In a last second need for a flat tire repair all of the staff here were so helpful and quick.In and out within an hour & very affordable and dependable service. Very thankful for these guys and their help today. Will definitely be back.

Was in a tough spot with a dead car battery late at night. With the electronics of a newish car it wasn t easy finding a place that could change it that night. Can t express how thankful I am that they were able to help me out! Great guys, highly recommend!!

Took the car in to find out why it was pulling to the right when breaking and also the tapping noise on the right sounded like it came from the tire area. Almost $700 later nothing was fixed to stop either problems they charged to change everything else that was not a problem and even cut off my heat shield saying that they had to cut it off because that was creating the tapping noise! When I dropped it off, I had brakes perfect brakes. It just pulled to the right when I picked it up. I have literally no brakes unless I pump it and come to find out it was never a heat shield. It was a strut on the right side the bearings are bad! I was told I could bring it in and they would change a hose on the brake line that might be collapsing and instead of charging me $170 they would only charge 70 and they would do the brake bleed for free this time! Yes, they also did break work and changed my brakes the day I took it in. And yes, the next day being I picked it up at 7 PM the next day I took it somewhere else and found out I was lied to once again it does not need any brake lines or brake hose. The brakes need to be bled, which they did not do! we will never go there again, and I would never ever suggest anyone to go there!

I had a great experience at Monro Auto Service and Tire. The guys especially David and Jon were very nice. They helped me with what I needed and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back to them again for tires or anything that I might need for my vehicle.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with my fist set of tires from Kan Rock. I bought a set of Kelly Edge tires for a pretty penny back in 2020ish. Came with a 50,000 mile tread warranty. I got only 20,000 miles out of them. They are cracked, dry rotted, and bald. I asked about a warranty claim and was denied because I couldn t provide proof I rotated them regularly which I did However, despite this claim, these issues are clearly defects. 3 of 4 tires shouldn t be cracking and rotting due to lack precise timing of tire rotation. The date code on them is 2019 as shown in the photos. Installed in 2020 so 2 years of daily use and they fall apart That s unacceptable and I won t be forking over any more of my hard earned money to buy a new set from them despite their offer of a measly 25% discount on a new set. This is clearly a warranty issue not due to lack of rotation. See photos to prove it (I even added the date code) and these are only 20,000 miles in. My advise is pay a little more and go to another tire place. I guess you get what you pay for . I got a second opinion from another mechanic not interested in selling me tires, and he told me I was right and this was not due to rotation issues but poor quality issues when they were installed as you can see the rotting rubber. So disappointed with this place :( and now out several hundred bucks.

I had a flat tire while visiting my ailing parents and a wedding to attend too on Friday. I was there at 7:30am when the they opened and was met with "Hey Boss" how can I help. Mid-Michigan language is awesome. Anyways, he and his crew helped me get my tire replaced within an hour. I was able to visit my parents and attend the wedding as if nothing happened. Thanks

Tires I purchased from Kanrock had leaks multiple times needing air and requested to be checked. It was a rim leak and was fixed, also another tire needed a sensor so asked it to be replaced.VERY PISSED THE TIRE CAPS I PURCHASED WERE REMOVED WHEN SERVICE WAS GIVEN! WANT A MATCHING SET, PURCHASED THEM AND DISREGARD FROM EMPLOYEES! THEY REMOVE MY CAPS AND PUT JUNK ONES ON MULTIPLE TIMES

I would like to give a quick shout-out to Monro Auto Service and Tire Center.Took my zero turn mower small tire, which broke away from the rim. Asked if they could get the tire seated back on the rim. He said sure, took it back, and about 5 minutes later, he returned with it fixed. I sure know where I'm going with my tire needs. Great job, guys. Thanks again

I went to Monro for a new set of tires and an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Other places I ve been have tried to upsell me at every turn, but the Monro team was simply receptive to my wants/needs and didn t try to pressure me into other purchases. Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome. I called ahead. Josh told me come right in for an oil change. They use Valvoline Oil (epic) It was only $39 out the door.The other tech turned on cartoons for my 2 yr old with me. I didnt even ask for that.The third tech told me they had cartoons on the tv. After we had it on.They were super helpful. They checked the battery and rotated the tires which I didn't know was free with the oil change. It took about 40 mins for the visit which I wasn't a fan of but now I know what to expect. Overall great guys. Honest and hard working. Go change your oil there. I was paying $47 at the quick lube. No more.

Josh the store manager & Dave that works at the desk are the bomb super helpful & made my visit while having for wait for new tires & alignment so a couple hrs a BLASTTTT!!. I laughed the whole time. Keep it up dudes I ll be back to see y all soon

Absolutely terrible. 2.5 hours to get tires on with no other customers in store, supposed to get free front end alignment with tire deal. No tech here to do it. No one they want me to make another appointment. Not going to happen

Took over two hours for a rotation and balance, but when the guy doing it has to look at their phone every five minutes, I guess it s what you expect

I had them mount a couple ATV tires on my rims. It would be nice if they also sold ATV tires, but at least they'll mount them. Anyway, they went the extra mile -- nicely done, very pleased!

I live In Essexville and Monro is farther away than belle tire and rowley, I will continue to drive past them both to go see David at Monro, customer service still exists!

Had to get a new tire before the week started. Called them up talked with Josh and they got me in right away and within a few minutes they put a new tire on my rim and i was all set!

Went to them to get a front end alignment and asked them if they could scan my car because the check engine light was on and they told me there s no one certified there to scan it?!? If you aren t certified to plug something in, how are you certified to do front end alignment s? I took it to O Reileys to get it scanned. I m pretty sure nobody there is certified. Not only that, I had an 11 am appointment. So I dropped my car off and went to run errands. I came back 3 times. 3 and it still wasn t done. They got my car into the shop at 12:45. Horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone.
