I talked to Paul on the phone, and he was very pleasant then when I came in he was also very pleasant and a very genuine person he was also very informing about all of my questions (which were a lot) and you can tell he really cares about your safety too because he didn t want me to leave without replacing my tire the first time I came in because it was so bad but I didn t have time, update that was about a month ago and I called them again today and knew they were closing soon, but they said they can do an evaluation on my tires for a different car and then ended up needing new tires on this car as well and they did these too when they were supposed to be closed and they wanted to replace two of our tire sensors but we didn't wanna spend the money on them and they threw them on anyways! very good customer service and they are very informative and speedy very happy this time as well! Will be back again if I need anything else!

(First time visit) Got a flat on the way to work and had to pop on a spare. Went into Discount right after getting out expecting a really long wait and to have to pay a fee for the patch. I experienced neither of those things. The staff was really friendly and got my car in pretty fast; even with a pretty full lobby of walk-ins like myself. I was also very surprised at the end of the transaction to realize that they had patched and reinstalled the tire at no charge. They ll definitely have my business in the future.

Could not have a better experience getting new wheels. Staff was extremely friendly. I had to order my new wheels. They called me when they got in and we set up an appointment. Went to my appointment and my car had new wheels within the hour. Definitely would come back.

They sure can pump tires out the door. Knowledgeable staff. Did not need a appointment. Little bit of a wait but. They still worked hard to get the job done.

I came into discount tire today for a flat tire and unfortunately it wasn t fixable (the nice gentleman at the front who, forgive me I did not catch his name. I m sure he knows who he is.) said all my tires were awful, and that they were so unsafe. I was really hoping my tire was able to be fixed. My mom is currently sick and with it being a week before Christmas, I was not financially able to buy new tires and just asked if he could put my spare on but unfortunately my spare was no good either! He said he would see what he could do and he came back and said that he could replace my tire at no charge at least so I could get my daughter to school. Then a few minutes later, he came back to tell me that a stranger decided to buy me 4 new tires and Merry Christmas! . I was already so grateful for his generosity at not charging me for one tire, but to leave with 4 new ones was so amazing. This isn t a thank you to the stranger who bought me tires (I will probably never get to thank them) This is a thank you to your employee for being a kind human being!! Merry Christmas!

If I would've known I could've gotten a tire cheaper somewhere before I went here I could've gotten 2 tires for the price I paid for 1 tire next time I'll go thru my brother's friend who owns a used tire place

They got me in quickly and more importantly it was a no contact experience. They also gave me the best deal ever.I was able to bring my puppy with me and we stayed in the vehicle while I got new tires.Thank you Discount Tires.Pictures are of the old tires, sorry forgot to take a picture of the new tires. I can tell you they look a whole lot better then these ones

Ray the manager personally looked at the pricing on the new tires I needed for the front of my Chevrolet Equinox, and did even better on the price than I paid last year for the same great tires. Discount Tire in Bay City, is the go to for myself, Karma Inc Apparel and Kidneys For Kids!

I always buy my tires from Discount Tire because I travel the country and if I need a rotation or a flat repair/warranty issue taken care of, they're easy to find a location. Thanks to Andrew for my new van tires. Helped me figure out what was best for my needs and great communication when order arrived to the store and even met me outside when I arrived for my appointment. Thanks again!

Don t come here, the workers can t drive manual and will stall your car then claim they did not. I had to drive it off the lift. Lugs were over-torqued too, that s how you break lug studs!!! Disappointing

I am very happy with my experience at this location, Curt did a great job taking care of me after a horrible experience on my trip at the Grove City Ohio Discount Tire. I will return for future needs. My only wish is that they start doing alignments here.

Took my girlfriends car here to have her tires replaced after popping one, what was supposed to have been a quick fix turned into a nightmare. After we left my girlfriend complained her car was making a weird noise when she made turns, something we chucked up to just being from the new tire installation. After further investigation we found a nice sized dent in her passenger fender after just paying over 5k to have it replaced earlier this year from a previous incident. We aren t sure how this happened but now we re stuck with the damages, another huge bill, and no one to answer for their mistakes. Despite from this our customer service was pretty good

Had a TPMS replaced for $60. Within a week, the tire pressure in the tire was low. When I went to put air in the tire, I discovered the valve stem was not sealed properly and began leaking air from around the base, when I tried to put the air chuck on it. I drove it in to have it looked at and fixed, but the tire went completely flat on my way to Discount. After putting my spare on, I made it to Discount and told them what was going on. They had a record of my visit but it stated that their records showed that I had been in for a tire rotation and did not have a record for the TPMS work they did. They stated that since I had bought the tires from Autohouse a year and a half early, it was most likely something Autohouse did to cause the issue and suggested I talk to them about it- however they did offered to sell me a new replacement tire. Autohouse of course looked at me like I was ridiculous when I told them what had happened and what I was told. Frustrated, I just paid the $400 for a new tire from Autohouse and will not be returning for any services anymore. Too many tire shops in the area to deal with the added headache and run around.

Scheduled an appointment to fix a flat. Show up 15 minutes early for my appointment, wait in the lobby for over an hour and still no service. Watched plenty of other people get served before me. Happens every time I come here, never coming back.

Called one day out to schedule a full tire replacement. When I got to the store I was greeted almost immediately, they got my truck info, and I was out of the shop within an hour. I made the mistake of not bringing my third tire, but they were happy to have me back the next day. When I went back in they got me in and out almost immediately. Very fast and very polite customer service.

Got me in at my appointment time for a tire, balance, and rotation. They also replaced my windshield wipers. I let them know I had an appointment to get to and they had me out on time to my next appointment. I d go back.

Highly recommend this place! Needed my tires changed asap called they got me in the same day and got my tires changed within an hour. My rear tires were completely rotted out and the steel bar whatever that is I guess was very bent from potholes so they did their best to bend it back with no extra charge. Good prices for some good tires! Great customer service! Will definitely come back here!

This store... This COMPANY!! Discount Tire kept the employ of an assistant-store manager who inappropriately put his hands on another female employee who was under his management at the time. If this statement bothers you, as it should, might I also add that the predator was born in 1972 and the female employee's birth year is 1998. Are you not disgusted? Allow me...The predator has a wife and was distinctively aware that the female employee is also a married woman herself, yet he took advantage of her all the same. The female employee is also a U.S. Soldier...It is I, the female employee and victim. I do not post this in hopes of gaining publicity or judgment of any kind, and I do not seek the sympathy of strangers. I simply wish for hostile work environments to be put to an end. Being a female who's worked in a male-dominate environment for the past 6 years, and this only happening to me on the grounds of a civilian workplace, is utterly disturbing to me.I worked for Discount Tire in 2019 and then again in 2023, both before enlisting in the U.S. Army and after I'd finished serving my active duty contract, because up until this moment, I always held this company in a very special place in my heart and highest on my recommendation list. I was always a very enthusiastic and hard-working employee at Discount Tire. To be treated in such a manor, violated and disrespected in the very facility I'd previously felt entirely safe in, merely tortured my mental and completely diminished any and all love I had for Discount Tire and their people.How could it get any worse? They terminated me and kept the predator employed. If you get no awareness from this review thus far, then, at the very least, I shall make it crystal clear that I DO NOT recommend Discount Tire's services to the absolute maximum level possible. Go to Belle Tire. And, if you're willing, spread the word.Discount Tire on Euclid Ave in Bay City, Michigan, would be out of business in 2 seconds if it were up to me.

Knowledgeable people, excellent and fast service. I got my tires there, which were better than the factory installed ones, and today I got them rotated. Very happy. I showed up way early and they squeezed me in.

Update: Every person that works on my car here continues to do great, and I wanted to name the people (the only woman and the younger man with short hair and a beard) who tried saving my bent rim. (Thank you both for doing your best!) Unfortunately, the only name on the receipt is Nolan, and, unless the salesperson doesn't receive a commission or anything, it seems like he just wanted to swoop in at the last second to claim the sale for himself. I waited in my vehicle, and so I saw firsthand that he didn't do the work to my vehicle. There may be a different reason why he did it, but it seemed strange to have him claim my sale when he wasn't the person who I initially spoke to nor was he either of the mechanics whom I saw working on my car. Still happy with their work, though!Original: My new favorite tire shop! There online appointment system is great and worked for me flawlessly. Ray was my salesman, and he was kind enough to explain the condition of my tires, listen to me about what I wanted done, and discuss other possible options without ever being pushy about anything unnecessary! I waited in my vehicle, and so I got to see with my own eyes that they do good work here. They stay busy working on vehicles, they call out mistakes if they see them being made, and they actually use torque wrenches to properly tighten lug nuts (not just using an air gun constantly)! Not to mention their prices are also superior to others in the area. Definitely recommended!

We had a problem with a tire cover after having a rim replaced. Felipe T. Was very kind and courteous and helped us get what we needed. We will continue going here for anything we need for our tires. Highly recommend!

The guys here were great. Had to make an emergency visit after dropping my daughter off for surgery as we were from out of town and had a leak when we left the hotel this morning. They found a screw, plugged it up and sent me on my way. Super quick and super friendly. I may never be by this location again, but hopefully this review helps someone know they are good people here.

I started my morning off after working 3rd shift terrible with a flat tire!! I called Discount Tire and talked to Erik he told me to come on in and he'd take care of me. He stood by his word. I told him what I wanted to pay, he stayed within my budget, didn't pressure me into spending more and even was very patient with me while I messed around with credit cards online to pay for my tires!!He was so helpful!!!He even let the guys work on my van before I paid, by the time(almost an hr later) I finally figured out my credit cards my van was already done. It was so stress free and simple. He was so great. I appreciate how patient and understanding he was!!! 5stars to Erik this morning!!! They didn't even say anything about me having my pomeranian in his bag in the store. They saved my day. My van drives like a dream.

I walked in and waited less than 2 minutes and then immediately was taken care of. I had popped a tire the night before so I dropped mine off and was back in less than a hour to retrieve it. The guys where so nice and helpful. I'm a newly divorced single mom of 3 and the men didn't make me feel stupid and explained everything so nicely. I really appreciated not feeling like I was being treated differently being a woman.

Ray and his team are the best !! Had a flat tire on a Pacifica van that the Chrysler Corporation saved a few buck and weight by not having a spare tire. These guys waited for me after closing hours to get me back on the road. It's rare these days to see this level of customer service !! Thanks again to all involved ( EXCEPT THE CHRYSLER CORPORATION) , the things you do not only make you outstanding, but will keep you in business for a long, long time. I should note i would honestly consider driving 85 miles out ofy way to give you my business the next time I need tires !! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME !!
