I've used your way auto to recycle cars, both going in and bringing pieces out. I've always found the experience professional and their staff kind, caring, and considerate. I would have highly recommend them to dispose of your cars so they could be recycled for parts. I also would highly recommend them when you're looking for hard to find parts.

Scott was very friendly an efficient at his task. He gave a call about an hour before he arrived which was very helpful so we had everything around when he arrived. Was a nice experience dealing with them.

Called this place after another place changed their original quote saying "prices have gone down in the last few months" these guys offered more than the original quote of the other place and their communication was top notch! Would gladly recommend airway over other local places! Thanks!

I would go back there every time!! Great customer service! The owner is VERY knowledgeable and ethical.I have sold automobiles to them & bought used cars for my kids. They can provide new, used & aftermarket parts to all types automobiles.

Airway gave my family the best price when we wanted to recycle our old vehicle. It was very quick & extremely easy . We got the junk out of our driveway & got a good price for it . The tow driver was very nice , professional & fast . He paid me , picked up the vehicle & was gone in five minutes. I would recommend Airway Auto Parts & Recycling to anyone .

the staff was super nice! i called this morning to have my car picked up to sell to them. they came in about 4 hours or so. the office staff was nice and the guy who picked up the car was super nice. recommend them 100%!

I had Airway Auto pick up a couple of vehicles for me. They scheduled a time to pick them up, they were prompt, polite, and I feel they paid top dollar for the vehicles. I will highly recommend them in the future.

Very easy to work with from phone call to vehicle pickup. They gave me a fair price for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Airway Auto Parts to anyone looking to get ride of an unwanted vehicle.

They were able to pick up my car the same day I called which was crucial for my situation. Driver was prompt and professional as well as the lady in the office. Will use them again without a doubt. Thanks guys

I tried selling my car to them, and I got put on a list. I never got a call and For three days I called about when they could pick up my car and for three days they told me tomorrow . Every time I asked about my place in line each person gave me a different answer. My car is in a lot and the owner has been nice so far about allowing me to keep it there, but it can t stay there any longer.The customer service woman was incredibly rude to me and blamed me for them not being able to pick up my car. Saying it was due to me living in Kalamazoo and my school schedule. Even though they knew both of these things when they agreed to take me as a customer. Incredibly rude to lie to someone, and then blame them when you get frustrated.If you don t live in Battlecreek don t do service with them. They obviously lie to you about your line placement and are not honest about how long they will make you wait if they ever get to you at all .

Customer service is good and prices are great. Seems the used cars are mechanically sound (aside from the ones they dont fix). Tires are cheap but you'll need to call frequently to get what you want as common tire sizes are bought up quickly. Tons of cars to pull parts from and most have parts that are in decent shape.

I purchased windshield and passenger glass window on Saturday, March 12th, 2021. I paid for it. I was told it would be ready the following Monday, but didn't get the call until Tuesday. On Tuesday I went to pickup the parts. I arrived to find that they had the windshield and the passenger door and glass, which I didn't need. I left the door and was going to pick up the door glass later and just taking the windshield. The windshield was the wrong type for my truck. I returned it and got the door glass. The door glass was the wrong one. Upon attempting to return them (Friday, March 18th) I had the receipt that had both items, but I was told I was missing the receipt from when told them I didn't need the door assembly, just the glass for the window. I produced the receipt I had. They refunded the money for the windshield, but the original receipt had the door assembly and they would not refund for the passenger glass. Stating I needed the "second" receipt, because they needed the invoice # to refund it. Now, this is now the following Friday all of this took place in one week. Yes, papers were exchanged on Tuesday, BUT I only had ONE receipt. On that receipt, I had the windshield and the door assembly. Frustrated because I felt I was not given another receipt, (I looked) I left the $94 passenger glass there. I asked about the receipt I had. I was told that the original price ($94) was for the door assembly (door and glass) and I was charged the SAME just for the glass. How? Was there another receipt? Maybe, but I don't believe I received it. I don't lose a lot of things. I am sure they have a copy of all transactions (Tuesday). So I left the passenger glass/$94. I didn't need or want it. I am sure there don't have a lot of business like Walmart and they couldn't find the invoice for a purchase within seven days. I would have helped look for it. I felt that they were not helpful at all. Word to the wise ensure you have the CORRECT paperwork and watch the slight of hands.

I had an old car I drove faithfully for years, & when I finally got a new car, the old car died & I couldn t get it jumped. I live in apartments, so the complex gave me 3 days to get rid of my old car, or else it would be towed. I had no idea what I was going to do because I couldn t move my car, nor could I sell it to anyone in that condition. I found airway by searching around, and after I reached out, they contacted me back immediately, and my old car was out of my lot in less than 2 hours, with a reasonable cash payment to me. I no longer have to worry about that car, and they made it so easy and comfortable to me! I will definitely use their services again when needed.
