If you need any work done to your automobile, this is the place to go. I was making a 2300km solo drive from Manitoba to Ontario, CA. I broke down in the best spot I could have hoped for, around the corner from Zaharion s Automotive.Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The shop/garage is outstanding and the staff are very knowledgeable.The parts for my car were in stock and even though there is a very comfortable and bright waiting room .I hardly had any time to enjoy it, as I was back on the road in no time. Thank you for making what was an unfortunate occurrence be so much less painful.

Extremely friendly and professional! Fast service and GREAT pricing. My brakes are working percectly. I've used other garages in the past, but never again. Zaharions is the BEST!

Everyone was very helpful and informative when I needed my rotors and pads for brakes done. I got in with very short notice, as John the owner said the stars aligned just right . I had no appointment but on a whim I called Zaharions. Work was done right and I was able to be shown how bad my rotors actually were after driving with squealy brakes for 3 weeks. Couldn t find a shop that worked non banker hours. Price was fair and the atmosphere was friendly. Couches were provided to sit and get comfy. I do recommend getting cash from the nearest bank or atm for your repair bill since there s a 3.5% card fee. Great place overall to get your car looked at. Will be back if and when I need to

Was traveling to Indiana from Michigan and my vehicle started leaking coolant and overheating. Googled nearest repair facility. Ending up at Zaharion s Automotive. Was expecting to have to leave my vehicle and rent a car. To my surprise John the owner said he would get me going in a hour and 1/2. So I grabbed lunch at Subway and when I was done they my leak fixed. What I thought was a nightmare turned into a great experience. Highly recommend John and Zaharion Automotive! Really Appreciate it !!!!! Check them out !

Just took my 2016 Jeep Patriot to them for the first time, got new tires, a tune up, tie rod end, alignment, everything is running so much better!! Definitely will be scheduling with them again soon for a oil change and whatever I may need!

My brother and I were traveling back to Wisconsin from our grandma's funeral when my clutch went out! From the side of the interstate, I called maybe 6 different shops who all said they were too busy to even look at my car before connecting with Zaharion's. Renee was empathetic and said that their shop made allowances for emergencies and to come over. What a relief! It is reflected in a business when it is ran by proactive and involved owners. Both Renee and her husband John were incredibly compassionate. John worked to source the parts my car needed and get me the best deal possibly. Renee even helped us get over to a car rental company!! Everything was thoroughly and competently explained.I have a trusted mechanic at home in Wisconsin; if I were to be stranded anywhere, I really lucked out to be stuck where I did. Everyone involved was great, from the tow truck driver, the rental car woman, the mechanic at Zaharion's who diagnosed my car, and of course John and Renee. They truly went above and beyond. They have a very comfortable, clean, and inviting shop. It is clear that they are competent business owners and great people. I know everyone is busy and stretched thin these days, it is truly refreshing to encounter compassionate people in today's world. They went out of their way to make time for me and I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for honest, competent, and personable service! After calling 5 places Zaharions was the only place to be kind and professional on the phone and in person. They made me feel like I was their only customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I bet we called and talked many times and I was a pain as my leasing agency was paying almost half and paid them separate after me. They put in a lot of leg work and research to give me a good quote. It s nice to support a family owned business who are still professional and kind every time I blew their phone up. Most places these days would ve had someone with some sass after I called them a bunch, lol not them. They re great. I will definitely be going back for all my vehicles . Superb service from knowledgeable mechanics!Myself, husband, and our 2.5 year old were traveling when we stopped off an exit to grab a quick bite. Our car started overheating and my husband noted it seemed there was a leak happening. I got on Google quickly and started calling for same day service. We were 2 hours from home and over an hour to get to our destination still. After a few calls, I finally (and so thankfully) spoke with Kathy. She put me on hold for a while and I was getting nervous, but she came back and said come on in, we ll at least look. Mind you, it s 4:30pm on a Friday and they close at 6. As soon as we arrived, Kacey came out and took a quick look under our hood (also raining out) and told us that he d get us back on the road so we could get to our destination. They were able to quickly get a part delivered for us, a coolant reservoir, and replace it. My son and I sat in the front seat while they worked on the car and everyone came by to say hi and chat with us while we waited. We got the feeling that they stayed there that evening for us, and we couldn t have been more grateful. We have NEVER had such amazing mechanics that made us feel so confident in their expertise. They were dedicated to get us back on the road. I wish they were closer to us because we trusted them and that s something that s hard to find in an automotive shop, especially when you have an older vehicle.The Thorne family sends our thanks to the entire staff for taking care of us in a time of need. This automotive company is the best, my mom car had broke down and not only did they come and pick up the car but was willing to help every early in the morning - I highly recommend this place and the people who work here, absolutely love this place.

I ve never been so excited to have issues with my cars! One of the nicest shops I ve ever seen! Very clean and well organized. John and Renee always go out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of. They do excellent work at a great price. My family and I have been going to Zaharion's for years after a coworker, A.D., recommended them. With newer vehicles we didn't go for awhile. With a recent negative experience at one of the local Deaerships, I took my vehicle in today for a diagnostic and repairs. It was great to see John and the crew. A+++ service. They are all honest, hard working, good people. Most of all I appreciated being treated like family and knowing what to expect every step of the way. It's great when you can trust your mechanic. SUPER Helpful place, went around town and most mechanics said we had 0 luck and everything was booked up because we were in a emergency and needed to get to South Tennesee fast. They were the only ones who were actually able to tell us what was wrong and they fixed it at a very good cost and were very efficient and fast. They even put a priority on us because of the emergency and their waiting rooms are super comfy with a bunch of couches and a TV great heating super welcoming place everyone was super nice and helpful would and will definitely come again if I have more problems with my car best place in MI and possibly the entire area.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I am so lucky that no one could help me except Zaharion's Auto today. I had a tire get a screw and no one would see me to even look at it (everyone was too busy, which with the new snow I get). I am incredibly grateful to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that is just icing on the cake to the speedy and helpful service I received! I got in and out and was pleasantly surprised by the cost (compared to other past experiences at other places). Very happy to find my new go-to place for any car needs. Check them out!

I was traveling across Michigan, headed to Detroit when I stopped at a rest stop to figure out the scraping sound I was hearing. Tried using bungie cords to hold the front engine splash shield onto the compromised bumper. That didn't work and I was by Battle Creek so pulled off again and mapped auto repair. Zaharion's was right up the street. It was about then that I noticed my credit card was missing, so not only did I have car trouble, I was essentially broke. John, at the front desk, listened to my story and said, "I can get you back on the road. It won't be pretty, but I can make it work." We also discussed kindness and being friendly in these difficult times. Not only did he do a "hillbilly repair," he refused to charge me anything. I wish I lived nearby so he could complete the repair with the proper parts because I'm sure the work would be as amazing as his help on my commute. John's calmness, help, and general kindness meant everything.

I came here because I was told that they do good work . That was an understatement. They have done exceptional work. They have also been respectful of me and my time. I ve been pleased with the communication and honesty concerning my vehicle. I knew the cost of work and degree of urgency (whether I needed to fix it at that time or if it could wait). I purchased a 2010 Volvo S80 T6 from Chicago and had it shipped to Battle Creek. Now we all know that an online purchased used vehicle that you didn t inspect or drive is going to have issues, even though I got it from a dealer! Zaharion s addressed the following for me:- Anti-freeze leak: Had a faint smell in the cabin and saw droplets in my driveway. Replaced water hose.- Tie rod ends: Steering clunked when turned fully- Blower motor: Loud squeaking when operating AC/Heat- Drive belt tensioner: Slack/squeaking- O2 sensor: Check engine light on. Previous mechanic I ve gone to couldn t remove it.- Head light adjustment: Pointing too low in front of vehicle to see the road at night.- Vacuum line leak: Replaced cracked hoses.Needless to say, I was well satisfied with the service. Also, I have to mention that this is one of the cleanest shops that I've seen. They clearly go the extra mile, both for their customers and their business. This is the best place I've EVER been to, to help me with my vehicle. They are honest, friendly and reasonably priced. They have helped me multiple times over the last few months and they are the only shop I trust to touch my car. I've felt kinda like part of the family everytime I go in. You need anything done for a good price, this should be your very first place to call. Thank you John and the guys at zaharions, y'all have saved me more times than I can count. At Zaharion s automotive in Battle Creek,MI, every time I call or go there I m treated with kindness an respect from the owner to the mechanics an even the janitor. On top of the great hospitality the work that is done on my vehicle is why I go nowhere els. Even when I go in for a problem I know of if there is any other Zaharion s great staff spot it a mile away and let me know about it right away. The repairs are done in a timely manner to ensure the job is done right. Zaharion Automotive is the worst automotive repair experience I have had in my 33 years of driving. I took my 2010 GMA Acadia to John in August 0f 2022 at which time he repaired/replaced Heat/Cool Actuator Motor, Fuse Panel, Fuel Pump, and Starter. When I picked my vehicle up, it had a horrible shake. I immediately took it back. He had it until October, at which point he told me the shaking was gone. I picked it up and immediately noticed the shaking was still present. He told me the issues were all resolved because the codes were gone. I explained I brought it back for shaking, not for codes. He took the vehicle back and kept it until the end of December, replacing motor mounts, insisting it took so long because the parts were on national backorder. The parts were readily available and easily found by my husband but John refused to order them, saying he only does business with one part supplier. He had also replaced the timing chains - a repair which cost more than $2600. When I picked up my vehicle in December, not only was the shaking still present, my roof was damaged and my windshield cracked. The vehicle was on empty and the battery was dead. When I discussed the roof and windshield damage, John denied any responsibility. I wrote about this experience on FaceBook and John then called me and threatened me saying "You better take that sh1+ down right now, you are biting off more than you can chew". A police report was filed because I had also learned he had brandished his pistol with another dissatisfied customer and I didn't know what he might be capable of. The body damage was repaired by MY insurance (although it should have been his business insurance). After the body damage was repaired, the vibration became even more pronounced. I took it to a different licensed mechanic who explained that the engine is out of time because when the timing chains were replaced, the sprockets were not replaced as they should have been. Subsequently, my vehicle is not drivable. Having learned this information, I contacted John as the repairs are under warranty. He answered the phone saying "What do YOU want.". As I started explaining to him, he replied saying "I don't care what you want. You burned your bridges with me." and slammed the phone in my ear. My husband has since been to Zaharion's Automotive to speak to John, at which point John admitted that not only does he know that changing the sprockets is done when changing the timing chains, he admitted that he did not do so. According to Michigan administrative rules governing the practice of auto repairs, intentional actions leading to loss are subject to double monetary damage. My attorney contacted John and John still refuses to communicate with me at this point. If you want to be without your vehicle for MONTHS, have unnecessary repairs, and be threated when you're unhappy, Go with Zaharions.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized the auto shop is, the knowledge and friendliness of the mechanics (Bart, you rock!), the attention of the owners (John and Renee, you rock too!), and in short the overall professionalism displayed by them all. They addressed my questions and concerns, and took care of my automotive needs in a timely manner. They made me feel welcome and cared for. Great place!! I have used this repair place several times and every time I have received a 5 star service. Everytime they knew what was wrong and provided the service at an excellent price. Not many service places I trust. Not the case here. John and his crew are top notch. They don't try to up sale you, John is up front and to the point. I could tell by talking with him, this man knows his cars. I have no doubt, there isn't a job on a vehicle that they couldn't do. If you want the best service and not taken advantage of, this is your place to go. If 10 stars were possible, thats what I would give.Service: General repairs & maintenance

never again will i use or recommend this business.. they had my car 86 day for a 3 day repair.. poor communication.. just seemed as if they didn't want to warranty the work they did.. full engine rebuild and within 1000 miles it was smoking needed rings.. 86 days?? stay clear of this place... 24month/24000 mile warranty and needed work within 1000 miles.. once again 86 days without my vehicle... for a 3 day repair.

John and his crew were nothing but courteous and knowledgeable. I have been there several times lately with different vehicles and every time they have fixed my problems quickly and for a good price. The last time I was there they made an adjustment and didn't even charge me anything. Excellent place to go for car repair. I brought my BMW here back in OCTOBER to have a transmission put in.That being said, i already put 1k down cash for said transmission..after WEEKS of not hearing back from them i called endless times only to be told by John it ll be finished early next week for WEEKS ON END.Finally, after MONTHS of not hearing back i got fed up and asked John if i could get that written on a statement to which he told me i m not doing that Feb 1st he told me it would be done by friday , didn t hear back so Feb 10 i went to go get a statement in writing since what he promised didn t happen and he REFUSED.May 10, 2023 my car was finally finished.John is a sorry, unprofessional, tacky business owner & i will never take another vehicle to this shop ever again.Service: Transmission replacement

The owners were just wonderful and awesome people! They worked with me after I had got ripped off somewhere else.I was very impressed by the staff and crew. They have excellent communication and services with there customers.I like that they go the extra mile to make sure they diagnosis the actual issues that are wrong with your vehicle! Highly recommend, these guys are much friendlier and more personable than your local chain shop! I unexpectedly need to take my car on a 1K mile drive and they squeezed me in last minute to check out everything which I greatly appreciate. It s also always nice when a mechanic will walk you under the car to look at the problems yourself. I feel so much better knowing what to keep an eye on and can generally have peace of mind on my trip while planning for some replacements/repairs when I get home. Great service and incredibly helpful.

John Bart Jason Renee are all great. Everyone of them makes sure you are happy with their service and feel welcome. The amount of knowledge and honesty about what is going on with your vehicle is unlike any other place I ve ever taken any of my vehicles. I have been taking my vehicles to John and the gang for years and have spent thousands on work, I say that happily. It is never fun spending money to fix your car but if you have to get something fixed and want it done the right way then you can count on Zaharians 100% 10x over. Great service, great atmosphere, polite, honest, and people who aren t trying to screw you over and just want you to have a reliable vehicle and a safe vehicle, those are just a few of the qualities you will experience there. I recommend Zaharians to everyone I know.
