I had a great experience here. All of the staff I spoke to were polite and professional. The repair cost was reasonable, and my vehicle was ready to pick up on the day they told me it would be. I would definitely go here again.

I ve been a customer of theirs for 20 years and never had any problems, issues or concerns. They also are very prompt with regard to turnaround time. I recommend Bay AUTO CARE to everyone.

JANET!JANET!JANET!Now normally I wouldn't do this for a body shop full of hard working men! But if I could just leave the five star review for the above and beyond service at the front desk this is the place you wanna go-to! There's nothing like walking into a shop or tire place or garage and the guys give you blank faces and make you feel like an idiot like you have all the answers so this is a very much winning auto shop for me!Friendly service at in the office by Janet and fast work by the boys in the back!

Bay City is so lucky to have an auto service like this in our town. It is a true Mom & Pop shop and their business is as personable as you will ever find.My issue is was probably unlike any they have ever had, and I came to them mainly for their advice on how I might resolve my predicament. They assessed the situation and immediately went to work. Like skilled surgeons, having the right tools, expertise and know-how, they resolved my problem -- with perseverance and a can-do attitude.I'm grateful to the Bay Auto Care team as my issue if unresolved, would have lead to a very expensive repair.I have used Bay Auto Care in the past and they have always been honest in their dealings and with work performed in a reasonable timeframe. I would highly recommend their service for any of your auto service needs.

My 2000 Chevy Tahoe broke down near Bay City in 2015 and I was just going over some old service records and I remembered how well you me in a time of crisis. My truck's engine needed some major work and I was stranded alone at 23 years old. I will always be grateful. I'm so glad to see y'all are still in business. Thanks again

I've continued doing business with Kevin and Janet for years. They take care of their customers above and beyond, always. They diagnose and discuss repairs with you, communicate with what works best for you (call, text, etc), and have even offered loaner cars for no extra cost! They offer great service at a decent price and always make sure they deliver value that is best. My Truck had no Oil Pressure and I coasted into Bay Auto Care an hour before they closed. Even with no appointment they took it in and said they could get it fixed (Oil leak somewhere) the next day. (I live an hour and a half north of Bay City) The owner then found the exact problem and fixed it by 5 PM. I'm very impressed with both of the owners. Super nice and not a rip off.. The kindness and help I received from Bay Auto, was a welcomed feeling, since I was only able to leave my truck in their parking lot on a Sunday with only a note. I live over 200 miles South, and was short on options.To my surprise, I was contacted the next morning. Unfortunately, they could not fix my truck. BUT, they kindly had it towed to Bay Transmissions, and contacted the owner to explain my situation.When asked if I owed them anything, I was told; not to worry about a thing.To be treated with such respect with only a note and a mess of a truck left in their lot, is not something we experience much these days!

Bay Auto Care has the absolute best and best and best quality car care service in Bay City, In fact, the best car care service in Bay County maybe the entire area. I received a complete rundown of my auto status and needed repairs, pre needed work and status of repairs I would be receiving. I have a 12 year old car that is not in perfect condition and have numerous issues. However, Bay Auto Care and the staff were completely thorough with the inspection and needed repair work. I would recommend Bay Auto Care to any one who has had problems with their car and don't know what's up with it. Thanks Bay Auto Care. They diagnosed and repaired a problem the dealership couldn't. It was done quickly and at a reasonable price. The owners kept me informed throughout the entire process. I trust their integrity and their skill. Very happy with Bay Auto Care!

The best thing I can say about Bay Auto Care is that I wish they were in my home town. They're friendly, prompt, the shop is clean and they do first-rate work for very reasonable prices. I'd give them a 6-star rating but there are only 5 stars.If you have a problem with your vehicle and you're near Bay City, run, don't walk (well OK, drive if you can) to Bay Auto Care!

I took my vehicle to a different shop at first. They recommended Bay Auto Care and even had them pick up my vehicle to look it over. After a quick diagnosis, they kept me in the loop the whole time. Something else broke in the process and they covered the cost for me. I highly recommend Bay Auto Care for all maintenance and will gladly send my friends and family to them as well.

They were able to figure out that my rear wiper was what kept killing my battery and fixed the problem so my car was 100% again. The office was great about social distance, offered hand sanitizer, and required masks to be worn. First time I needed a car repair since 2007 and I could not be more than exceptional pleased with Bay Auto Care . Did a little research and everyone seems very pleased by reviews and so am I. Made an appointment they got me in on time and returned my car back early with all repairs completed professional. Bay Auto Care was a Great Choice:)

I had an oil leak. My previous mechanic told me leaks were hard to identify and that I should buy a new car. The mechanic at Bay Auto Care took the time to find the leak and fixed it for $130. I am very grateful to them for doing this. I have an old vehicle, but it still has more life in it now. I had a neighbor recommend Bay Auto Care and now I would too. Very clean and organized garage .

Have been bringing our vehicles here for a couple of years. Kevin and Janet know who we are when we walk in the door. They've gone well above and beyond on several occasions making sure that we are taken care of. Great service at a good price.Remember: A mechanic is like a doctor. Do you want the best or the cheapest?

I brought my GMC Acadia there after it broke down while passing through Bay City. They were one of the only places to get me in right away. In the end they had to tell me my engine was shot. This was not what I wanted to hear, but I appreciate their honesty. They could have spent a lot more time on it and charged me more, but instead they gave me the truth and charged me very reasonably. If I lived in Bay City I would be a customer for life.

We were headed to northern Michigan recently and experienced an untimely breakdown. A quick search for repair shops yielded Bay Auto Care. We limped our truck into the shop and they had us back on the road in under 3 hours. Their shop and waiting area is very clean and the cost of the repair was more than reasonable.

On our way home from camping our trucks exhaust melted our gas tank. Stranded at a gas station we called Kevin at Bay Auto Care, who was more than happy to take on the job of getting us back on the road. After learning the gas tank was discontinued, he and his family went out of their way, searching many used dealers, then driving 45 mins to pick up the gas tank to finish the job. Kevin was very patient, attentive, and professional through the whole process and I would strongly recommend anyone to use bay auto care in the future. I couldn't be more grateful to Kevin and his family for helping me get my family home safely.

This family is the absolute best! It is such a great feeling knowing there are still honest mechanic s out there! Friendly, fast, honest & explained everything in detail of what was needed to be done on my vehicle. I cannot say enough positive things about Bay Auto. My family was stranded on our way to camping. They got us right in and we re more than gracious, patient, empathetic and accommodating. As an ex-mechanic, I shiver at the idea of getting taken by shady mechanics. These folks are quite the opposite, professional and transparent. And this is the cleanest facility I ve ever seen. I was buying a car in Bay City and needed a shop to do a pre-purchase inspection for me. Called Janet in the morning and got an appointment immediately for the afternoon. They reviewed the car and reported back promptly (took less than an hour). I didn't even need to be there for the entire process. Janet and Kevin run an honest and professional business.

Excellent place for repairs, oil changes, etc. Replaced my entire windshied wiper system at a reasonable cost. All the employees were courteous and knowledgeable! There is also complimentary coffee and they have a very clean bathroom. Handicapped parking too. I qill be returning if any other repairs are needed. Highly recommended!!!

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!Our vehicle was dropped off, Diagnosed and Parts/Service was quickly estimated. We gave the Go Ahead and our vehicle was worked on and complete, the same day! Completely Satisfied with the work done. A few recommondations were addressed, however, they did not nickle and dime us. The price was very reasonable and I definately feel comfortable refering others! YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY PROFESSIONAL! Thank you for getting us back out on the road quickily! You have our business when we need more work!

I have had a great experience with Bay Auto Care every time I've gone. They called on a holiday after submitting an online appointment request to get it in the following day! They go above and beyond and are reasonably priced.

Nice staff. Terrible prices. Many excuses. A mild not so medium job I pay 35 bucks to get told 95 to 98 bucks an hour acting like theyll make it at least a 5 hour job to realign my power steering so my belt stays in place and quits getting thrown. So i said forget that. Took it to the dudes off of euclid in Kawkalin by 711 and got a way different price. Way more reasonable. No excuses and the difference was unreal. I know where i am never going back to. Wouldn't refer to anyone.
