Very fast and professional service. I got the full synthetic oil change for my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country and was in and out in 10 minutes. I had a $7 coupon and the total was just under $100. Not the cheapest but I m happy I got it done as I have a big trip planned.

I would like to applaud the employee's for there professionalism and honesty. They serviced my car with an oil change, checked and aired my tires and topped off my other fluids in precision time. They at no time tried to sell me on any other service. I will most definitely continue with them. Again thank you Sirs for an awesome service.Service: Oil change

First Time customer with an exceptional experience with the services I received from Keirria and Arron. They were excellent in there communication and explaining the process. It's hard to find good customer service these days, and Keirria, Arron, Andrew and the rest of the crue are doing an outstanding job. I told them the oil filter is in a horrible location and when you take it off oil runs down all over the place , the obviously we're unfamiliar with a 2007 Civic SI , I asked if they would wipe all the oil up afterwards ,After my car has set a couple hours where is oil drippingService: Oil changeService: Oil change

BEWARE! I had an oil change done here on my 2 year old vehicle. I paid almost $100 for it plus I tipped the service tech. About 2 weeks pass since I got the oil change. I noticed a burning smell from my car. I was in Portage so I stopped at PepBoys and asked them to diagnose the problem. The oil drain plug was not properly secured. Oil was leaking out all over the underbody of my car. I was a quart low. I never noticed oil spots in my driveway because the skid plates prevented it from dripping on the ground. If I had not taken it in for inspection this mistake could have ruined the motor in my car. I called the store and complained. I spoke to Mike who stated he was the manager. All I got was an apology. Not good enough! I want everyone to know how their service technicians are trained. Go here at your own risk. They offer no refunds. Not that I wanted one. However it would have nice to have been offered a future discount, not that I trust them to service my vehicle again. At the very least they could have offered a good car wash or detailing to remove some the oil mess. Save yourself the time, headache, and extra expense even if it is minimal. Next time I'm going to the dealer!Service: Oil change

First time I ever showed up & there was no waiting. Staff unfriendly & unprofessional. I actually drove off. Did not want any of them touching my vehicle. You will lose business with this staff. Went to another oil change business near by that was just as professional as they were busy. I think you know where I m going. Bye! And that 1 star, is a minus star!Service: Oil change

I m from out of town and I needed a oil change called in the morning to make sure they had my oil filter a lot of places do not because I drive a bmw ! But they had more then enough to get the job done for me and others I really appreciated that! They were very friendly and thorough all the guys that worked today very friendly and knowledgeable I will be back thanks guys keep up the great work!!!!Service: Oil change

I came in for a basic oil change. The technician broke my dipstick off in my van, I asked if they could get it out. They told me they could not (they didn't even try). I then asked to talk to the manager and asked for them to either get the dipstick out or make it right some how (discount or really anything). They refused to do either, the manger who wasn't even working on my van said the dipstick was damaged before I got there. Which was simply not true. Very disappointed that they wouldn't even try to get it out of my van. I have lost complete trust in the shop, if they cant even get out the dipstick then how can they change my oil?Service: Oil change

Quick service, but prices are high. Advertised a $21.99 oil change which basically provides nothing. So you end up getting in the door, only to pay more for a different service. Was asked about an air filter, but they wanted to charge almost $30. Go to any auto parts store and it'll cost half as much. They'll even install it for you.

I was very happy with the professionalism and information supplied to me regarding my vehicle. Burnt out bulb I wasn't aware of and a non existent air filter ( probably from the last business I used...never again). I would recommend anyone here.

If you go here tell them exactly what you want or they will give you what you do not need. Say no to everything, unless you know 100% that you need it. These guys will get everything they can out of you. Also, ask them to clarify/verify all pricing. They will tell you one price, install , and then tell you it was more. If they quote you $25, they will tell you after that it is $55. Then give you a $20 coupon. Ah, $10 extra bucks. I do not normally post like this, but of the 10nyears I have lived here, this has happened to me too many time . I have finally (after too long) decided I will never go back.

Stopped by with my 2006 Honda CRV and got an oil change, in and out in 15 minutes and tgey were so nice and professional. Right now for a basic oip change the cost was only $29.99!!I will be going back in 3,000 miles!!Thank You !!!Service: Oil change

Poor management. & I witnessed an employee of theirs get hit by a customers car while trying to guide her in for her oil change . The employee went flying 15 feet from where he was standing , got a concussion, scraped arms, and complaints of neck and back hurting. And the manager still required the rest of the employees to service the car, and accepted $40 from the lady who hit the guy with her car, in exchange to not get police involved . My fianc� , who was also an employee there and I was bringing him lunch at the time, called the police to make a report to handle the situation the correct way; and was fired on the spot for calling the officer to explain the situation. He was fired for simply trying to handle the situation correctly . And they had already lost an additional employee that same morning. The manager also smokes on the job with other employees, does burn outs in the parking lot and speaks very inappropriately in the shop. Very poor management.Service: Oil change

Went to get my oil changed on Thursday because I was leaving to go back to Texas on Saturday. While there they said they added transmission fluid (didn t ask, just did it.if they would have asked I would have declined and gone to Honda or Acura to get it.) i only said I wanted my oil changed. While driving to texas my transmission started to slip a little while speeding up around 75-80 mph. Got to Texas early Sunday morning. I Took my car to Acura to have the transmission checked and I m told I ll need to pay almost 1,000 because they put the wrong kind of transmission fluid in my car! When I called the manager he was rude and couldn t stop himself from interrupting me, very unprofessional. While I was telling him what happened he was having conversations with someone in his office. He then insisted that Acura was lying to me because they must have seen the sticker they put in my car?!? Not sure where THAT came from because I took the sticker was off because I hate having them on my window so they didn t see anything. At that point I realize he s a liar and trying to weasel his way out of being responsible so I was done talking to him and demanded to speak to someone else, he says hell get someone if I could hold for a minute. I said yes and he said, okay, bye then hung up. Acura said I was lucky because it could have caused my engine to blow. Wish I would have never gone here because my car is ruined from their mistake. These guys are my go to place for oil changes, Walmart oil and lube destroyed my engine years ago by not tightening my oil filter and it took months to get reimbursed and they didn't cover towing charges. Walmart denied everything and it took numerous calls and paperwork to get anything to happen, uncle Ed's will scare you into buying everything needed and I don't go there anymore. Uncle Ed's will especially target women into believing they need a bunch of unnecessary things, would go to Quaker State because the price is good and they are fast and not salesman. Highly recommend this place end of story, quick, reasonable, friendly and honest...

Wonderful staff! Knowledgeable, friendly and don't try and push stuff on you to buy. They inform you of what your vehicle needs and that's that. I have been a customer for 3 years now and won't go anywhere else.

Nice people and all, but i got an oil change yesterday and now my drain plug is leaking. And my dip stick is damn near bone dry. Mind you, my car did not leak at all anywhere underneath the vehicle before coming here. Not worth the $90 what so ever.

Took my money for a rear axle oil change and didnt change it. $160 lost. Went back to get a refund and they said I didn't ask for one. I showed them the receipt and they said it was changed. The guy under the cars gave me a smug face and didnt say anything. Took my truck to a buddy and he said dont go back. No duh.

Recent moved it impossible to change oul myself. They didn't have the full synthetic oil (0W-20) so had to send a guy to O'Riley's to get some!!! Took about 40 minutes start to finish with no offer to knock a few bucks off the bill, though did apologize for the happenings. Friendly group, but I guess that's why I change my own oil....($108 out the door).(Oh, and like all businesses of this type, expect them to try and sell ya air filters, lights, blades, etc).

Super friendly staff, very informational and suggestive selling but not pushy and I love that. Like for example they may suggest that you need to get something changed but they're not super pushy if you say no.. this is my go-to place for a quick awesome oil change!
