I'm convinced these people don't even like money. I've called 7 times since yesterday and nobody is answering the phone. Also they don't even have an active voice-mail. I have literally over 5,000 dollars in damages to my vehicle and it looks like someone else will be reaping the benefits......what a joke.......

Nic is pleasant. First time here. Thought I meant have had an alternator problem. He could have took advantage of me and charged me over 500 to replace it. Turned out it was just a connector and charged me less than 100.The last place I went charged me over 5000 and was scraping out my vehicle and did no work work on it.It is refreshing to not being taken advantage of at Morgan's.

They are great. They can fix a lot of things. If they can't fix something they'll tell you without draining your funds. Just remember if it can't be fixed or is beyond the scope of their ability you nay have to pay a diagnostic charge. A few bucks to find out is better than a lot of bucks to not get it fixed or fake fixed.

I am not a certified auto mechanic, but I have been working on my own vehicles for years. I at the point in my life where my time is more valuable than money. I picked up an old 1991 Honda prelude with 4 wheel steering and it is in excellent condition. I replaced the original timing belt when I received it with a little over 100k on the odometer. Maintenance schedule for this item is every 90, and with it being an interference engine....it's something that should be done on time.....It's not worth the risk. Well I'm at 195k and it's time for a new timing belt. I didn't have time to do it, and contemplated taking a vehicle to a mechanic for my first time at 45 years old. This place is amazing!! Not only did I get a great quote, they also went way above and beyond and had it finished almost overnight!! I was so happy with that experience that I am going to be bringing my FJ in to have it's front calipers replaced!!! Great honest mechanics here!!! They are the unicorns the automotive maintenance industry!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'm new to Bay City and one day my car was not running right. I googled mechanics near me and Morgans Was The First To Pop Up so i called and they said they were busy but if i could bring my car in they would make time to look at it. So I did just that. Shortly there after I get a call from them and they said it was an easy fix but the part was expensive. I had told him what kind of budget i was working with. they ended up fixing it that day and they were very friendly and honest. I'm not good with names but everyone that i did talk to was so nice. being a woman that has absolutely no idea about cars, they were honest and very affordable. I'm definitely going back to have them fix my car again

Had them work on my Cruze. They got me in as soon as they could. Did top notch work and at a super affordable price. I dealt with Derrick and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Haven't been able to work with them yet but they were great about recommending shops to me to get car work done in a time crunch. Honest people over here, can't wait to go back and work with them

I have been using Morgans Auto Repair for over 25 years with no issues, They are extremely good at what they do and always thorough and friendly. I have had simple repairs to more major repairs and they even explained how to attempt the repair myself wen my budget just wasn't there! Overall they are the one Auto repair shop I refer all my family and friends to. A++

I have taken my 02 Chrysler 300m Special here for years and have always had great service. Nick and Derrick are awesome. Everyone here is honest and won't sell you repairs you don't need. If you ask, they will show you the broken parts they replace so you can see for yourself that there really was a problem. Also, they always diagnose problems properly rather than "firing the parts cannon" and hoping to get lucky. They might not give you the cheapest price in town, but they more than make up for it in their quality of service.

I went in for a tuneup when I received my taxes, I wasn t sure where to go but my mom told me they have started using this shop for her work soldier and sailor relief as a coordinator for vets needing help. They did not disappoint!! They got me in quick and even let me prepay even though it s not normally what they do..but they also did a full inspection and let me know everything even the smallest thing was Wrong. one of the bigger things I was told about happened ab coupe months later , if the owner didn t tell me what to look and listen for I probably wouldn t have caught it.. Thanks guys your amazing and if anyone asks me where to go they are definitely going your way..Please ignore any spelling or grammar issues lol

Morgan's is so great. I'm sorry I didn't "discover them" years ago. They do great work. It's done when they say or quicker, and they don't try to sell you parts you don't need. They always treat all customers with respect. They are very reasonable with charges.I can see why people keep coming back to them.

They went above and beyond to help me. They were very accommodating to my schedule and got me back on the road quickly. I didnt have an appointment but they were so very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed with their customer service. My adult son called Morgan's and was told they don't work on cars over 15 years old. This is simply not true. Another family member takes their 20 year old car there for service. I go by the lot and there are always cars 15+ years old. If they don't want a person's business then simply say no. My family is done with this business.

Drove my car here based on multiple people's recommendations. The car died as soon as I got there. Even though they were busy and booked until next week they looked and it and found the problem. They said my car still might be covered under extended warranty since the issue was common with GM vehicles. They took the time to call a dealership to confirm AND called me a tow to get there! Very friendly and helpful. Even though I didn't end up getting service done I would recommend going here and will definitely be back.

This place has always treated me well and never tried to cheat me. They have reasonable prices and a quick turnaround. There's sometimes a wait of a day or two for an opening, but that just shows you how busy they are because their services are in high demand. I don't foresee looking for another mechanic any time soon.

I'm going on some time now having been to Morgan's: Folks that have bore with me through my gas guzlers and cachunkers; I appreciate the service & courtesy rides home, the overall diligence and attention to detail - - Of course when they've had to advise my up-grading they've done so with honesty & brotherly compassion. Thank you folks at Morgan's; you've been a guiding light in my automotive experience AND YOU'RE MUCH APPRECIATED :)

They are very through. Never try to upsale items to you. But will inform you when it is recommended to service your vehicle. They do excellent work, willing to explain what has to be done.
