I took my Camry there to be fixed when a tree limb fell on it. My service advisor was Joe D. They did a great job fixing it. I could have taken it to many other shops to do the work but I am glad I selected Labadie. The car looks like new and they went above and beyond to handle every detail. They exceeded my expectations and I am a very happy customer! Thank you Joe!

I went there for a repair and it ended up 120% more than quote. Service manager is rude. Last visit they were supposed to have fixed an oil problem but ended up NOT FIXING, AND cracking the windshield which I had to claim on insurance. This time around 120% more than quoted. It's a rip-off and I'll never take a vehicle there again, FACT!!! Stated on receipt that I refused inspection, I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I WANTED AN INSPECTION!! Their words on receipt is libel and I'll use that against them.. Stay away from them!!

no one's ever happy when they have to take their car to the mechanic. But these guys do a really good job at helping you out and getting you on your way. people in the service department do an awesome job and work very hard for your satisfaction.

They never stop trying to get money out of you. Lousy service. I was hung up on 4 times. They lost my phone number twice. If you can afford to pay the maximum for everything and don't care about service this is your place.
