Stopped in for new headlights. I know how to replace them but it was cold and I didn't feel like doing it. The guy with the reddish beard (completely forgot his name) helped me and installed them! Thank you so much!

Everyone was helpful especially Brandon H. It was very appreciated that he went to my car, in the cold, to find out exactly what bulb was needed and put in the new one in for me while keeping me laughing the entire time.

Ordered a part on thursday 9/28 and was told it'd be there the next day between 2 to 5. It is now 10/2 closing time, and still no part. Asked to do a return over the phone and was told we had to come in to get the return via debit card transaction, so we come in to get money back and employee says they arent allowed to give us our money back without receipt because there is "no way to pull up the transaction". Contradictory waste of time and still using pony express to ship parts. No wonder online retailers are choking local shops out. Won't be back.

This was the worst AutoZone experience I ve ever had, the staff was totally rude, and did not help or show concern for my issue at all. I came in the previous day and bought a battery and was told I had to remove the plate in front of it so they could access the battery and then they would change it for me. I explain this to the staff the next day and they said I didn t sell any batteries yesterday and basically walked away. Zero customer service whatsoever and they did not even look at the battery.

Samantha not only knows Ford Mustangs, she came outside, changed out my wipers, educated me on air filters and sold me exactly what I needed. Thank you again, AutoZone; I'm yours for life! Every time, you NEVER let me down. Please go see Samantha and thank her again for me.Sara

AutoZone's always been a very popular auto parts store for me to buy parts but I will never as long as I live by another alternator from these people again I bought two the electronics failed on it I was guaranteed that if I bought the Gold Series everything would be fine 3 months later the bearing seized up in the alternator and caught my vintage Chevy truck on fire and then AutoZone never offered to reimburse me for anything and the Gold Series alternator is a lifetime guarantee never again will I buy electronics for model Zone

Quite literally saved our lives. Our alternator died while we were traveling to Chicago and we got the idea to replace the battery as it was due for replacement anyway and thought we could make it home on the juice. They were quick, efficient and replaced the battery with ease. I cannot remember the name, but I believe it was Ed, told us he felt it would not be enough to get us home and recommended a local mechanic to help us out of our tight predicament. (towing would have cost us $800-900, so a repair was more cost efficient)Turns out, it may have saved our lives. Not only was our alternator dead, but both quickstruts in the front were broken and one of them had snapped in half recently; if we had driven and hit the wrong bump, we could have gotten seriously injured. So thank you for that!

I'm not a big fan of AutoZone, but since this was my 1st time back in a long time, the employee working has changed my mind because he allowed me to barrow a tool of his own that I didn't have to fix my son's car instead of buying it. He differently went above and beyond.

They tested my battery I brought in and determined it was "bad." The only negative thing about the experience was the fact that they stated I couldn't return the battery if that turned out to not be the problem. As luck would have it the new battery solved my issue.

Had a blow out left front tire couple hours ago and just got flat off when this nice couple pulled up to help. My jack ended up giving out so this couple said they're going to Autozone and buy a jack to fix me up. How awesome is that! When they returned, another vehicle pulled up too. Your employee by the name of Donovan C., told them he was just getting off work and he had a jack and offered to follow. Not 15 minutes later the tire was fixed and I was getting their names and thanking them. Kudos to Donovon of Autozone & Tony and Jessica!! Thanks bunches!!

It was close to closing so it was quiet and no customers, there were two employees working so I received assistance right away. Employee knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me where exactly I could find the item in the store plus showed me the different options I had. That's what I like, product and store knowledge!

Was returning an alternator that I didn't need... they scanned it in the system and realized they didn't have enough funds ... so they asked me to go to the capital one.. before I left I asked them if it was ok because of them putting it in there system they said yes.. so once I got to capital they couldn't refund my money because the computer said it was already refunded... so they sent me back to the Columbia where I waited for 10 minutes to find out that they can't do anything that day it will have to be the following day... not very happy with how they handled things.... if I could give them zero stars I would

Everyone was nice except the girl who waited on me. I hate when I am interacting with an employee about what I need to buy and they put ME on hold to answer a phone and help that person instead of putting them on hold. I appreciated the gentleman who helped to put my windshield wipers on... Because she stayed playing helpless female... Argh.

Needed lugnuts for our truck. As Ethan went in the back, I heard him and another worker talking. "Who needs 32 lugnuts?" Then "oh we don't have that many, I'll give them these and mix them up". Well they were the wrong size. A big difference from "the only difference is paint". Won't do business there again

So my wife went to this store on Columbia to get a set of windshield wipers and the clerk told her that all the windshield wipers were junk and to go somewhere else. I will never use this place again and I recommend that no one else does either but each to their own. Way to treat your customers

I purchased a new bulb for a burnt out brake light. Jasmine was very kind and friendly. She kindly installed the new bulb for me. I have always had great experiences at this store/location in the past as well. I definitely reccomend! :)

AutoZone has the MOST experienced, kind hearted helpful people, they ALWAYS go the extra mile! They are honest, hardworking people, doing an honest job for not much above minimum wage if they are paid that! They don t get recognition for the extra they do but they do it for the love of people. I would recommend either of the Battle Creek locations, please, I know you re in destress because something has happened with your car and you don t want to be there but please treat them with respect, they deserve it!

Were able to test my alternator and battery. Installed new battery free. Had frozen starter and they helped me find a wrecker that took passenger during COVID. I was 20 miles from home, with no other way to get there.

Most people don't leave a review unless they have a negative experience. This is one of those reviews.I've been a loyal customer for years even when I was an employee for their competition. So when my mother had a problem with her battery the first suggestion I had was of course Autozone. She asked me if I would take her vehicle there and I told her it wasn't necessary as the people there have always been good and kind and knew what they were doing.I was wrong this time. This was a simple transaction. Go in have them remove the battery, replace the battery, test the alternator on the vehicle to access the possible damage to the alternator from the failing battery. My mother sent my sister to do the transaction, I had no idea what she was in store for.The clerk made it sound that the battery was junk and wouldn't last. They refused to even attempt to test the battery or the alternator and starter. The latter being an exception sometimes depending on equipment in store but nonetheless. They told her they would do no such thing unless the parts were removed from the vehicle and brought in to be tested on the test bench. Which sometimes is the case unless the test bench tells you it can only be tested in the vehicle... Hence why I wanted them to test it in the vehicle first. The clerk was rude and arrogant and the way it was described to me was one of those situations where my sisters sex was the determining factor in treatment. Women are stupid and don't know anything right? This clerk should know better as Heather the store manager has more knowledge in her pinky then most men who walk through those doors. The gentleman who replaced the battery I have to thank as he was very nice to her during the process. He showed her the customer service she should have received at the point of sale. Even though he was kind the experience in the store soured her and lost them a great deal of customers henceforth. So here I am writing this and I haven't had a chance to examine the vehicle yet. Because of their apathy I do not know if the alternator is failing or not, or if I need to remove it to test it. This is what you get when you hire people who only care about the time they get on breaks and their own personal life. This is the future of Autozone structure. All that being said I highly recommend their products as they are vastly superior to the competition. The customer service though? I will now stick to ordering direct from their online store if need be. Oh and I think I'll wait to see if the alternator kills the new battery that way I can make sure the money is returned when I take the battery in to replace it. I'll be heading directly across the street to the competition to spend that money.Pays to treat your customers like human beings. This does not reflect on Heather or the gentleman who installed the battery. More of those people please.
