Thanks for shipping the wrong parts twice! After waiting 24 hours my 02 sensor was twice as short as needed. After specifically stating I needed the longest harness out of the two types. I got the shortest one. On day two I had to reorder and wait another 24 hours. The next part looked in order over the counter but after removing the plastic cap of the sensor IT WAS USED! FILTHY caked in dirt & debris. Obviously corroded inside. after lifting truck and removing tire along with wheel well plastic it was disheartening I had to install a used part just to drive 2 hours home. Yes MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. I'll be returning your substandard quality 02 sensor ASAP. Smfh

The hospitality and customer service is appreciated over other local auto parts stores. Grateful they changed the burnt out bulbs in the bitter cold.

O'Reilly did a special ordered. We paid up front and was charged for delivery to the store. The part was the wrong part, O'Reilly would not give us back the delivery charges.

We were driving home from up north and we blew a belt and barely made it to O'Reilly and they were extremely helpful and helped us get our new belt on and tightened and made sure we made it home. Employees were beyond helpful and nice. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

If you need auto parts quick and can't wait for certain parts to come in the mail from online orders. Then this is the spot to go to . Preferably the one on center. workers are nice and very helpful. if you have questions or whatever it may be,then I would go to O'Reilly's if I was you. and steer clear of auto zone next door .

So very helpful and nice! My car is very confusing and difficult to work on, yet the entire staff came together and helped me find the correct wipers I needed and even installed them for me. Easily could have given up or told me to go elsewhere. 10/10 recommend

My check engine light along wit a couple of other lights were lit up on my dash board and thanks to them I found out that my 1 ignition coil was bad and so we're all my spark plugs just by them hooking their tester up to my van

your employee at the essexville store went above and beyond to help me get my break lights going we had it fixed within 15 minutes what i had spent days trying to resolve, i don't use other auto parts company's unless and emergency because your people are the best thank you from the bottom of my heart, my daughter is getting married and now i can be there. i'm on a very limited income and your employee should be commended for his excellent service

This is a great place for your automotive needs! Great selection and great prices! Well organized with a knowledgeable and friendly staff who will help you with any questions you may have in regard to buying auto parts and tools you may need to fix your vehicle etc.

Of the myriad of auto supply places here in town this is the one I choose to go to. The staff is friendly and very helpful and they usually have what I'm looking for or can get it fairly quickly. They are quick to help me solve problems that I face as well. I only go to other auto supply stores when I absolutely have to.

I have left both Advanced and Auto Zone behind and have committed myself to O'Reilly. If they don't have it for you, they'll get it. Need something installed? No problem. Competitive prices as well.

Eric is awesome. He drove 15 miles out of his way to pinconning to bring me an my wife an 3 year old a serpintine belt. An a 3/8 ratchet to pull the tensioner pulley so we could get it on the vehicle that I broke pulling the tensioner pulley back so I could get the belt on. This man should get a raise.

I came in asking for clear coat, he gave me a pen of white touch up paint. I asked if he was sure this was clear coat. He assured me it was. I got home and took a better look at it I read right on it that it was white paint. Thanks for wasting my time.

Very poor customer service. I waited a half hour to have them check my engine light and only one person was working so they wouldn't do it. Will not be going there again.

They were very rude and more less said i took a starter and would not give me my core charge back watch your self when you get Parts here make sure you save your receipt from there then you might not have trouble but now because they can't find it in there computer i won't even be able to get it replaced because they can't find it in there computer

Purchased a belt for my truck. The belt failed called to see if they could replace it oddly even tho every time I buy something I give my number they didn't have no record of it. Out $30 for defective product.
