We just recently purchased a property with an oil/wood furnace. Neither my husband nor I had ever had an oil burning furnace and called around for oil delivery information. Coffield had the best prices in the area, along with the best payment options for our situation. They showed up promptly to inspect our tank, deliver fuel oil, and then even offered to come out and service our furnace (we were told this is the last year they will be offering that option) when it wasn't working properly at first. They were fast and knowledgeable with great customer service!

Tuesday Morning before dawn I put in an order for propane on the website. By 10am there was a tanker in my driveway filling our pig. That is fast service. We are on the will call prebuy and have been for years.

Nice propane company to work with. And if you ever need service/installation Will is the best to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A great rep for the company.

I am so happy I had a run in with one of the owners over the summer fill prices. After 37 years of oil heat, he gave me the push I needed to convert to clean propane by the way he handled my questions. I am almost afraid to write this review because there maybe negative consequences on me personally for speaking my mind. After calling for months waiting for the summer price to go down, which I do every year. The girl who answers the phone told me the price had not come down since winter. She didn't know why. I wondered if the market prices had not dropped. I researched the different sites that had price charts and found that for 2 weeks in July the price had noticeable fallen. Coffield oil according to my calls and the info from the worker had not. After around 20 years of dealing with them, I wondered what was up.Going forward were they not going to have a substantial decrease in the price coordinating with the market? Remember I have years of past experience. The part owner was the delivery driver on this day so I asked him why. He had a fit. He doesn't set the price he tells me. I know that's not true. He sets the profit margin over the market price. When I pointed that out and I had looked up the market prices. He really got angry. "He is not going to be questioned by me." So he didn't fill me because I questioned him, 1,800 they lost out on and many years going forward. I had seriously been thinking about propane because oil is not the future. There is less and less competition so the prices will not be competitive, its dirty and smells. Time for a change. We are farmers and have lots of farmer friends. I will not be recommending Coffield oil to any of them for their diesel tractors. It appears they don't need the business.

Cashier ran a gift card thru as payment and told us it wouldn't go thru. We then used our debit card to pay. Later we discovered that the $25 WAS taken from the gift card AND the debit card. The manager will not do anything about it even when we showed her the proof of withdrawals. Coffield oil stole $25 from us. Have been going there for years and will NEVER go again.

Ethanol free gas! Set up an account and use your fuel key to gas away. Easy semi truck access, quick pump speed. They offer off road and on road diesel. They've got quite the selection.

Non compassionate greedy people even after we called to let them know that we were in the hospital and for the first time in over 10 years we would be late to pay they sent us a nasty letter and want us to pay a week in advance. Bend over backwards to get extra money for cheap dirty fuel oil!!!!
