Wasn't told about "diagnostic fee" upfront. asked for an estimate rather than a diagnostic of a know problem. Owner did contact me personally which is respectable, but don't agree with the fee.

I believe their the most honest mechanics around. They've always been up front & honest with me about what exactly my vehicle needed. One time, they even explained how having something done would be a waste of money but left the ultimate decision up to me. They've always been fair, polite & respectful & as a woman, they never treated me or talked at me like I was uninformed or taken advantage of the situation. Out of all the places we've taken our vehicles to, including places like Ford & other big names, these guys have them all beat in both pricing & skill. One more thing that is a big yes for us is that we live to support our community businesses & avoid these big corporate names who've we come to learn have sold us, "The People" out all out & the country that made them. There's no longer many small town mechanics around anymore because of these big corrupt corporations. Let's support & make our small town businesses Great Again & destroy the corrupt sellouts & their junk products & parts behind by leaving them in the dust to deservingly go bankrupt.

I dealt mostly with Jason and he was great. Communication was exactly what I needed, he kept me informed every step of the way. I did speak with Jordan briefly about the work he had done. He was a solid professional and it was obvious he took his job very seriously. We will definitely be back!

I ve had my truck fully detailed they re inside and out.Did A absolute fantastic job I would never go any place else. I took my car there to fix an engine light and vacuum air leak that caused it to chug and found out it had quite a few issues. They had my car for a whole day and updated me every step of the way. Excellent service, excellent work! Many other shops were having trouble diagnosing the issue. Brought my car to Hampton, and they originally said it would be about a week before they were able to take a look at it. They called me the following day saying that they were able to not only able determine the issue, but that it was something much less complicated than I had originally thought. They are very knowledgeable and punctual. Would bring any of my cars here again in a heartbeat.

Hampton's is a great place to take your vehicle for auto repair. I went to Burt Watson to have a hard starting Oldsmobile looked at, they told me it needed a new fuel pump, and would fix it for $1600. Hampton's said they could do the repair for $500. I felt like I won the lottery! After talking to Jerry and Mike, they explained when I picked it up that the they diagnosed the problem in the electrical system, and they didn't need to repair the fuel pump, because it was fine. The repair ended up being even cheaper. I was pleased that the mechanics were experienced and honest. I will be returning there for all my automotive needs!

I took my car here for an oil leak and not only did they fix that the cheapest and safest way they could, they also suggested I fix some other things. I would have never caught those other things if they had not mentioned them. As soon as I started my car I KNEW whatever problem I had was fixed because it ran like butter. 5/5 highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of me and helping me understand what those parts of my car do

I had my car towed to Hampton Automotive because my car wouldn't start. They got me in, diagnosed the problem, and got me my car back running as good as new within 3 hours! Fantastic service and reasonable prices! Thank you Hampton Automotive, I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will highly recommend to anyone!

The guys here are very nice, I just had an oil change, so that's all I can review about. They checked my fluids and I only waited 49 minutes for them to be done.
