I absolutely LOVE my new F-250!! I had been shopping for months before I met Curtis Wolf at Lakeview Ford. I never imagined how easy this process would be to find the perfect truck to meet the needs of my family and buisness. Curtis was very detailed with explaining all the new features and options I was not used to. (My previous truck was an f-150) My favorite feature is the Pro-Trailer technology. I haul trailers everyday, often times disconnecting them and reattaching them multiple times a day. The Pro-Trailer feature backs up my truck and gets it perfectly in line to attach the trailer. I LOVE THIS!! Saves me so much time! All of the staff at Lakeview Ford were wonderful. I m very thankful for meeting Curtis Wolf. He has gone above and beyond with customer service. He helped me find the perfect tonneau cover, made sure my truck was sparkly clean for pick up, and followed up with me after I drove it off the lot to make sure I knew how to work all the features. Thank you Curtis, and Thank you Lakeview Ford. I look forward to seeing you all when I bring my truck in for routine maintenance.

I really enjoyed test driving the Mach-E, Escape, F-150 Lightning & Bronco Sport with Codi. Laney set me up to test drive a Bronco. Santa Suzie informed me that there was a Maverick available on the lot and Halen closed the deal as my husband gave me the green light to purchase the Shadow Black Maverick! Lakeview Ford has the most amazing sales associates and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Muchas Gracias!

Overall smooth experience buying a pre-owned car. Pics & details online were accurate. Denny made scheduling a test drive easy, provided helpful details on the vehicle features and clearly explained what documents and procedures were necessary for the purchase. Definitely recommend.

I found that this place was at least trying to help when they had a full day to work on the application but the case is ongoing if they would be helpful or not. However the interior had yet been detailedUpdate: After comparisons of.different vehicles. We have decided to decline this truck based on that it would need too many repairs such as a new bed because of rust and possibly needing tires. When we first went up there to test drive. There was one tire that was extremely low and would have to be replaced. I'm going to keep their review at 4 out of 5 stars to be fair to the dealership. I mean selling a truck is one thing as it was being sold as is but not having it detailed before people go up there to see it is another matter for the dealership.

I am totally amazed with the service repair center,not only did they get my car in early,but it's the FIRST dealership, who DIDN'T, rip me off!!! They fixed EVERY ISSUE,with my ford focus,I had numerous codes,including transmission, and instead of being A holes,and telling me I need a new transmission, they fixed all issues in my car,for Very Little Amount!!!! I am proud of them,for NOT taking advantage of me,and doing an AMAZING, Job on my car!!! Love them so much and finally FOUND a place,to FIX my car!!! Thank you Folks!!!

I have worked with Susie Wilkey for years. Low pressure, highly customizable options for payment. Great cars on the lot and a fun team to work with. I have had two firends, and my mom buy several cars and SUVs. I love our Expedition and my Mach E! Susie also made sure I got all my points and benefits!

Sales guy seemed like a nice guy. Had a whole story to tell us how the vehicle we were looking at only had one owner and that he took real good care of his vehicles. We decided to purchase said vehicle. A year and a half later (Jan. 24) we go back to this dealership to look at another vehicle. Plan was to trade the vehicle in that we purchased the year and a half before. The dealership was only willing to give us half of what we paid for the first vehicle we purchased so my husband and I decided to forget getting another vehicle at Lakeview Ford. We ended up calling another dealership about the first vehicle we bought (to see about trading it at that dealership) only to find out the vehicle had three previous owners and had been in a wreck. Not what we were told by Lakeview Ford. Also, the most recent vehicle we had looked at, at Lakeview Ford had also been in a wreck. Not one word of this was mentioned by the shady sales guy. Integrity goes a long way and makes for repeat customers. However, I will NEVER refer this car dealership to anyone and I won t be back!

Craig the service guy is rude and treats people as if they are ignorant...will NEVER recommend them for anything! My truck still doesn't work properly after being in their shop 3 different times! Craig has ZERO knowledge on anything he tries to speak on! Pretty much called my husband a liar and he needs schooling on how to speak to customers! I sure hope he hasn't turned more potential customers away from Lakeview Ford like he has us! I wouldn't want him representing my dealership if I owned one! His cocky attitude needs fixed!

What a great experience shopping at Lakeview Ford. Joe Guzman was wonderful. He took the time to prep all the vehicles I was interested in for test driving, in the snow and rain until I knew exactly which was the right one for me. Lakeview Ford had serval options available on the lot to choose from. Great service from start to finish.

Professional staff. Super nice and manager even came out during 'money talks' and helped negotiate a fair price. We also had our 1.5 year old daughter with us. Sales personnel were very engaging with her and gave her a couple snacks. Will definitely be returning when we're ready to get my husband a new truck.

Was in today and bought f150 used. Nice truck and priced fairly. They offered to touch up scratches and chips in paint but for 8 year old truck I'm not concerned. They worked out fair pricing with me for warranty as well. I really liked how they gassed it up and washed before I left. Will keep yall in mind for next purchase. Thank you.

We had 2 successful car purchases with Curtis Wolf at Lakeview Ford! We were somewhat unique in our car venture as we wanted to trade 1 car for 2, and not spend money. I was very comfortable with the process with Curtis. Communication was direct, I didn t feel like I was misled on pricing, vehicle history, or trade-in value. He went above my expectations as he drove one of the vehicles to me, and left me with a full tank of gas and thorough interior/exterior detail for both cars. He took pride in the sale. We appreciated the hard work, genuine friendliness, and earned trustworthiness! Curtis will be our first call for our next car pursuit, and we will continue to recommend him at Lakeview Ford in Battle Creek.

Made an appointment to look at a particular vehicle. Was in contact with Brittany, who knew we were driving over an hour and a half to get there. She sent an email at 10:10 am saying the vehicle would be waiting out front, warmed up and with gas so we could test drive. We arrived just before noon and were told it had already sold. They didn't even bother to notify us and instead wasted our time. The vehicle was still on the lot when we arrived, and no other customers in sight. Honestly it makes me wonder if it was available for sale in the first place. Be weary of jerks who do this to potential customers.

These flyers Lakeview Ford has sent out are a scam. Every flyer is a "winner", but just because your combination is next to a cash prize doesn't mean you *get* that prize. Thinking you won, a notion encouraged by the person on the phone who explains the rules, you're supposed to come down to claim your prize. But really you're just entered into a randomized drawing to *maybe* win something(you won't). I guess they're hoping you'll decide, "Well, I'm already here, I may as well buy a vehicle!" But do you really want to buy from a place that uses outright trickery to get you through the door? Don't waste your gas or your time. (In the picture of the flyer I edited out any info that could tell them where I live. That's how little I trust these "people.")

I worked with Lania when I decided to order a 2022 Bronco and I cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly easy to work with, reliable, and made the whole experience feel simple. She walked me through every step and was always available when I had questions or requested updates. And once it came in I was able to bring it in and get a tutorial on how to remove the top. Best experience in car buying I ve ever had!

Chip Iceberg is an excellent sales person. The fiance part of the Ford, was handled very very well. Thank you for all that you did for me. I'm very satisfied with everything. Oh and the young lady I think her name was Laney, showed me a whole bunch of things on the car and a big. Thank you to her. please tell Chip I looked today for the title. Tomorrow I will check again. Highly recommend!!! Came from out of state, they were able to do most of paperwork before we got there, staff is super friendly and kind. Lania was super sweet and helpful, she sold us a wonderful car that we love! Staff was very knowledgeable and really make you feel at home. Will definitely come here for my next vehicle!

Loving my 2021 Ford Explorer Platinum Edition! Lakeview Ford and Devon Rainwater did an amazing job finding me what I wanted and getting it delivered timely. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and looked at multiple SUVs and trucks. I was ready to close the deal to order an Escape and then Devon showed me this Explorer that had been ordered and the buyer chose a different Explorer that was on the lot. Devon knew what I was looking for and this was the perfect car for me. The rest is history! I ll definitely be going back to Devon and Lakeview Ford for future vehicles.

I bought a used 2018 Taurus Limited today, and I am absolutely in love with the car. The kind employees at Lakeview helped me figure out a good payment plan, and patiently waited for me to figure everything out. Joseph Varga was the sales member who helped me out. He is a very kind person, and cares a lot about helping people out. I am thankful to go through such a big process with people who are there to make it stress free, relaxing, and pressure free. They did not back me into a corner or push for me to purchase the vehicle, they patiently waited for me to choose what was best for me. If you are looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln, this is the dealer to visit! I want to thank the entire team for their amazing work, I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle!
