Chai Vue was such a great person in helping me realize I needed a new car that I didn t even know I needed. He was very helpful in assisting my daughter to get one first and I was very impressed with his professionalism and bubbly personality and fantastic smile. He is so easy to work with that after Chai sold my daughter a car I got one too a very first for me so guys if you would like to get some great costumer service and a nice dependable car come and see Chai at SEELYE KIA

Tim Wells hooked me up again. He's super friendly and knowledgable and he listens to what you want. He almost always has something in mind when I tell him what I'm wanting. This is the 3rd car I've bought from Tim!

This is the very best and honest place to buy your new or used car. They are the best! I mean that read my review! I have been searching for 3 months for a specific model and trim of SUV. I found it at this dealership. They will work with you on anything! The sales person Tim Wells is very friendly, professional, honest, happy, intelligent and believes that customer service is number 1. He made my buying experience go very smoothly without any issues at all. I order a 2023 Kia Sportage SX Prestige AWD Turbo hybrid. It took only 3.5 months to come in. Jake the sales manager is the best as well. He said it could take 6 months but it didn t. I got the VIN number within 2 weeks after placing my order. He was very honest, friendly, professional, intelligent man. He quoted me a number and I was happy with it. No bait and switch! I love that. They offered me the highest possible rate for my trade in. When my car was delivered to Kalamazoo Kia, Tim called me right away. I scheduled to have him drive me from Battle Creek to Kalamazoo to pick it up. He even came to the dealership earlier that expected. He held my hand all the way through the car process. He filled my car up with a full tank of gas, showed me everything on the car, got me on Kia connect. Etc. He even gave me two bottles of water. This guy is A1+ class! I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. I m a blogger so I m going to spread the word. They are the best!! I will definitely buy from them again and send them people.

My husband and I have bought at least five cars over the years from Chai Vue and every one has fit our needs, been road safe, and worked great! We have been happy with every one of them, and have no complaints with his customer service. We can even go to him, describe what we want / need, and he will know exactly what car to sell us.

Chai was excellent! He helped me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. I was nervous and overwhelmed at first as this was my first time buying a car, but he helped ease my nerves and was very patient. I would highly recommend him, and the KIA in Battle Creek.

Chai is the best salesman!!! I like him because he does not try to up sale you like other car salesman. You tell him your needs and budget and he listens. I appreciate not feeling pressured and that I can be myself. He will put a deal together that fits your needs!!!

In all my 65 yearsI have never wrote a bad review! We bought a used car from here and when we tried it out there was a few problems, we told them and they said they would fix them! First they said to come in and it would be covered by warranty! Took the hour drive back to them and they said they could not look at it because they did not have the software for our car! Now they said we have to go to Paw Paw Mi. a hour away again! We make an appointment for the next week and we have a huge snow storm well snow and ice for the next few weeks ! Finally the weather clears and I get out to Paw Paw! Well then the guy come out and said our warranty is now done and will not honor it! NEVER will we EVER by from them again! Worst place ever with service!! STAY AWAY

Great to work with! Sales staff not on commissions, so several were all pitching in, as we worked through the test drove and paperwork. Tim Wells was very friendly and helpful, even on a busy Saturday.My only suggestions for improvement is their website, as I was unable to submit the credit info with two leasees.But overall, worth the extra drive for us. Happy customers!

Has good inventory and financially they are customer friendly.I went to Toyota and their manager suggested me to sell my trading vehicle 2021 model outside and then asked me to come to buy a new vehicle which is a big headache to me. Here at Seelye they consumed my negative equity, offered better price to my trading vehicle and also for my new Carnival. Transactions went smooth and did not face any issues during any step, Thanks to Neko and team for taking care of us.

When Google sent us to the wrong location, our salesman Tim Wells first question when I called to say we were a bit late? "Are you guys ok?".Then the car we have been looking at and researching the past few weeks was sitting up front, with a big bow on it!From day 1, to driving off the lot, we were treated like we mattered, people were professional, respectful, and never pushed additional anything, though we did purchase an additional warranty, it was not shoved on us like others try!Hands down a fantastic purchase experience, Tim was amazing, as was anyone we spoke with, would highly recommend to anyone looking to make a purchase! It was definitely worth the drive for us, and we had far closer options!

Tim Wells made buying my car short and simple, which is all I ask for up front. I found what I wanted online. It began with his prompt response within an hour of needing someone to reach out. After a brief conversation and some text messaging. We were signing paperwork by the early afternoon and driving off in our 2024 sorento. Couldn t have ask for a better experience, as Tims hospitality made my family and I feel very welcome!

I love my 2022 Kia Sorento SX! It s my 4th Kia and 3rd one from Tim Wells at this dealership. I came back here because Tim always gets me what a car with all the features I love at a price that my family can afford. I can trust that the vehicle he puts us in is reliable and safe.
