Johnny was our tow driver and was fantastic! He was so polite and careful. I had just had a scary experience with my brakes going out and he went above and beyond to help. Thank you !

My experience was great with Kreager. John was out driver and from call to loaded on the flatbed we only waited 45 minutes on new years eve at that. We broke down outside of their normal operating range but they still hooked us up. A big Thank You os deserved for the dispatch lady and John for their excellent service

We had a very positive experience. The gentlemen who answered our call (can't remember his name) was professional and helpful. Dylan came out to provide the tow and was very respectful, courteous and responded quickly to our need for assistance. He did a great job. We definitely recommend. Thank you Dylan and crew!

Stranded on the side of the Highway on a Sunday we reached Kreager Towing right away. Rob was out to us in 15 minutes. Rob helped us change our camper tire and got us back on the road in no time. A very nice man with a great helpful attitude.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

The axle broke on the front driver's side of my vehicle about 2 blocks from my mechanic. The tow driver arrived quickly, and was very pleasant, but it soon became apparent that he was very inexperienced. He got my car onto the flat bed pretty easily but it was getting it back off at my mechanic's that proved to be a problem. The friction from the broken wheel caused the car to swing partially off the side of the bed, just missing a parked car. The driver then "bounced" my car down the flatbed and onto the pavement, scraping along the underside with the edge of the bed. My mechanic and his crew watched in disbelief. The driver apologized profusely but whatever chance I had in repairing my car was now gone. My mechanic wondered why the driver didn't use a tire skate to get the car off more easily. He said this was standard practice. We called the company to make sure they knew this had happened and to suggest better training for the driver but were treated with distain. They even denied that the driver worked for them, even though we have his name on the receipt and in one of the our photos.Service: Car towing

Don't ever deal with this company unless you want your equipment damaged to be accused of lying and then hung up on. The absolute worst customer service. Left my mother who is a senior citizen stranded twice after she called for road service through AAA then said she was a liar and that they had called. I would never use this company if I could give it zero Stars I would I think what they did was criminal please don't patronize this business everService: Car towing

Kreager Towing of Bay City did a wonderful job of loading the safe l bought in Bay City. They showed up in the time frame dispatch said they would,picked up safe and loaded on my truck safely. Vary friendly, and easy to work with. And the price??? Very reasonable, will use them again if l need them when traveling through the area or buy another safe. Thank You again for a job well done. the person who answered my call were helpful but left me on hold for more then 25 minutes I had to hangup the phonethey did send me a towing truck but the driver looks like didn't have enough experiencecompared with other drivers that did same service

Driver was here 1 and ahalf hours, somehow broke the key, told me it was the starter , then towed it toDiscount Muffler and breaks, where the owner charged it at no cost , i will contact AAA , I never want that driver from Kreagers ever again .I dont think its Kreagers it self thatguy did not know what he was doing .Oh yeah, offered to buy my car 3 times to get it. Off my hands, The car is running great, he must of thought because i am an older single woman i am stupid, i double locked my doors that night

I will never be using this towing service again. They were rude and very unprofessional. Due to being in a car accident, my car was towed and they were the towing company that was called. I called to ask what I needed to bring with me to be able to get my personal belongings out of my car. I was told all I needed was to bring my license. Well, when I went the next day the women in the office screamed at me telling me I needed an appointment to be able to go to my car and that every day my car was there I would be charged.Each time I came back with what paperwork I was told to bring they would claim it wasn't what they needed. I was constantly running around trying to make sure I had all the correct paperwork, so I could just get to my car and get my belongings. This place has horrible customer service. I was treated horribly for no reason at all. I'm not trying to slander anybody or their place of business, I am just very upset with how this service went.Service: Car towing

Had a very bad experience on the road with one of the car hauler drivers, after he nearly crashed into me and two other cars. After this driver left a cannabis company on Euclid, Greenpharm , this driver for Kreager decided to turn northbound into the turning lane while cars were waiting to turn westbound onto Midland road, after this driver almost collided with me, he swerved into oncoming traffic, resulting in two other drivers needing to slam on the brakes to avoid this very ignorant driver. Someone needs to tell this driver to get his weed on his own time, and maybe he shouldn t be driving a car hauling semi.

I absolutely would not recommend them. The manager at the Saginaw office, I m not sure what his name was because he wouldn t give it to me, was extremely rude to me. They way overcharged me for my tow. After the service I called other tow companies in the area and they were significantly cheaper for the same exact job. When I first contacted them I asked them how much my total would be and I gave them all the information, and they told me they couldn t give me a number until they were 100% done with the job. And I said I wanted an estimate it didn t have to be exact. They told me they couldn t do that, and the bill ended up being $500, which was something I wasn t expecting at all. And when I tried to talk to the manager about it he called me the B word, and when I asked to speak to the owner he said I d never hear from the owner because they don t talk to people like me. I will never go to this place again for anything. And I hope other people stay away also.

I've called to make an appointment on February 7th 2023 to meet me in Flint at 11 a.m. to pick up a car sad to say it is 11:28 on February 9th and their tow truck hasn't even left Bay City yet when they have an 11:00 appointment to be in Flint I am here now with my car with no tow truck never use this companyService: Car towingService: Car towing

My vehicle was towed due to an accident. My husband was driving. They charged me $410 to tow the vehicle less than 2 miles. They told me I can only come see the vehicle with an appointment. The next appointment is tomorrow and they are charging another $35 storage due to their schedule. This place is guilty of usury!

My family (wife, three young kids) and I were on a trip from Wisconsin to Niagara Falls (via the UP) and we had just stayed the night in Midland, MI. We had just gotten on the road again in the morning when our engine started to overheat. We called roadside assistance and they set us up with Kreager Towing. We were informed that it would be 45 minutes, but after only 20 minutes, a Kreager tow truck showed up. Kreager even offered to send out a second tow truck because we all needed to get to Bay City and they said they wouldn't charge us for the second truck. Unfortunately, we had already requested an Uber. The Uber took an additional 30 minutes to get there and during that whole time, the tow truck driver waited outside on the side of the highway with us. He was friendly, personable and never once seemed annoyed or frustrated with the wait (even though we were!). We much, much appreciated the great service from Kreager and we are so thankful that we were able to get towed to Bay City quickly and we were able to continue our trip to Niagara Falls after getting our van fixed at Tuffys. Thank you again and we absolutely recommend Kreager Towing!

Great place, a little prickly when it came to insurance, but I was but a deal none the less without the car being impound. I was given directions on a place to fix the tire ttoo after they tried to fill it up to no avail. They even let me change to my spare in their parking lot. Great costumer service and friendly people.

Had a great experience with Thad as my driver. Very courteous and kind, made me feel very comfortable in a situation where I was stressed out. Very quick service and a nice clean truck!

I had the tow a extended cab older truck. 2 wheel drive they wanted $55 not bad now for the. 2020 moped they wanted $100 or more whats up wifh that ? And I personally know the. Owners that are noe deceased may they rest in piece

Great towing but some of the offi e staff is extremely rude. Was told that if insurance company would not pay the would have to sue me. What a bad experience. Too bad their a aaa towing company.

Extremely unprofessional. Tried getting a tow, the woman we talked to today was extremely rude on the phone. Said she didn't like our deamener when asking why they wouldn't tow our vehicle. Dont do business here!!! Horrible service!!!!

The towing was great. It was the billing and the untruthful quotes for storage and mileage. I would not recommend getting into any kind of business with these people.
