Amazing customer service. Guys aren t out to screw anyone like most places these days. Got a great set of tires at a great deal. Definitely will be back and will be referring friends. Good job guys,theirs still honest people in this world their at A1 tire

Good quality used tires and amazing customer service! My vehicle was recently in an accident. It was towed to my home. Needed two tires, for a small fee due to my location to them, they removed my tires from my vehicle, mount & balanced the new ones and brought them back to my home and installed them! I physically couldn t have done that myself. They rescued me! The tires themselves were an amazing deal. I will absolutely use them and recommend them!

Really good experience. They were busy when I got there but they were still curteous and helped a lot. Does only take cash though. Loved their holiday sign.

I had a tire that punctured on the road. I gave them a call and they got it patched up for me to get home. The guys were very nice and helped me get back on the road safely to get home. I would highly recommend this place for all your tire service needs. Nice small place with exceptional service and dedication

This place is AWESOME! My family had a tire emergency and I was short on both time and money. These guys were fast friendly helpful competent and very affordable! Plus they are right here in our Southend neighborhood. I highly recommend these guys!

If I could leave zero stars I would !! Don't get me wrong they was very nice and even gave me a discount because I brought my dog . They talked me into getting my other tire replaced that didn't need replaced at all , just to break the steam cell in my tire so I couldn't get no air in it what so ever !!! Then he said it had a slow leak smh I would recommend going to tuffy they actually gave me a whole new tire because of a1's mistake ( lazyness )

My husband took my vehicle in and got 5 tires, we live an hour away but he found a good deal so took my vehicle in. I noticed a heavy shaking in the rear end of my vehicle about 15 days after getting the new tires and was leaving out of town without any time to drive the hour one way. Another shop closer to home was able to squeeze me in and change the tire and A1 refused to follow their warranty that is listed on the receipt because it wasnt on the vehicle even though we bought 5. Mind you the person who printed the receipt gave my husband the wrong one and when my husband pointed it out to get a reprint he said don't worry I will remember you. Well now I am stuck with a junk tire for a spare and a wasted hour trip one way. We will not return or recommend to anyone as this is dirty business!

Thought I had got a deal getting some tires mounted from 2020 that were in very good shape for $20 a piece. But when my tires weren't making contact with the ground and becoming a dangerous situation this place seemed not to care at all. They told me when they did the work to save my receipt if any problems. I had, told me he would look at them and if they were out of balance have to charge me again to fix their balance. Very bad,and dangerous business. Had to pay Belle tire to fix their mistake. No balance to them at all and one rim was bent asked the people at A1 told me it was fine. Sad Sad. The guy at the flea market downtown did a better job. So bad!!!

Had not only one tire replaced for my van, but had the tires on my truck balanced and replaced for an EXCELLENT price. Wonderful service and wonderfully friendly staff! Definitely recommend and will be returning for any future services!

Stopped in on my way through Michigan from Canada with a leak in my tire. My tire was repaired and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. So very grateful!

Quick service. Had my tire in stock and ready to go. If I didn't get the guy talking probably would have got me out of there in ten minutes flat for 40 bucks. Can't beat it.

If this is the same shop that is or was on old kawkawlin rd then I d give them negative stars if I could. I was recommended by someone to take my classic car in to them to get restored and painted. After getting the quote and telling me it would take about 6 weeks and putting more than half the money down, I watched month after month cars coming and going out of the shop while mine sat in the corner stripped and collecting dust. Long story short it took over 3 years, had to take it back numerous times because it had bubbles, over spray was all over, windows leaking, and it not running. When before they had it, it ran perfect. They waisted my time and my money and it still has bubbles and it s still in a different shop trying to get it running how it used to. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Had to get my front tire replaced and was able to get in and out in a short amount of time do recommend bringing cash though they do not take debit

Worst experience ever. Told me they would hold their only tire that would fit my car until after my sons doctors appointment, when I got there 2 hours later, they sold it on me and told me it was a first come first serve business. Waste of my time, I will never be back.
