I NEVER take my cars to the shop, afraid of the typical mechanic rip off. I took a new car prospect here to get checked out. I was send an entire video explaining and showing everything that was wrong and why it needed replaced. Joe was very helpful through the entire process. I have now taken 3 cars to carzilla when in a pinch, not wanting to work in the cold, and they have never disappointed me..I have sent multiple friends here as well and has been granted the same fantastic experience. Like anyone else in the mechanic world, be patient and the car work will be done and done correctly. 100% recommended this place. Don't get ripped off at other battle creek joints.

Mechanic shops have been my worst enemy for a while, until I found Carzilla. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the owner is awesome to speak to and most importantly they got my truck fixed perfectly at an incredible price. I won t take my truck anywhere else again

Joseph and the team at Carzilla are honest and attentive! They listen to all of my concerns and Joseph even found an issue that I asked the Acura car dealership about months ago and they never checked it out after I asked or reached back out to me about it.Originally, I was told by the dealership that my breaks were at a critically low point and urged me to get them replaced within the following week. I decided to have Carzilla replace them as their location and cost were better and their reviews were amazing so I thought I d give them a try. I brought the vehicle in to Carzilla to have them replace the breaks and they told me after looking that there was still at least 60% of the break pads left. They did however find a leak in a gasket that I had been monitoring with little help from the other auto mechanics that I asked about it. They took me under the car, showed me everything that was being addressed. Their prices are extremely affordable and fair and their service is far better than what I paid thousands more for at a high end dealership! Unless absolutely necessary, I will not go anywhere else for my vehicle needs! I highly recommend Carzilla for your automotive needs!

Came in because I was having some issues with my car, was able to get some resolved that day and they were able to schedule me in the following week, even with the holidays for the rest of my repairs. Came back to get the other repairs done, control arms/ ball joints.. they were very nice, showed me everything wrong and explained it to me without me even asking, super knowledgeable staff. Actually listened to what I said, pricing was very very fair. And they even gave me a ride back to my place, a mile down the road, while I waited for my car to be ready to be picked up. I will definitely be coming back, my new go to for auto repair.

I looked this place up on Google and seen the 5 star reviews. Called & they told me they could get me in right away . They had to work with my car warranty company to help replace my entire engine , the car warranty place did not want to do their part and uphold their end of the agreement but Carzilla did not give up they fought hard for me and requested a 2nd inspection . They found a new engine and put it in , but when they went to test drive it they found out it was damaged and even though they had just did all that hard work they were honest about what was going on through the entire process, they had Integrity about their work, they answered the phone anytime I called and made sure to keep me updated . They ordered another engine and made sure everything was A okay before I drove off the lot . My car drives so smooth and wonderful now . He gave me a list of things I need done in the future ranking from top priority to last and they were nothing but courteous during my entire experience. They are my new mechanics . They were everything I have been looking for in mechanic.. especially since I am a female most mechanics try to get over on me so it is hard finding a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic/shop that can do the job RIGHT & who GENUINELY want what s best for YOU & the CAR !!! I cannot say how much I absolutely LOVE the team here. In February my car started overheating and with what some of the local mechanics were saying my car was basically ready to give up and I was so upset but I was able to tell them what my problem was and they reassured me they could help me out. They were able to get my car in 3 times faster than what other mechanics were telling me and during the whole process kept me updated in simple detail so I would understand what was happening. Their patients and kind explanations helped reassure me in knowing my car was in great hands. With my permission they texted me throughout the day with photos and updates to my surprise later than I expected they do not give up at five they keep going to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of as quick as possible. They also weren t pushy about extra services. While working on my car there were a couple suggestions that they made to go along with the repairs they were doing and there was full transparency on what would be changed, cost, and the realistic time frame for those items being needed if I didn t and they fully left it up to me to choose if it was done or not with no pressure. After all the work they did (plus some bonus requests while they had my vehicle torn apart already) I was a little nervous about the price but pleasantly surprised when they gave me the total they don t cut corners but they do understand that quality work at a decent price will make (at least this customer) come back for any vehicle needs.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

This company is great! I showed up last minute to get my muffle and tires replaced and they got it done in a couple hours. I also am getting a ball joint for my front left tire replaced, oil changed, a new battery, and both my front and back axels fixed (and some parts replaced next week. The total amount for all these repairs and maintenance was $1,200. Originally, the price was going to be more but since they gave a verbally lower estimate, they gave me a discount to match that verbal price.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto exhaust system replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

They lie about the condition of my vehicle to try to get me to buy another vehicle from them. They are some crooks. Next the head guy called me and tried to threaten me because of this review. All I wanted was some breaks.

I am genuinely thankful I found this place. Was driving from Novi to Chicago when my coolant valve started leaking and engine overheated on a beautiful Friday evening. Pulled over and had it towed to the nearest auto shop (with good reviews) which was Carzilla auto care. Got a call within a business day from Joseph who told me he would have his team take a look and get back to me. Repair took less than a day and cost only $300. They even stayed and hr after close for me when I was on my way back to pick up the car. Highly recommend this place. Customer service was unmatched, quick response and turnover, fair prices. I ll be headed back this week to get my ac fixed after the last two mechanics basically ripped me off and Joseph was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done, labor, parts, and still cheaper than the last mechanic that only temp fixed it. I ve always been cautious when it comes to auto shops but this place has my trust.Service: Auto A/C replacement

This shop hooked me up!! They used my parts for the repair which was sweet! Cheapest price in town by far!! Super friendly and helpful people! This is definitely my new shop of choice!! Made an apt Tuesday for 1 pm Wednesday had my lower control arms on my 07 town and country on and fixed by 6. By the book this is a 3 hour preside job they got it done sooner than that and did quality work. They also were willing to stay after they closed to make sure my stuff was done! Had a coolant leak, called and got my car in the next day. Had to replace the radiator. Found a couple other things that needed to be repaired. Had it all done that day, very affordable prices. This is definately where I'm taking my vehicles from now on. Friendly people and knowledgeable.

I woke up in the morning my car wouldn t start. I had to jump it. I made it to work, then my car decided it wasn t going to start back up again I called Carzilla auto care to see if they could help me. Joseph was very polite on the phone, offered to tow my car to the shop to check it out. Picked my car up the SAME day with no issues. Thank you so much for the help. Also was affordable. These days it s hard to find friendly understanding service with great fast service and great prices.

Firstly, the service staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feelcomfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. They were also very knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had.The service itself was done quickly and efficiently, and my car was returned to me in pristine condition. I was also provided with a detailed report of the work that was done, as well as some helpful recommendations for future maintenance.Services: Transmission, Tires, Engine repair

I cannot express enough how great these guys are!! They have done work on all of my vehicles, they have the best price and customer service out of anywhere I ve ever been. I won t go anywhere to get my cars worked on other than Carzilla ever again. They are the most fair honest shop around!! If you need your vehicles worked on go to Joe and his guys they won t disappoint!
