Since 2014, we ve purchased and leased 8 vehicles from Luke Flannery, and traded in 1. They gave a fair dollar on the trade in and a great deal on the new lease! They go above and beyond to find GM and dealer incentives as common as lease loyalty, to competitor vehicle discounts, down to the little things like do you have a Costco membership . I can tell they value customer retention over making a few extra dollars on a sale. I live nearly 3 hours away and happily drive past 50 dealerships to continuously give them my business. I will continue to come back for new vehicles in the future, and send referrals whenever someone is looking for a positive vehicle hunting experience!

This is an update to my previous review after contacting the correct people up there they were able to help me out with my used truck I purchased I feel they were very patient with me while I was probably hard to deal with and beyond stressed. John the mechanic explained a couple common issues with the fuel valve and I felt alot better leaving when I picked up my truck.

Don t go here a bunch of liars they will tell you anything to get you in the door they told me they didn t have a part that should have cost about maybe $15.00 dollars at the most then tried to sell me another part with the part I needed inside of it for $60.00 dollars then said I had to get another cable that cost 40.00 then to install them another 200.00 dollars. So I called a friend who is a mechanic down state he told me to go to O Reillys auto parts. picked up the bushing for $11.00 dollars took me about 20 minutes to put it on. Saved myself about $290 dollars. Do not trust these guys they are crooks!!!

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with both the service center, as well as the used car dealership. I would highly recommend both. Customer service was top-notch (thank you, Jim at the service center and Randy and Nick at the dealership), service was speedy, I got a fair trade in for my vehicle and an incredible price on the vehicle I purchased. I truly felt staff went above and beyond what was expected. I will most definitely be a return customer, when the need arises, to both establishments!

Flannery in Bad Axe has always treated my vehicle and myself with the greatest of care. They go above and beyond by even driving me to work after dropping it off for service. They also always call if they find additional problems or services that need attention and ask permission before proceeding with those services. I recommend them to everyone and will purchase from them in the future.

It was an Awesome Dealership. They were able to get us in for our first oil change on our 2022 GMC Terrain. Also they gave me a printout of how our front wheel drive Terrain can be pulled behind our Motorhome.GM needs to add a couple of steps to this procedure. I would like to go into this with GM. I also called the customer service number; talked to three different people, who could not solve my problem.

Even with the national inventory shortage, Flannery was open, transparent, and fair. They are focused on long term relationships. Mike was a pleasure to work with and made for a great buying experience. I m enjoying my new truck and I ll be back for sure!

I ve been a customer of Flannery auto mall for a long time. My most favorite part about this company was Jim at the service dept. He would always keep in contact with me. Like he would call with a estimate to let me know what s wrong and how much it will cost to repair the vehicle. When I toke my 2016 Tahoe 64,000 miles very nice truck in for repair I left the keys in the drop box . There was no envelopes to fill out or pen . So I put my info on a deposit slip and attached to keys Sunday evening. Monday I called from 8:15 am to 3:00pm . The first time I called I left a message to call me. Never happened and after that I called a dozen times and ring ring till voicemail picks up every time.Finally demanded to talk to a manager about this and they went back there finally I got through to them. After that I never received a call or email nothing about a estimate and what s exactly wrong with truck . So I called again on Wednesday evening and that s when I found out the A/C condenser had a pin leak . Which should have been pro rated because GM had a bulletin out about this issue and was covering the cost if you had 60,000 miles or less . I don t know if Jim retired or what but this is not what I m used to. The work the mechanics did was outstanding!!!!!!

This is my 3rd lease with Flannery Auto. Luke makes the entire process extremely easy and accommodates schedules. Luke was able to find me a new lease within my budget even during these crazy times in the auto industry. I m a very happy customer.
