Such a great place, we were in a bind 3hrs from home when our engine light came on they were booked but made room to get us fixed and back on the road. Prices were fair they didn't try to nickle n dime you. Great company. Thank you again!!

Hard to talk to the old guy that answers the phone. They took longer than expected to look at the car, now warranty is expired and we have to pay out of pocket. So disappointed.

Honestly the worst shop I have ever dealt with! My name is Dylan and I took my 2015 Sierra into M&R just before Christmas after verifying that my 6l80 was needing a rebuild due to slippage. The customer service was great at first but then the work spoke for itself. Got the truck back after the "Rebuild " as soon as I pulled out of there parking lot second gear slammed in hard! I was like okay... maybe just needs to break in drive it for a week or 2 transmission steadily stays at 225f, thinking no way it was just replaced!, but then it started slipping in 2nd again after 10,000 miles turns out after I brought the truck back for the second time they claimed that they forgot to replace the transmission cooler line stat thinking okay but now my transmission is slipping again! They just told me that just have "6 speeds are" and going to have to get used to it ....They only offered a 12,000 mile warrenty which should have been a red flag from the start!"Mike I'm highly disappointed in the work that's been done to my truck!"Nate was the technician to re install the transmission and in the process of putting the exhaust pack together they just but a 3 dollar exhaust clamp securing the exhaust pipe to the y pipe causing it to fall off and fill my cab with exhaust while my new born was riding the the back! Highly disappointed!!!! I'm in the process with the courts over this situation just gathering more details and going to be requesting a letter of repair from the builder of the transmission which is the owner of the business and gonna proceed more with others that have been scammed by this shop!, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO BAY TRANSMISSION! I promise you will not regret it for your transmission needs done get f***ed over like me!! HIGH UNPROFESSIONAL because at the end of the day you! Mand R know you swapped my transmission for a used one. Save your money folks! Don't go here -Dylan

Ran into a problem on 75 southbound. Stopped at the mobile gas at Beaver Rd and was recommended to M & R. Mike saw I was in a jam, got me in, fixed and back on the road within the hour. They are reliable, honest, reasonable. Thanks to the mechanic also for hooking the trailer back up and all the advice from everyone. Very much appreciated. God Bless.

I was very disappointed in the service I was provided. The end of July I dropped my car off all day and upon returning was told it would be over a $300 part and they needed to order it so to come back the next week. Paid a $200 deposit. When I returned and the part was replaced they noticed it didn t match up to the original, so they told me they would check into it, after 3 weeks not hearing anything I called back and they said it was on back order and should be here after Labor Day. I returned after Labor Day and after having my car all day they called to tell me that someone read the VIN number wrong and the part I actually needed was only a $36 part, but they couldn t have it until tomorrow so I would need to come back, but it would be a quick repair, about 5 min, I could stop in any time, no need to drop my car off. When I returned at my earliest convenience, the person I had been dealing with was upset that I hadn t called first, when he asked for my keys I asked if we could go over the charges first, and he said I don t have time right now About 10 min later he told me I owed him almost $90, when questioned he replied that the original receipt didn t include the $70 diagnostic fee (also there was a charge for repairing wires to the rear windshield wipers that I noticed stopped working after they removed the back panel to fix my license plate the first visit) and it would ve been more but they were nice and didn t charge me for the $16 restocking fee every time THEY ordered the wrong part. When asked for compensation for driving out there 3 times for no reason, wasting my gas and wasting my mom s time and gas for picking me up every time for their mistake, only then did he decrease it by $40. I was thankful and I said thank you, he didn t say have a good day or anything just put my keys on the counter and walked away after taking my money. Very disappointed in the the customer service. Something that should ve taken two days took over 2 months!

A guy named mike answered the phone talked Me through, what the problems could be that I had going on and didn t talk down to me. So By the end of the conversation I knew a idea of what I was getting into, after talking to 3 other shops I decided to go with M&R and after the quotes i got from everybody from over the phone. Everyone said it would be $600 min and mike said it could be up to $600 + but I could be a $60 part + labor no other place said that...! Long story short, I felt like they were the most honest and that s why I went with them!!!I trust M&R auto over anyone!!!!!!!!P.s I got my truck fixed for $260 vs $600+ and very thankful they didn t take advantage of me!

The whole staff at M & R Auto Repair is great. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about servicing vehicles. I highly recommend them to everyone . M & r auto repair will always earn my business, because i can trust them that they will get the job done right the first time and for a great price. Guys are always super nice, they always diagnose the problem correctly with reasonable prices. They will always get my business even if I have to wait a couple days because they are so busy "but for good reasons" they are trusted with all my vehicles.

Took my truck in for an alignment, and they went above and beyond. They fixed my bent backer plate, and checked my brakes while they were in there. Extremely polite, and fit me in next day.

Very rude. Took my car in to get fixed over 2 months ago just got it back Friday still not fixed! Car had to be towed home due to them seizing my motor up too! They cost me a lot of money bcuz of this!

The employees are rude, they overcharged me. They charged me twice as well. Awful experience and would recommend a four year old with a hammer before I'd ever suggest m&r.
