They did this to me don't let it happen to you. Had a tire that kept getting low on air. Went in and they said it was my rims and that I would need new rims. I bought new rims and the same tire deflated again the next day. I went in and they said they found a small nail. I am now out my money because the old rims were scraped. I will never go there or recommend them again. I at one time had given them 5 stars. Not any more. 1 star. Give them 0 if I could. UPDATE. They said they patched the tire but two days later it is low again. I went to their competitor and they fixed it and said there was no sign of a resent patch. Oh that number you gave me is bull.

Excellent service recently in dealing with an unexpected electrical issue that occurred while getting new brakes on my daughter's car.Jay went above and beyond to detect and resolve the problem at no cost to us. Much appreciated. I highly recommend Belle Tire.

Horrible service center. They will make a full effort to screw you over while enriching their sales by "scaring" you into thinking you need other parts replaced.They'll charge you $500 for a part that can be bought at any part store for $100. Then if you try to bring the exact same part in to them, they tell you they can't install it. The sales manager here is a straight up con artist. The technicians seem to be honest though.The operations manager is aggressive and looks like he's blown out of his mind on meth or something. Don't go here for service, there's better, more honest service centers around.

My fleet statewide of 30+ vehicles, like everyone else s, as it ages, has problems and issues - I trust Belle Tire to give me an honest review and fair pricing for all repairs. And they are my #1, no need shop around for pricing, they are my tire shop! Including my F150!

Went in for a new tire knowing one of my tire sensors was dead. Walked out not being able to read the pressure on any of em even though the other three are fine. Thanks a lot, if I d know you were gonna make the others worthless I wouldn t have bothered. They re just out to get your money, save your time and go somewhere else

Stopped in to see if I could get my car looked at as I thought my brakes were grinding. I didn't want it fixed just to be looked at so I knew if it was just something in my brakes or my brakes are bad cuz it was grinding on and off. I was told upon going in and talking to a guy at the counter that all the mechanics were leaving as it was quarter to 6 and they were closing. About an hour late I was going to the store and when we drove by they were still open so I called for giggles and asked when they closed and the guy that answered said they are open till 8 but were kind of busy. When I stopped I noticed there were only 2 cars in the bay and the parking lot didn't really look busy only couple cars thats the only reason I went in and asked. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I went there a fee months ago to get an alignment and they said it couldn't be done because there were other things that had to be fixed before the alignment could be done. They gave me a list of what needed to be done but said they were to busy to quote me on any of it. Lesson learned never stepping foot in there or giving them my business.

Don t use This Location the writer will tell you one thing to your face. Then tell you that the service did not include what he initially told you to your face when he calls you with of course more repairs needed . Scam alert !!! Every part was changed on the front end just needed to be aligned No up charges here

Last tire purchase, I will do with them. Have went there since they opened in bay city. Bought tires then was told only had 2 in store the others will be in tomorrow. I called the next day at 2:30 due to no call.And the salesman, I purchased the tires from told me they were in but they didn't have time that day to install them.Then said drop it off and it would be done first thing in the morning. On the third day after my truck was there before they opened I called at 3:30 and was told they didn't know about the tires and didn't have the keys.....the salesman called in....after being polite but stern the manager did get my tires installed after the was delivered on the third day. So they lied and ignored a pre paid for set of tires. Super disappointed, extremely poor management

Was going to change us way touch for tires and was saying so much was wrong with our car and took to another place only cost us 180.00 fixing our car Bell tire was going to charge the same fix was going to be of 2000.00 for the real rare. Will not go to them again

We had cruise control and dashboard electrical issues in our car before our late evening arrival last night in Bay City after driving 400+ miles from home/out of state with 350 more miles to drive today. The local Bay City car dealer had no time for us and the next nearest dealer in Saginaw also could not fit us in but recommended Belle Tire. On short notice at 8:30 in the morning Assistant Manager Chris Himmelein at Belle Tire had one of the technicians check the main electrical systems to verify we had no battery or alternator problems and we could continue our trip. We are very grateful Chris attended to our problem and verified we could move on to our destination (where we can line up an appointment with a brand dealer for what is likely a minor problem). Chris refused to charge us for the systems check and we arrived with no problems at our destination in Marquette, Michigan

Showed up 3.5 hours before close. They were unable to do a oil change as they had to many people. Usually 1-2 hr wait for oil change

We needed a tire pretty quick, had a blowout. Got one. On our way home we noticed there was a smell, like rubber burning. Not only did they fix the issue in 20 minutes, they hooked us up with the proper tire at no additional charge. 11000/10 would recommend A++ service. Thanks again Drew, we will be back for the other 3 for sure.They also noticed our other tire had a valve stem leak and fixed it for us. Free of charge. Seriously, they took care of us. We couldn't be happier.

I've been going to Belle Tire for years. It's my go to for any of my vehicle needs. I now live in Texas, but when I come home to visit Belle Tire is always there for me. They have quality tires I still have on my car, and service is above and beyond expectations. I have never been disappointed at Belle Tire here on Wilder Rd. in Bay City, MI. Thanks Belle Tire!!!!!

DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU! They are salesman, plain and simple! They will negate your warranty and try to sell you something, especially if you appear to have money. I won't return.

I was upset and completely confused after my muffler man experience. See my rating and submission of muffler man for more details. However, the very capable, skilled, and 5 star service they provided me took them 4 hours to do what muffler man couldn't in 2 weeks. Thank you staff at Belle tire for taking the time and getting it right the first time. You will see my face again.

Showed up late Saturday afternoon with a very weathered flat tire in a run-flat tire. After quickly discussing options, they had my vehicle in the bay getting 4 new tires. If it looked like it needed an alignment, they'd do it too. Within the hour it was complete and I was on my way. I bring all my vehicles here for any tire related business. I highly recommend this location. 10/10

I bought expensive tires in April and had an oil change done, they got me right in. Now it is time for a oil change and tire rotation, I've been there 3 times and called twice, they can't get me in ,come back in a few hours. I guess all they want to do is sell tires

Jay at this location was EXCELLENT to work with. Frantically, I stopped in at Discount Tire first but they didn't do alignments which my car needed DRASTICALLY. The insides of my old tires were like shredded cheese. Jay helped me gather my thoughts, informed me on a great deal for great tires and alignment and got the job done in less than 2 hours. He also recommended a great place next door to stop and eat at while we waited. Jay is friendly and honest. If I lived here I would definitely use this Belle Tire everytime. Thank you Jay for getting us back on the road safely and being AMAZING at your job.

I went in for an alignment because I had vibrations when driving so I replaced all the steering components and still had vibrations. It took them only about 15 to 20 minutes and they said it was done. I was suprised at how quick it was. They said they didn't need to adjust anything and that they just moved the steering wheel a couple of degrees because it wasn't perfectly straight. He took it on a drive and noted the vibrations when he spoke to me. I was hoping the alignment would fix that I told him and he replied he didn't have to change the alignment at all. So I asked since he didn't do anything if I still had to pay the 97 dollars and they said yes because they moved the steering wheel a little. I wish they had told me my alignment was good and asked if I wanted to pay the money to move my steering wheel a little. They boast free alignment checks but they charged me $96.99 to tell me it was all good. You got me for almost 100 dollars, but lost a customer due to the lack of communication. I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for great service

I ordered my tires on the labor day sale with a rebate. I was told the rebate was done online by the dealership , and on line said it was at the dealership, I contacted the manager and he assured me He would get it taken care of. I have been out the $50 rebate which was what made there pricing the best. It was very deceptive and I would never recommend them. The tire quality was good and so was the installation. Its the deceptive practices that ruined it for me.

I had great service. My daughter blew a tire on memorial weekend. I also had a bent rim which took a dealership 3 weeks to get. They let me leave my car there while waiting on parts. Very understanding and helpful!
