I went there to get an issue with my exhaust fixed. They found the problem,, quoted me a reasonable price to fix it and took care of it. They even checked out a couple other things I was curious about, pointed out a couple issues that may occur in the future and let me know how much life my brake pads had left. I couldn't have had a better experience. Great people, great service and great prices. I will be back I highly recommend.

These guys are pros. I've been taking my cars to them for years and they've never done me wrong. They're honest about their work. They're fast and they do a great job plus the service is friendly. Most of the time mechanics are in a foul move because their job really sucks but these guys are really kind to their customers. A+ service 10/10.

Shop took care of me and my ford flex. Had problem diagnosed and fixed the same day. Price was exactly what he told me. Very pleased, will be going back. Thanks guys

DO NOT GO HERE!!! my car wouldn't start when I picked it up. I spent almost $900 and had to spend even more to get my car started at another shop!!! They would not refund my money, or the amount it took to fix after they messed with it! They will be getting served a lawsuit. Very rude owner and terrible customer service.

They use to be great guys to take your vehichle to, except in the past year they gone down hill. Replaced injector harness and wires were snagged shorting out, Vince said he would come out to fix it, never showed up waited at my van for over 3 hours ended up having the injectors replaced as well, both of which had to be repaired at an alternative shop. Because Vince refused to backup his work.Few months later after hearing locals saying they got better,Decided to give em one last shot took in to have my compressor pulley done, along with the belt and alternator. also asked them to recheck the belt tentioner to make sure it was installed correctly.Tried telling me my hoses needed to be replaced and was gonna leave me stranded declined the work knowing they were not a problem, Still not a problem to this day.But the belt has broken twice, the tentioner had to be serviced twice as well and now the Alternator left me stranded instead all of which I am now having to get re-repaired at an alternate shop costing me more money out of my pocket.When asking Vince who did the work to recheck the work for warranty purposes, he said ok cool. Then he decided that he wanted nothing to do with it and did not want to work on my vehichle.So my conclusion, They no longer have any quality work and refuses to backup there work when confronted about it.Thanks for nothing. Would not reccomend this shop even with a 10 foot pole.-Sincerely a very upset customer

They are the best here. Great used subframe and new control arms on. It doesn't go to the right anymore. Just in time for winter if it ever gets here. I'll regret that statement later.Merry CHRiSTmas and happy 2,024!Keep up the professional work

Extremely professional, had a slight emergency with brake concern, they got me in and completed diagnostics in 10 mins. The showed me the concern and repairs required. Fair and decent price, efficient in their work. Only focused on my main concern. Highly recommend

They checked out a few things on my vehicle, but didn't catch really important things that were broken. Luckily I took it in to another mechanic as well because it could have been a major issue to drive if I only fixed the couple things they said! Also, they didn't check one of the main issues I asked them too. I asked for an estimate and I got a receipt written on with marker and nothing about where it came from so I couldn't use it anyways.

I was greated upon arrival by the store manager and head mechanic. My vehicle was taken in immediately for diagnostic purposes, and a cracked exhaust manifold was found- which I had suspected. They went out of their way on a Saturday to find the part, and had it installed by noon that day at the best price in town. I highly recommend them to all of you!Service: Exhaust

Great place with great workers, they got my truck in and diagnosed the issue and repaired it in the same day. Cheaper cost then other places in the area as well.

Great people.Brought my truck in for a starter warranty swap. Something happened causing my battery terminal to burn up or something and the guys where quick to resolve the issue and got my ride back on the road. Have brought my other trucks here in the past and never have had a bad experience. Prices are reasonable, guys are truthworthy, respectful and understanding folks.

I literally walked in 3 hrs before closing! The parking lot was full. I was supposed to be going out of town this evening and explained that. They took my car in about a half hr later. The price they quoted me was exactly what I pd. These guys are the BEST!!! I didn't get the young man's name that waited on me but he was great! Very friendly! I've always heard good things about this place and I actually knew they were great bc I was here 4/5 yrs ago. They were awesome then and they're awesome still!!! I took my Ford Explorer into Muffler Man for new brake pads and rotors. They gave me a reasonable estimate but later called me stating that I needed all new brake lines too. They said they were rotted and leaking fluid. Without thinking it through I told them to go ahead and replace them if needed. Later when I returned to pay my bill and pick up my vehicle I noticed the bill had an added $650. marked labor? I asked him why and he said that was the break line charge? On my way home, I started to think about how Shady that was. Thinking about it, I hadn't seen any break fluid on my driveway. I decided to go through all of my repair receipts and noticed I had my break lines replaced 3 years prior at Belle tire when my breaks were last done!! Very untrustworthy!!

I love Tony & the crew at Muffler Man! They have basically helped me rebuild my car. As a young woman I am used to receiving unfair treatment when it comes to repair shops, but not with these guys. They will only sell you what you need & are 100% honest with you no matter who you are. They work in a timely fashion & are funny as heck! Would recommend to anyone!

These guys are awesome Vincent and the Owner are by far my favorite workers there.. They're polite funny professional and honest. They took good care of me both times I've come in and service was very fast. Called around to a few places and got bent over the leafs for pricing, spoke to these gentlemen and save the small fortune. Will always recommend these guys. I came here for an oil change approximately 3 weeks ago. My car wouldn't start Monday, thought it was the cold that killed my battery. Bought a new battery to replace that one. It wasn't the battery. Had a friend that is a Auto technician look at it and the oil is filled with 3x the amount of oil it's supposed to have. My engine seized up and I now have to replace the engine. If you want your car still running please go else where.Service: Oil change

I ripped my exhaust off on a driveway!! I had to get a tow because it was just hanging out there. When I called Tony at Muffler man he said he was beyond busy but he would do his best to get me in and out! He did just that! I was there for maybe an hour as a last minute fix! They didn t upsell me like other places do, they showed me what I needed and why I needed it. Point blank period. No fuss no muss! I couldn t have asked for a better business to take care of me! After coming here for a few year now I'd have to say I will not be back here. First they have no communication skills at all and the head mechanic RJ must have no clue what he's doing claim my car had a problem with my electrical and ended up being a oil pressure sensor. Did this to me with a preference car of mine to me need 800 worth of front end work and didn't fix the problem it was having witch was a 80 instead can't say I will ever come back here.

Saved our road trip butts!We were on our way back to the Ann Arbor area from up north when my exhaust pipe completely disconnected from the catalytic converter sending massive volume and vibrations through the car. This shop was 20 minutes away from where we pulled off and man did we luck out! Not only did they open up an emergency bay for us, they cut off the old rusted portion and welded on a new section in less than 15 minutes. Didn't try to upsell us or do more work than was necessary, just a simple 8" section of pipe that needed to be replaced at an extremely affordable price. Owner was honest and open from the start, would highly recommend. Only bad part of the experience is that I'm too far away to regularly use them :)For anyone local, you lucked out. If you want to spend hundreds of dollars for them to fix nothing, then this is the spot for you. Just charged me over 300 dollars and they fixed nothing but wanted me to spend more money so they could fix the problem the rest of the way.
