The process was smooth and simple. But be VERY cautious when purchasing a vehicle here. I know it's tempting. Especially for people with no other options and in need of a vehicle. On the third day of having a vehicle from them, i started notcing a hot fluid smell and the car threw a check engine light. I Immediately took it to autozone to have them check codes and it came back four pages worth of issues the vehicle could potentially have. With the main one being a faulty thermostat. Kind of a big deal. Luckily i was eithin the 5 days and had the option of returning it which i was able to do eith no issues. Don't be impulsive and end up in over your head with a bad deal and vehicle.

We were told you have to make a minimum of $1,900 a month and have printed paystubs or W-2's, disability income or having a job that pays through something like cashapp is not acceptable and they would also want $2,000 down up front on a used vehicle.

It lacked a sense of decorum. They were having a blast with each other while I sat there helping my mother fill out the paperwork. First time ever that she has been in a dealership, as my father use to do all that before he passed, I was not pleased that we need to call out to them while they were in there offices talking to one another.

I was there to lease a vehicle but my daughter came up missing. I couldn't focus. They did the unexpected, allowed me to go look for my daughter in the vehicle. I have had a vehicle with Car City for a year and never missed a payment. I called them to ask if I could defer my payment for a couple weeks because I voluntarily entered an alcohol treatment facility for 45 days and was off work unpaid. They told me, Your health is of no concern to us. Real compassionate.

Pre-approval process was simple and fast with a very fast response. I went in the next day to pick a vehicle and they didn't have anything in stock in my price range in town. However, Karen and Brandon were both very wonderful to work with and they helped me find one online close by and had it brought from Grand Rapids. It took a little longer than I expected but I did tell them I'd wait lol. The whole process after the vehicle arrived was said and done in 15-20 minutes and I was out the door, key's in hand. Karen explained the financing very thoroughly and made it very easily understandable.

Great experience with Brandon! Answered all of my questions and made the process painless and easy.Update: Be EXTREMELY careful purchasing a car from here. I had a caliper guide pin come out a month after having the vehicle then it sat in the shop for 5 months for a brake line recall for corrosion. Not sure how this was missed prior to the vehicle being sold. Also, I was told when I got my vehicle, there was one fog light missing and that I would be called to get it replaced at the time of purchase. Over a year later and nothing.

Customer services was great! Fun guys to work with in battle creek.. Not pushy at all. Bought a fusion two days ago with only 60,000 miles on it. Test drove great. Everything worked. The next day after I got home NO heat. Super upset. Have the warranty but car shops are booked til next week???? So what am I going to drive as temperatures will be in the teens this weekend???

2016 Chevy spark was ok at first then about 2 months in transmission starts slipping. Called nothing they could do about it also trying to trade it in on something else they said no you have 40 payments which would be 4 payments from paid off. Will never go back to car city again!!!! Never late on any payments their loss!!!!

I love my car they r highly recommended .. anyone needs a car go to car city . Cars r clean runs fine no issues .. thank you car city y'all r the bomb !!! And great staff working there keep up the great work guys . I had to change it to 4 star cus they do a good job but my issue is that I have a job and now can't get there to get my check to pay for my car could of gave me something cheap to go with til it's out of the shop at least ....Car down again still no help at all

Went in today looking for a new vehicle. Have had issues in the past getting financed. Was able to get approve today and drove off the lot with our new, to us, Jeep Patriot. I just bought a car from Car City. It was our 3rd vehicle from them. I shopped around for 2 weeks. They brought in, without fail and without hesitation, each and every car I asked for from another lot! I test drove more than a handful and just when I thought my decision was made I asked Jordan to bring in one last car for me....which I later found out he went to GR to pick up himself. That s the car I ended up buying. He was super patient and friendly. All 3 guys that work at the Battle Creek Car City were amazing!!! Thank you all, especially Jordan, for being such a caring group of guys. Made my car buying experience well worth it. And I LOVE my Nissan!

Thanks Jordan!You made it easy to get a vehicle, not only one that we love, but one that was affordable. I highly recommend Car City if other dealerships are turning you down due to low credit scores. They accept trade-ins' and low monthly payments compared to others, and to top it off I put very little money down. I got a great deal. Jordan was great and was there to help throughout the whole process, no gimmicks.I will be returning for another vehicle soon!

Our family is desperate for transportation so we went to car city. They tried to charge us $23,000 for a rusty jeep compass that isn't worth $9,000 on either Edmonds or KBB. We may be desperate, but we aren't stupid. They also put GPS and starter kill switches on vehicles. I would highly recommend a different dealer unless this is literally your only option.

What a smooth process to obtain my vehicle! Best customer service ever at a dealership! Jordan got my approval with in minutes, had my car at his lot the next day! Within 24 hours I in my vehicle.
