Worked downtown for many years, occasionally received tickets when my employer was late getting parking passes to us. Went down and consistently either paid these tickets or was credited back for them. Fast forward FOUR YEARS LATER. Receive a "ticket detail report" in the mail showing that I owe $170. Not a word for FOUR YEARS. Called to find out what it was about and was told "They had no billing department for 7 years" ????? That is why I was never notified. No billing department for 7 years??? Obviously an outright lie, and it looks like downtown has gotten so desolate that ABM is manufacturing phony tickets to stay afloat. The woman was extremely rude and the letter had no instructions to pay or even an address or phone number to make payment. What a joke. The type of thing that makes BC a regrettable place. What is my recourse? What a SCAM.

Wow, I felt bad for telling them their practices seemed like a scam as they seem to offer online payments, but the tickets don't show up for DAYS, and scam is the word used by virtually everyone else on the reviews. It's time we take this to the City to get a decent parking contractor for our fair city. Downtown businesses don't need another headache or another reason for people to avoid parking here.

Received notification that I had a parking violation from 2 1/2 years ago downtown Battle Creek. I called and was told that they recently went back 5 years in their system and sent out notification letters. I don t live in Battle Creek and never go downtown. The license plate number is mine however the description of the vehicle is not even similar to what I drive. The woman was insistant that the only thing that matters is that it s my plate number. I pointed out that since the vehicle description is not even close they could have transposed a number and that would explain why I never received notification of a parking violation. She wasn t interested in looking into that but said she would reduce the fine. What a joke!

SCAM ARTIST ! drivers to Battlecreek beware. ABMWebsite is bogus, no way to pay your ticket.Predatorial practices. I was 10 minutes past the time limit. Used to be 3$ limit daily has jumped to 5$ in a year's time. Trying to skim off drivers to recover lost from pandemic!! I'm spreading the word .

Would give a negative rating if possible. Never have I ever parked at this place. Received a mail order saying I have a parking ticket overdue by a month. The make/model and license plate is for a car THAT IS NOT MINE. I plan on fighting this ticket.

Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and not understanding. They argued with me and stated "you wouldn't have paid your tickets until you got this letter." Ghetto and rude as hell. Never had a problem with any staff previously.

Everyone should be allowed to park where they want to. That is why we pay $55 dollars a month to park there.
