These guys who work here are the best. I came in for them to check why I was leaking oil. They are looking for parts for me and would not let me pay for figuring out why I was leaking oil.

Guy working underneath by vehicle cracked my valve cover and tried to say it s my turbo line and told me the car was leaking oil. When in fact I hadn t been leaking any oil before coming there. I ll never deal with these guys again.

Prices are far more decent than other places, guys are respectful and get you in and out back safely on the road and taken care of! Not going anywhere else!

Cody and team do a great job! Really appreciate them for letting me know I didn't need a rear differential fluid change after checking. They could have charged me but didn't. I appreciate their attention to detail and honesty. They always do a great job each oil change and verify the level is correct after pouring the quarts in.

Today was my first time going here to get my oil changed and I m so glad I stopped there! They do an awesome job! Dustin and Cody were very helpful. I ve found my go to for my car maintenance.

Very amazing service. With every oil change, you receive a voucher for a car wash next door, at Remington car wash! I am very satisfied with this oil change place and will be returning.

Wow, I was blown away by the customer service I received from Ten Minute Oil Change, Cody took great care of me and gave me options. I didn't feel pressured at all, like other places do..I would highly recommend this place and the prices are very affordable.Service: Oil change

I feel horrible I can t remember the gentleman s name but when I went in he was honest. I just got a vehicle that has sat for 4/5 years so I went to get everything done on it. He informed me the previous owners must have gotten an oil change before it sat because I don t need one the oil is in great condition. Very grateful

Highly recommend getting your fluids changed here. We had a great experience with Kody and Mike today. They took their time to explain everything to me so I knew what was going on and how to keep my car running in tip top condition. Great customer service, quality oil change and a free car wash! Cody was awesome, he took care of me quick and he even had to have me wait for the oil he recommended but he made it well worth it! I highly recommend this place!

I am super impressed with Veterans Oil, not only do they really change your oil in 10 minutes but, I was extremely impressed with Cody. He looked over everything and took his time to explain to me exactly what he was looking at and why, very knowledgeable, not to mention he was professional and very patient. I hope the owner knows what a valuable employee he has. I'd be willing to pay double for service like that and that guy needs a raise!Services: Transmission, Battery, Oil change

Just had an oil change done this morning. Both of the guys working on the Jeep were quick and efficient. They even went above and beyond what I needed. I highly recommend these guys, I will be going to them for changes from now on. Plus they do a veterans discount! Check them out if you're in Battle Creek!

I always come here for my oil changes. Im never disappointed. Best prices and customer service in town. Cody and Mike both work hard to make sure there customers are highly satisfied. AMAZING customer service! and saved me at least $30 on my oil change. I Drive a German car that takes a 5W40 and a lot of oil change places will give you a line about how its a "Special synthetic blend" and it costs extra. The honest truth is that its a very common oil and used in most European make cars. The service rep did not give me that line he told me what it would cost for the oil change and did not try to up sell me on anything.Fair and honest pricing, sales rep not trying to up sell me thing I don't need and amazing customer service. Cody and Matt were amazing!! Polite and knowledgeable and they went above and beyond for me!! I have always been an uncle Ed s girl but they have earned my business for life!! I would follow Cody wherever he works!! Do yourself a big favor and give them a try!! I am even sending them pizza for lunch today I am so grateful for the customer service I got there!!!! Great place to go to in Battle Creek! The employees there are helpful and very informative. Although I do think they should fix the lighting in there as it s hard to see exactly what they re showing me at times. Other than that great quick service !!

Genuine customer service. I took my Cadillac Escalade for an oil change. I'm from out of state and travelled from SD so I was badly in need of an oil change. The guy explained everything to me and even gave me tips on how to clean a KN filter where I save $$.They checked my fluids and air filter. I was out the door in 20 minutes. Overall....I did not feel scammed or taken advantage of.

I go here for every oil change. They re quick and do a great job. Mike, the Store Manager has excellent product knowledge and sells real needs. He is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to provide a valuable customer experience.
