My 86 year old Mom got an estimate from another shop in Battle Creek for $1500 to repair damage to her car. She took it to Brad s and they repaired it with compound and polished the paint while she waited and wouldn t take any $ for the repair! How much better does that get! I will take anything I need done to them .

Hit a raccoon with my beloved Z. The shop restored my car back to perfect condition and installed an after market brake cooling system. Top notch shop, highly recommend.

I got a quote from them to install and paint an aftermarket hood. The two other body shops nearby quoted me almost double what Brad Grey Auto Body did. They were able to fit me in last minute and got my car done quickly. The job looks awesome! Everyone on the staff I dealt with has always been friendly. I've gotten quotes from them a couple other times for insurance and I was pleased that they included new parts rather than trying to do what the insurance company wanted and salvage old/damaged parts, which is how the other nearby body shops operate. I recommend them and will go to them in the future for my auto body needs.

I have a favorite Auto Body shop now! I had a small bend on the top of my passenger door. A competitor shop said the entire door would need replaced, it wouldn t be until several weeks they could get me on their schedule, and it would cost around $1,000. I drove to Brad s next. They fixed my door on the spot in under 10 minutes, AND they didn t charge anything because it was such an easy fix! Exceptional customer service and job well done! I would highly recommend Brad s for auto needs! They are my go-to now for our family!

Couple sketchy spots in paint.I m not a painter but when I pointed out the spots of concern I was told well it looks like it was painted prior, no telling how quality it is (under the fresh coat they did).With the cost/ tedious process it seems like it would be sand blasted to be curtain.And I told them twice I how I wanted some specific things painted to match in the job and it wasn t done. I don t think I would hold them to a super high standard for that stuff if you have OCD.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Choosing Brad Gray Auto Body was the best decision I made to repair my car. Chris professionally addressed the inspection as well working though our insurance without slowing the repair process. The end result of the overall repair/ fit and finish was exceptional.

I only wish I could give no stars. Pretty much the most unprofessional and incompetent business I ve had to deal with to date. Brought my truck in on a Thursday, we all had the insurance estimate by the following Thursday with my approval to complete the repairs. All is well at this point. They said they will try to get started on it the next week worst case scenario the following week. I called them the following week on Friday. The lady I spoke with didn t even know they had my car. She tried saying they didn t have my insurance estimate, then she found it. No comments on any of the documents to know where they were on getting my truck fixed. Then she told me they were waiting on parts. I work in the auto industry and in maintenance. I can tell you it does not take more than two weeks to receive these parts. Maybe 5 days. Then the following Monday they call me and they tell me they cannot even begin to work on my truck for another 6 weeks. They try to tell me that my insurance company quoted everything for aftermarket/used parts and not OEM and they can't get ahold of anyone at my insurance company. Excuse excuse excuse. My truck is 10 years old, you don't need an OEM bumper and side bed. So ultimately you mean to tell me that you planned to work on my truck within a week, then a week later you don't even know you had my truck, tell me you re waiting on parts, then three days later you tell me you can t work on my truck for another 6 weeks and blame it on my insurance company? I was able to contact my insurance company within 5 minutes after speaking with the BG's and they agreed, take it somewhere else. My truck will be repaired in two weeks. The owner of the new body shop I'm taking it to just shook his head in disappointment. He actually fit me in earlier then they normally would have. That is customer service. Don't waste your time with BG's. Edit: I forgot to mention that my insurance had been paying for a rental this whole time. Because I've used up all the time allotted for this claim, I'll have to pay for a rental when I actually get my truck fixed. So really, my insurance company should be billing BG's. But they won't pay it.

Brad Gray's shop is the best in town, they do amazing work and help you with insurance claims and they have the best staff and repair service around. Brad Gray takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers!

Years ago Brad worked on my 1987 Chevy suburban. Entire front clip was updated with superb attention to detail. Brad and family are the best hands down and they're honest. Although the work that was done is good, the lack of organization, communication, and time it took was unreal. My car was towed there September 11th, 2019. Picked my car up 6 weeks later on October 22, 2019. The shop did not call and update me at all during the process. All I needed done was to have the radiator, condenser, and front bumper replaced. When I called on October 17th, they had no idea what I was talking about. My car apparently got lost in paperwork and was never written in the book for repair. Was told it would be done the following day or Monday at the latest. Tuesday rolls around, I call again and am told my car was ready.. cool. Get there to pay and they cant find my paperwork. I was also told my car was done yesterday.. BUT NO ONE CALLED ME. After 10 minutes of the guy searching, he runs my card and tells me that I might have to stop back in because he cant find my paperwork and isnt sure if I need to sign anything. I informed him I lived 45 minutes away in albion and would NOT be driving back to sign a paper. Leave to get in my car and it wont start! Sat there for over a month, the battery was dead and had to be jumped. Will not use this place ever again nor recommend to anyone!

Picked up fender flares that he painted and the had dirt in the paint and when I said something to him he told me if I wanted a professional paint job I should have went somewhere else but yet he s a auto body shop wouldn t recommend him to anyoneService: PaintingService: Painting

I highly recommend Brad Gray s I hit a raccoon on my way to work and it mess up my front bumper they repaired it perfectly and had it done earlier than what they told me. Whenever I will need to get my car fix I m taking it here.
