure all his customers are taken care of in a very timely manner, also the cheapest in town! No doubt about that! He takes time outta his day to make sure your vehicle is running top notch at its finest! I ll ALWAYS go there for any vehicle repair that I need done. I d highly recommend anyone and everyone to give him a shot at your vehicle and I guarantee you you WONT be disappointed whatsoever! No matter what the problem is, he has you covered and it s a great feeling!

It's nice to see a business that takes pride in what they do. They treat their customers like friends. My aunt came to them for service recently. She has difficulty walking due to a back injury. She was so impressed that the service manager helped her down the stairs to make sure she was safe. Please support this local business. Great service. I live three hours away from Raymond's Auto Repair and unless it's not possible, I make the three hour drive to have them service my vehicles. The reason why is because they are transparent and I KNOW the repairs will be done right.

This place does amazing work. The people are amazing and super helpful. I had got some work done on my impala, they even picked it up for me. The service was great and the people were friendly, the price was great to. I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for car work.

Came here when I was having brake issues, wasn't getting any pressure to my brakes and it was very concerning with the winter season coming up. They took care of me and had my car done and back out in less than 24 hours. Drove like it was brand new. They also found other issues tht could have been very serious that I wasn't aware of. Helped out so much and I recommend them and will go to them in the future with any future concerns or questions.

I came into Raymond's crying and upset due to my car accelerating on its own almost causing an accident with a pedestrian. Randy was AMAZING! He took very good care of me and got me up and running quickly. Moved here from Colorado so of course was sticker shocked when the price of repairs was as low as it was. I understand now why they are so busy. He was upfront and honest about work needed and what was important to fix now and what could wait to be fixed. I really appreciate all you have done for me. And definitely will be referring anyone who needs repairs to Raymond's.

Looks a little run down on the outside, but don't let that deter you. Service is excellent, and the guys there treat you like family.I came in for a broken door handle and they ordered it and put it on the next morning within an hour! I've had awful car work from other locations in the past, but I think I've finally found my go to shop.
