Got myself this used car. The guy I worked with I believe his name was Alex, provided a very helpful and inviting experience. Unfortunately the car was/is a bit of a problem child. No real Issues with it driving just needs a lot of love done to keep her reliable. Had to invest a few extra hundred on top of the buying price for essential parts. Now keep in mind this car was an "as is" buy. So I fully understood that there could be some things going on with her. And for the most part it's fine. But holy Christmas do u worry sometimes. But hey that is the price you pay for a used 13yo car that wasn't cared for the best by it's previous owner. Interior is clean tho. :)

My vehicle was scheduled for service. On the way my alternator went out and although I let them know I missed my appointment. I was towed into their location and waited for a call letting me know what to expect and the cost. Their timeline from the time I was towed in to receiving my vehicle with service completed was what I reasonably expected. Every time I called to check on repairs I received a call back by a professional who was able to update me. Completion was earlier than quoted and cost was right on. Thank you Graff for getting me back on the road!!!

Alicia was very nice and helpful. She found a small chip in my windshield. Eric was nice but told me they broke a wheel stud and nut when taking off my tire to rotate my tires. I was told I needed to pay for something that they broke. The parts were around 10.00 because I looked the price up. Then they charged me the service fee. My oil change turned into $163. I m very upset. My family have purchased several cars from Graff. I feel I was taken advance off. Sad that I ve had a 40 year relationship with Graff.

Service people were very nice, work was done quickly (oil change and tire rotation). Very disappointed they wouldn t accept my coupon for the oil change because it wasn t printed. I ll go elsewhere for my next oil change. $75.00 was a pretty hefty price to pay.Update to my review: I got a call from Kayla who was wonderful and honored the coupon price for the oil change. Very pleased with her call and the support at Graff! Thank you Graff.

Working with Emilee was wonderful from beginning to end! She was able to get me into my dream car within days of my previous car breaking down. Yvonne was very patient and helpful when it came to finalizing and signing all the papers. Not once did I ever feel taken advantage of or like anyone was trying to pull one over on me. The car I got is practically new and the price was great. So glad I was able to work with the team at Graff!

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is absolutely 0 quality control going on at this place. My insurance provider had them do repair work on my van, and they failed at literally every turn of this transaction. They are literally the worst customer service team on the planet. They will not return your call or messages. Progressive had to escalate this because even they couldn't get them to pick up the phone. When they finally "finished" the job. The paint job had drips in it ,and had to be touched up on the spot. They did a shotty job at putting my bumper back on and to this day there is a massive gap because I absolutely refuse to go back to these incompetent people. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!Oh that seems like an odd time to to disclose this? Also is the trim falling off already some sort of issue from a prior accident as well?

I had a good experience with Graff. I had my vehicle in a couple of times for repairs & they did really good job on both experiences. I had my vehicle back when they said I would, gave me rides to my house while they worked on my vehicle, dropped my vehicle off to me so I didn't have to bring my granddaughter out. I had no problems with Graff, would recommend them to anyone, family and friends.

I recently went in for an oil change and there was issues with the pricing. Very soon after I received a call from a manager, and they were great about trying to correct the situation. I really appreciate them looking out for their customers, and being concerned about them leaving happy. They went above and beyond, and made it right for me. As a long time customer I will continue to go to Graff, and will always refer others to them as well.

Service for my basic recall was fantastic. I was going to be leaving on a long distance trip in two days so I asked if the engine fluids & air in tires could be checked. Absolutely, without any problems was the response. They even washed my car .all completed in less than an hour.

The body work was perfect. However they missed a wheel bearing that was growling, tried to blame it on my tires, and the alignment was not right. I rotated my tires and no change in the noise. They did end up replacing the bearing and lo and behold my noise is gone! The alignment still isn t perfect, but they keep blaming my tires for their inability to set the alignment. I do not have a tire or radial pull. My steering wheel isn t straight and although a bit worn, my tires are evenly worn. It s not the tires. Contact was minimal at best and I would have to call 3-4 times a day to maybe get a call back the next day. They need to hire another person or 2 for the body shop service desk. They seem very short handed for the amount of work going on there. I did speak with on general service advisor and he came off with a very cocky attitude and could not back up his arrogance. I did not catch his name. For body and paint work I do recommend them. As far as general service such as an alignment, they are ok, but not worth the hype.

My oil change wasn't fair. My parts were $31.00 the and the labor was $35.00. It was a 10 min oil change. That means they charge $210.00 an hour. Thank goodness it only took 10 min. I can't believe they charge so much! My bad for going there.

Took my vehicle in to have it looked at due to some motor blower issues with the air vent Everyone I encountered there was very kind and helpful. As soon as they found out the issue, they called me and were able to start working on it right away and get it fixed so I could have it by the next day. My vehicle is working just fine now. Very pleased with the service At Graft.

I was extremely happy with both the service and the quality of people at Geaff! From the owner Lisa to the rental agent Ella and the service writers I dealt with, they were all courteous and professional. My truck was down for an extended period of time under warranty and they made sure I had a rental vehicle that fit my needs and kept my wife and I moving forward with our day to day. Highly recommend graff service and sales! Oh and a shout out to Ben as well!

Steve is an amazing salesman. He was very thorough and made sure I understand the features of my new vehicle before I drove off. Jaren is a great closer Aka finance guy. He explained the optional packages avail such as extended ware and tear insurance and didn t try to pressure me into buying them.Great job Graff!
