Disappointed... Perched a serpentine belt with a new tensioner from there , because they are usually right on with what ever I need . Had to put all of the old parts back on my vehicle so I could do a return because I was given the wrong belt size . I went somewhere else to make my purchase ....

What ever you do, don't pick up online orders at this store. Three times, three issues. The last one, although online said in stock - it was not. They said they would give me a credit and to give them the card it was charged to. It was charged to paypal online. So they said they would give me cash. They did. HOWEVER, they turned around and added a second charge to the order to paypal so I still ended up paying for something I never received. Plus, the order online and ready in 30 minutes - this is also the second time it was NOT ready in over an hour before I arrived and I had to wait while they pulled the parts.I will still order NAPA, just ship to address from the Illinois warehouse and leave Cereal City out of it.

You get what you pay for. The folks here have your back, don't bother going anywhere else if you're looking for top quality.

Excellent! I couldn't get better service from a parts dealer. A guy pulling out of a parking spot in Pennsylvania clipped my power mirror on my Super Duty and broke it. Looked everywhere there for a replacement and had no luck. I'm pulling a trailer back to California and really need one. These guys came up with an affordable one. Ordered one day and had it the next. Just finished installing it. Good fit, went on easily and works great. Very satisfied with these folks!

I bought some brake parts there because I did not feel like going down to the competition. I have always thought that NAPA was expensive but was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices are competitive. And the help is quite friendly and experienced.

My wife handled everything because I'm jus a pretty face... They totally excepted her for going the extra mile and doing my job even tho I stood next to her and didn't say anything!!!

Went 4 reas ago to get new battery and they put in my car.But now 4 years latter they Don't why!! Some of us ladies don't know how.

I ordered a break booster an the wrong one came in so I took the old one up so they can see it an they still got the wrong one !!! 3 times an 2 weeks an still can't find the correct part

I asked for the driver side rear strut for my car and they give me the wrong one And we did not realize until we had It on the car so we had to wait till tge next morning to return it. They were real nice when we returned it, its just a hassel and took time .

Not real busy when I walked in. But they acted like I was bothering them when I needed a oil filter. Very hard to get anybody to help you.

Good sales on things needed daily. Very knowledgeable staff. Easy in and out. Enormous inventory. Did not expect parts for my older vehicle to be in stock.
