Never have I had such a fast oil change for such a great price (under $50). I love that you can make a reservation online and just show up. I also needed a tire and they got one on my van super quick. The workers were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Absolutely will go back!

Had a battery put in that I bought there. Got it done before the expected time they said. I'm concerned they don't have knowledgeable trained people as one of the bolts to a frame brace wasn't all the way bolted down and it looks like they bent the brace getting it out or putting it back or dropped something on it. I love the battery and the price was perfect.

DO NOT BUY CAR BATTERIES FROM WALMART!!! Tried to return one that two parts stores checked and tested. They both said it was a bad battery. Wal-Mart will tell you it will take a hour and a half to check and then proceed to tell you that it's a good battery. Just so they don't have to replace it. Gave 1 star because 0 stars wasn't a option.

You get what you pay for here. Auto center is nothing but a joke. Got a warranty, and I struggle to get it honored. Very unprofessional customer service and you can watch all the mechanics standing around together. I don t care how cheap their deals are I will go somewhere that at least acts as if they care. Worst customer experience ever.

Staff was rude when I pulled up to the service bay drive. I was told I could not pull up there because I had to park in the lot and they would move the car. I don't have a problem with this except there is no type of signage telling you not to pull up. The way it is set up it looks exactly the opposite. I would recommend blocking off those drives to the service bay if that is the case. Additionally, I was the first appointment of the day but, I was told there would be a wait because "the boys" were working on another vehicle. Waited about an hour and a half to get 4 tires changed. Other than those two items. Everything was all right.

Showed up early for a four o'clock tire replacement appointment. Left at 6:50pm. Other customers were dealing with long waits after making appointments also.

I went in to get a tire changedI called ahead. When I got there a 18 year old employee came out and started to measure all my tread depths . I only wanted one tire changed. He. said I'd need to change all 4 tires. this is total bull shot. I left and got the tire. changed for 15 dollars. I'll never go to Walmart for any mechanical problems. The employee said if I put my tire on which was the exact size it would damage my suspension. This employee is nothing but bull shot.t

I am very pleased with my Walmart tire center. The employees were very helpful. They actually took the time to examine my tire and determine if it could be repaired when one of the competitors just looked at it and said it wasn't fixable. They then stayed 30 minutes after close to finish the tire and put it back on my car.Service: TiresService: Tires

DO NOT take your car here! Car was running fine prior to an oil change and would no longer start after. Called the complaint line and showed them a receipt that the crank shaft had to be replaced as it was ruined by being saturated in oil. They now want a picture of the damage with proof that it is to the same car that received the oil change. They will not refund us the cost to fix it OR the oil change OR the tow we had to get FROM THEIR SERVICE CENTER!!!!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

Very happy with the service. Tires were half the price of competitors and they don't pull the "Your car needs $700 of front end work before we put on any tires". (IE Firestone and Belle Tire). Car had a bad sensor and they had on in stock. Tire warning light is out now! Great job!

they told me a 2 hour wait and after 2 hours I went to collect my keys and pay and they were still doing it so i waited about 20-30 minutes and they were still working on it, when i first approached the stand they said the oil was already drained and it should be out any moment and after my 30 minute wait i asked if it was almost done and he said that they were just now draining the oil out and that it should be another 10 minutes because they have to train a new guy, understandable, but i had informed them i have work and they made no effort to get my car finished. Im watching them work on my car as i type this and it seems their music and socializing is more important than customer service. don t come here if you have anything to do the same dayService: Oil change

Very unprofessional mechanics and they scratched and damaged all 4 of my wheels. Also, now I have a missing valve stem cap. Not a big deal but shows lack of attention to detail. This was my first time using Walmart because they had a sale or tires. I ve always used discount tires and always have had excellent service there. Will never use Walmart again.Service: Tires

I had to quickly get a tire changed. Took my car there on 2/5/22 at around 1pm, I was told it would take 3-4 hours for the job to be done which was okay because I work overnight and I went home and went to sleep. I woke up at 6:30pm noticing there was no call or anything from Walmart to let me know my car was done. I called them and someone answered hello rudely and I had to ask if this was Walmart tire center and he said hold on I ll find help it was 6:55 by the time I talked to anyone in the auto center and they closed at 7 so I was not able to get my car that night and had to call into work. The next day I was able to pick up my car and the workers were rude. Few days after when I was putting gas in my car I realized my hubcap was missing from the very same tire. I called and after playing phone tag with a manager was told that the tech put it back on because he looked at the cameras. I don t believe it happened because it didn t take long. So now I have to order hubcaps. I ll never return here and have let plenty of people know how I was treated. Management didn t care at all about my concerns.Service: Tires

I am visiting from Texas and I wanted to get my little brothers oil changed in his car, after waiting for an hour or so they came back and informed me that the service has been canceled due to the skid plat not being installed properly, I am a 2 year Chrysler certified used car technician so I could have easily had done this service for him, but I don t have the time or resources here in Michigan. It s pretty hard for me to understand why they can t perform a service due to the skid plate when you have to take the skid plate off to change the oil filter anyways so for them to say they can t do it is baffling to meService: Oil change

They got right to putting all 4 tires on my van and did it fast and accurate only took them about 1 hour if that and I can totally tell the difference between before and after I got the tires replaced!! I give them 5 stars

There is truly a decline in work and ethics in America.The signs say you are open at 7.I show up at 658 and all bay doors are open. Two auto techs standing and talking yelling back at me that they do not open till 9 and proceed to close the bay doors as another customer arrives.Pretty sad that business has come to this.Oh the tech tells me they have no cashierService: Tires

They re lucky they got one star. The manager comes outside while I am parked in my to tell me there is a one and half to two hour wait and asks me what I want done to my veichle once I tell him he says he will not have his mechanic do it just because he didn t feel like it I was sitting in the car on the phone with a relative and never got a chance to go in the store and talk to ANYONE and he rudely comes OUTSIDE just to turn me away. I pulled in sat in the parking lot never stepped foot in the shopping store and their auto center manager comes outside to get smart and argue. Great job !!

Don't expect much from this place. It's cheap for a reason. I just didn't understand why they were so concerned about laws of tires. It never stopped them before.

They try to charge us for disposal and balancing and mounting and all we wanted was 2 tires mounted. The day before they charged me $10 to put a tire on a rim. The next day they want to charge me $26 a tire for the same exact work. They told me the person that charged yesterday had to pay the difference out of their own pocket. Sounds kind of shady to me. Sometimes you have to watch Sam Walton and his crew carefully. Caveat mtor.

I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. Went in Sunday to get a simple oil change. Now my car battery is messed up. I have never had trouble starting my car before. Even in -10� weather. I call to talk to the auto center and he was rude and tried making me look stupid. I am not a happy person right now!!! And I will make sure everyone I know heard about this!!!

Not good at all I was told that they had tires tires that I asked about I gave the proper size and they told me they had 4 available I drove all the way to the store and they couldn't find any that size. I would say that would be Because of inproper management and probably prevent pisspoor performance..if it was looked into ...

Last week I bought a tire at the tire center a few days ago I noticed air qas coming out of it yesterday it was completely flat mind u ot was the new tire I purchased my husband went and took the car up there and it was the tire valve they presumed to charge us 20.00 for the repair complete ridiculous for a tire that I bought and wasn't my fault the valve was no good after arguing the situation they just made us pay for the valve but totally not the point how are they gonna charge me for a defected valveHorrible customer serviceService: Tires

Very frustrating. Initially rated it higher but after finding a leak spot in my driveway I took my car to a mechanic. Turns out they didn't tighten the filter all the way. When I went to inform them what happened so that they didn't make the same mistake with someone else I got nothing but excuses and denial.

Richard, the manager took great care of a Warrenty issue that I had with a set of tires.The cashier in auto on the other hand...not so much.Make sure you question the cashier/intake worker if the information that they are feeding you sounds fishy.Be your own advocate, or ask for another employee to help if need be.

They were pretty quick with servicing my flat tire. They said it was a "blowout". They sold me a new new tire and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes.

It was 5:10pm on a Saturday, I had an unexpected extreme leak in my tire and I was 70 miles from home. I managed to limp along with the help of a small air plump (that plugged into my cigarette lighter) to the nearest open tire store which was this Walmart.I waited 13 minutes for service. They looked at my tire. The service person (who was polite and respectful) told me the tires on my car were too big for what was recommended, and even though they had the tire I needed, they could not put it on the car. I explained the tires were what GM put on my certified GM vehicle. He suggested that I buy two smaller tires as an alternative.I told the service person my situation. I was far from home. I asked If they could not help, did they know of any other tire places in the area that might be open. They said none that would be of help because my tires were to big.I reinflated my tire to drive out to an open area of the parking lot with the intent on calling a tow truck. In a last ditch effort I called a local friend in the area, and she suggested the Sam's Club litterally accross the street. So I gave it a shot.20 minutes later I had a new tire on my car. I told the Tire specialist that I was concerned about the tires being to big for the vehicle. He said there was no reason for concern because this was the right tire for the right car.
